I became so disappointed that I decided to give up. When I was about to leave, a girl came towards me with a smile and said, "Never mind, try again and you will succeed." While doing anything, we often meet many kinds of setbacks, but we shouldn’t lose heart, we should overcome them with confidence instead of getting away from them. Then we will gain one victory after another.

一、基础写作训练的方法

1.利用课文的词、句复习，训练学生的组句能力。从词和句入手，将每个单元课文的词和句与基础写作结合起来，是培养和提高学生的英语能力的有效途径。这不仅能帮助提高学生记忆和灵活应用词汇的能力，而且还有助于训练学生语句表达的正确性。

(1)归纳词汇和句型，帮助学生建立对词、句使用的感性认识。写作是一种语言的输出形式，只有大量的语言输入，语言输出才有可能;只有积累了一定的感受和大量的语言素材，写作才有可能进行。为了帮助学生记忆课文中的单词和短语，达到积累语言素材，掌握基本语法知识与语句结构的目的，教师可以从训练学生归纳每个单元课文中出现的重要词汇、短语和常用句型入手，使学生对句型结构的认识更加清楚，并对词、句的使用语境形成感性的认识。

(2)操练词汇和句型，训练学生的记忆和使用词、句的能力。为了使学生掌握和应用课文中所学词汇和句型，教师应为学生创设多层次的练习活动，拓宽写作的训练途径。教师可采用将学生从课文中归纳的词汇、句型进行词类转换、习惯用法、句型转换、完型填空、写短文等形式的训练，帮助提高学生的记忆和使用词、句的能力。

二、借鉴课文词、句进行仿写。

通过提供情景让学生模仿造句，不仅可以降低写作难度，而且可以增加学生写作的兴趣、自信和成就感，使学生的遣词造句的能力在实践中得到提升。

三、借鉴课文句型，训练写作多种表达与技巧，拓展学生思维。

教师在教学实践中会发现，学生在基础写作中往往出现句式雷同、语句呆板、行文单一等现象，缺乏用5个句子有效表达和传输信息的能力。因此，教师就有必要继续进一步加强句子多样化表达、句子转换替代、句子合并等训练，教会学生使用不同的短语、句型结构表达同一的意义;同时，还让学生明白写作的逻辑原则:一个句子表达的信息量越多，而且使用的句子越精练、清楚，那么句意表达和传输信息就越有效。

四、利用课文体裁，训练学生谋篇布局的能力。

教师会发现高三学生在写作中存在的另一个问题是层次不清、结构散乱以及逻辑性不强，这是因为学生缺乏谋篇布局的能力。针对这方面问题，教师可以在教学中利用课文的体裁进行文章结构方面的训练以及进行句子、段落间的连接训练。

First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus its important for them to do the things according to the list. Dont do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the morning. Youll find you have more time to do the things you want.

In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.

有些人感觉他们整天都忙个不停，但是他们还是有好多事情要做。看起来时间永远不够用。我们怎样才能合理的利用时间呢?在我看来，有几点建议可供大家参考。

首先，我们应该为自己今天要做的事情列一张表。最重要的是要记住先做那些紧急的事情。其次，要专心。对于年轻人来说，他们也许缺乏自控能力，很容易被其他事情分神。因此，按照单子做事情非常重要。做不完列表上的事，就不做其他的闲事。最后，早上起得早一点。你会发现你能有更多的时间来做你想做的事。

一句话，我们应该对将要做的事情写个计划。只有这样，我们才能合理的利用时间。

俗话说：初一初二满街走。我和妈妈初二的时候到姥姥家拜年。晚上发完压岁钱便吃起了丰盛的晚饭。见一道道五颜六色的佳肴端上来，我忍不住咽了口水。可是饭菜虽丰盛，每盘的量少了许多。这是为什么呢?我带着这个“大问号”吃完了饭，收拾碗筷时，我跑进厨房，疑惑的问姥姥：“姥姥今年你买的菜不够么?为什么每盘菜那么少呢?”姥姥笑眯眯地对我说：“你还不知道吧，现在社会流行‘光盘’，所谓的光盘，就是吃饭时把盘子吃干净，剩下的只是光盘。再说这是社会的流行，我们应该跟进流行的脚步进行光盘行动。”噢，原来是这样啊!

有一天，我在电视也看到类似的“光盘”。据报道，今年饭店里年夜饭订购可谓是寥寥无几，屈指可数;往年可谓是人山人海，订都订不上。饭店工作人员说：“今年订购人数少，而且每一次订购数量从一桌菜下降到半桌，做到了吃多少点多少。”这不是“光盘”的感染么?可见它的感染力有多强呀!

在家，我也要求妈妈做光盘行动。家里有客人时，我会让妈妈做菜时每份量少一点。这样即节约又丰盛，一点都不浪费。妈妈还夸我是节约能手。

现在社会上流行光盘行动。其实就是节约粮食。节约粮食是我们义不容辞的任务，哪怕一点一滴也不允许。如果我们每个人节约一粒米，那就是节约13亿粒米啊!可是多少饥饿的人吃上一顿饱饭啊!所以我们吃饭要适量，吃多少盛多少，不偏食，不挑食到饭店点菜点饭不浪费，若有剩余要打包带回家。

有一种节约叫光盘，有一种公益叫光盘，有一种习惯叫光盘!同学们，让我们行动起来，不要让光盘只是个传说!

光盘并不是什飞行物更不是碟片，而是吃光盘子路的食物，人们常说节约是一种美德，节约更是一种时尚，今年习近平隆重的宣传了节约粮食，节约每一件物品，节约是每一个人应有的责任，大家都看过一个卡通公益广告吧!讲述了我们人类是怎样吃光树木的，虽然看那不起眼的广告，但里面蕴含着得大的意义。

有人问：世界上最辛苦的人是谁，有人说是工程师。也有人说是医生，但我却说是农民伯伯，他们每天日晒雨淋不辞辛苦的劳作，换来的却是我们无耻的狼费，心里过意的去吗?我想不会说起这里我想起了一首诗;;锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。我想大家都能把这首诗倒背如流吧’!那为什么做不到呢?如果全国15亿多人口都开始节约起来可能那些灾难也会离我们远去。

我看过一张少年百科知识报，上面的字让我深深的感到羞愧，在一个偏僻的地方，那里少年总是吃也吃不饱，但是他们心里十分的满足，每天大家总是把饭带到学校里来吃，虽然没有什么好吃的饭菜但是他们总是吃的津津有味，我仿佛听见了他们那咀嚼声，吃完饭后大家总会把饭盒放在一起，看着干干净净的饭盒里大家都哈哈大笑起来。原来他们也是那么的节约虽然家庭不富裕但他们有节约的好品质比什么也要重要。他们不像我们的衣服放满整个衣柜只有一两件还是补了又补，也舍不得买一件新衣服今天我可真收获不少。

节约可以减少那些不必要的浪费，也可以保护地球，让地球的未来更加美好。

The stage of college is the new chapter for students. They need to learn

independent as they live in the dormitory. Learning major knowledge and

mastering the professional skill are the main tasks, but the necessity of

practical experience can’t be ignored if they want to start their career
