有一种节约叫光盘，有一种公益叫光盘。所谓光盘，就是吃光你盘子中的食物。当前，餐桌上浪费的粮食数量巨大，“舌尖上的浪费”触目惊心，身边的浪费比比皆是。我国每年浪费食物总量折合粮食约500亿公斤，接近全国粮食总产量的十分之一，最少倒掉了约2亿人一年的口粮。为了进一步弘扬中华民族勤俭节约的美德，大家一起来向“舌尖上的浪费”说“NO”。

我们倡议，树立节约光荣、浪费可耻的思想观念，厉行节约，反对浪费。

我们倡议，家庭餐桌上，倡议根据营养学合理搭配荤素菜比例，按需买菜、煮菜，以每顿饭家庭成员刚好吃完、吃饱为准。吃饭时吃多少盛多少，不扔剩饭剩菜。吃光碗里的最后一粒米、盘中的最后一棵菜。

我们倡议，以“光盘”为荣，“剩宴”为耻。就餐点菜时，适度适量，吃饱为好。实在吃不了，记得兜着走。剩饭要打包，减少奢侈浪费，不攀比，以节约为荣，浪费为耻。

我们倡议，既要做“光盘行动”的实践者，也要做“光盘行动”的推动者。让更多的人了解“光盘行动”，参与“光盘行动”，用省下来的钱，多做好事，多做公益。

一粥一饭当思来之不易。勤俭不是吃苦，而是对有限资源的珍视。从今天开始，让我们一起：不剩饭，不浪费，吃多少，要多少，吃不了，兜着走!加入光盘族，一起对“浪费”说不!”

“厉行节约、反对浪费”需要从我做起，从现在做起。那么，不妨就从现在开始参加“光盘行动”开始吧!

There have been many environmental protection problems in recent years . One of the most serious problem is greenhouse gas emissions have caused climate change ,At the same time ,lots of trees have been used and wasted.So our earth is becoming warmer and warmer . .That brings us illnesses and death.

幸运的是，很多国家已经采取了很多措施来控制环境污染问题。如今，这是最重要保护环境的措施。

我认为，一方面，虽然教育我们应该让人们意识到破坏环境就是伤害人类自己。另一方面，我们应该尽力做一些事情来控制温室气体增长。

总之，我们必须发展低碳经济。
