一、基础写作训练的方法

1.利用课文的词、句复习，训练学生的组句能力。从词和句入手，将每个单元课文的词和句与基础写作结合起来，是培养和提高学生的英语能力的有效途径。这不仅能帮助提高学生记忆和灵活应用词汇的能力，而且还有助于训练学生语句表达的正确性。

(1)归纳词汇和句型，帮助学生建立对词、句使用的感性认识。写作是一种语言的输出形式，只有大量的语言输入，语言输出才有可能;只有积累了一定的感受和大量的语言素材，写作才有可能进行。为了帮助学生记忆课文中的单词和短语，达到积累语言素材，掌握基本语法知识与语句结构的目的，教师可以从训练学生归纳每个单元课文中出现的重要词汇、短语和常用句型入手，使学生对句型结构的认识更加清楚，并对词、句的使用语境形成感性的认识。

(2)操练词汇和句型，训练学生的记忆和使用词、句的能力。为了使学生掌握和应用课文中所学词汇和句型，教师应为学生创设多层次的练习活动，拓宽写作的训练途径。教师可采用将学生从课文中归纳的词汇、句型进行词类转换、习惯用法、句型转换、完型填空、写短文等形式的训练，帮助提高学生的记忆和使用词、句的能力。

二、借鉴课文词、句进行仿写。

通过提供情景让学生模仿造句，不仅可以降低写作难度，而且可以增加学生写作的兴趣、自信和成就感，使学生的遣词造句的能力在实践中得到提升。

三、借鉴课文句型，训练写作多种表达与技巧，拓展学生思维。

教师在教学实践中会发现，学生在基础写作中往往出现句式雷同、语句呆板、行文单一等现象，缺乏用5个句子有效表达和传输信息的能力。因此，教师就有必要继续进一步加强句子多样化表达、句子转换替代、句子合并等训练，教会学生使用不同的短语、句型结构表达同一的意义;同时，还让学生明白写作的逻辑原则:一个句子表达的信息量越多，而且使用的句子越精练、清楚，那么句意表达和传输信息就越有效。

四、利用课文体裁，训练学生谋篇布局的能力。

我们都知道，阅读有很多好处。它可以打开我们的眼睛因为书满是知识，它使我们更聪明和更丰富的生活。我喜欢readiry;报纸和杂志，我从中得到许多乐趣和了解世界各地正在发生什么。我也在我的业余时间，让我轻松愉快的阅读故事书和小说。我很少看电子书，因为他们对眼睛有害。在周末，我通常在图书馆度过一整个下午的时间阅读。我也读过了大约半个小时每天晚上睡觉前。

Summer vacation is coming. I plan to do more reading I am going to read more classics and more English books to improve my language skills. Im sure reading can make a difference to my life.

4年前开始的“光盘行动”，掀起了一股餐桌新风，收获的成效有目共睹。不过近日媒体走访发现，四年过去了，“舌尖上的浪费”又有了回潮迹象。

“取之有度，用之有节，则常足”，“光盘行动”弘扬了勤俭节约的传统美德，值得大力倡导和践行。不过也要意识到，人情观念、面子思维作为“绿色生活”的拦路石，具有顽固性，“舌尖上的浪费”略有回潮也在情理之中。

回头想想，“光盘行动”为什么成效显著?说白了，因为它是一场“行动”，温馨提醒遍及大街小巷，商家主动“蹭热点”，网友积极秀“光盘”，形成了席卷线上线下的“爆款”活动。然而活动不可能一直爆红，时间一长难免冷却、降温，回归生活常态，这是规律使然。所以，践行“光盘行动”除了轰轰烈烈的推动，从长远来看还是需要在常态化上做文章，多在日常生活中加点料。

比如，多一些激励。就以餐厅的“半份菜”来说，早几年“半份菜”被高调推出，如今“半途而废”。其实顾客心里明白，进退之间都不外乎四个字——利益驱动。当前，看评价选餐馆已经成了很多人的习惯，不妨将“光盘”服务也作为评分的重要标准(是否提醒打包、是否提供免费打包盒等)，让主动推动“光盘行动”的商家名利双收，乐意把“光盘”作为店里的“招牌菜”。

比如，再来些“神器”。“光盘行动”涉及家庭、餐厅、单位食堂、宴请等不同场景，需要精准施策、深耕细作。比如有高校食堂推出“打饭神器”，其实就是一种电子秤，食物以克论价，倒逼学生勤俭节约。此外，对于打包人们还有不少“痛点”，比如宿舍没微波炉、单位食堂不提供打包盒等，这些算不上“神器”，但能为“光盘行动”提供便利，增强人们“光盘”的意愿。所谓“天下大事，必作于细”，这样的细节多多益善。

外出就餐时，你有没有剩过饭菜或打包?相信绝大部分人都会对类似的问题不屑一顾，因为在他们看来，打包是种丢脸的行为，这早已是远离饥饿与食不果腹的年代，已不必再去对所谓的剩菜剩饭斤斤计较。而正在发起的“光盘行动”，显然是在试图提醒与告诫我们：饥饿感距离我们仍并不遥远，要知道，中国人每年在餐桌上浪费的的食物，是有些国家一两年的口粮啊。

20XX年的世界粮食日里，国家粮食局首次向全国粮食干部职工发起倡议，倡导自愿参加24小时饥饿体验活动，以更好地警醒世人“丰年不忘灾年，增产不忘节约，消费不能浪费”。每个人当然不必都去重新体验饥饿，但我们的确要找回一种对于粮食的温暖与敬意。

to the top finally. what a wonderful day i had!
