一个秋高气爽的下午，我和妹妹还有爸爸妈妈去金岭公园。

公园的主广场建造了一栋漂亮的五层阁楼，汉白玉砌成的栏杆，广场的地面上有各种浮雕图案若隐若现，最让我惊讶的是地面上用紫色的铜制作的白银市地图，吸引了很多游客，在寻找自己家长的位置。广场旁边的草坪上有憨态可掬的熊猫，五彩斑斓的蝴蝶，萌萌的小黄人，还有高大逼真的长颈鹿，它们真是可爱极了!

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

我的补习班老师

今天，我到补习班见到了新老师。

我的新老师姓徐，他是个帅气的大男生，他身高大约有1米7。他是大学生，利用暑假的时间，教我们写作业，自己又能赚钱。他对我们都很好，给我们买了象棋，两根跳绳，和乒乓球，还给我们做了一个球桌。

他还教我们写毛笔字，他说我们要是表现好，他会用他的笔记本电脑放美国电影给我们看。我们老师对我们的学习要求很严格，我们把作业完成后都要教给老师改。比如，今天我和江浩，徐熙庆，完成老师布置的学习任务后，就跑去打乒乓球了。老师检查完我们的作业，说我们的字写很不好，老师就写了《行行重行行》这首诗让我们练习钢笔字。

一转眼，演出就要开始了，三个候场厅的观众都陆陆续续来到了演出厅，这个演出厅可真大呀！它是由四根顶天立地的大柱子支撑着的，有6根像七八根水管粗细的铁管直接从后台连到了观众席后边，这就是重要的演出道具……

演出开始了：有一个和睦的家庭，有一个夜晚有一个小丑来到了他们家，不小心把神秘的小丑帽——“神秘人”的帽子弄丢了，这个家庭的孩子——一个小姑娘，她捡到了这个帽子，她把它戴在了头上，谁知，无头的“神秘人”出现在小姑娘的家里，把她的父母带走了，她被卷进了神秘的马戏世界……

小姑娘为了再次与父母相见便和小丑踏上了寻找父母的道路。在一路上，他们遇到了许多人给他们演马戏：有花式跳绳、空中步行、空中体操、花样扯铃、耍火把、叠罗汉……其中有一个节目使我记忆留心就是花式跳绳的一个镜头：许多根长绳凌乱的交叉在一起，演员们一起甩动长绳，五六个演员在长绳内跳，虽长绳乱，但演员却整齐的跳着……

因为“神秘人”被小姑娘寻找父母的事给感动了，所以“神秘人”就把小姑娘的父母放了出来并与小姑娘团圆，在团圆的那天， “神秘人”又再次出现了 ，他摊开右手，好像要小姑娘交什么，小姑娘顿时明白了，虽然小姑娘有点忘不了那个在神秘的小丑帽中的马戏世界，但是为了家庭的团圆，她舍不得的把神秘的小丑帽交给“神秘人”。

最后演员们陆续的上场了，他们为观众鞠了一个躬。我们看玩了马戏便回到了家……

今天早上，我去舅爷家玩儿。舅爷家有一只小刺猬，是他从山里面捉回来的`。舅爷见我很喜欢，就送我玩几天。我高兴地把它带回了家。

小刺猬看起来很可爱，它的眼睛小小的、圆溜溜的，像两颗黑色的宝石，它没有眼白。小刺猬的鼻子尖尖的，脑袋长得像小老鼠。小刺猬身上的刺并不像我想像中的那么扎手，它的刺平时都不是竖起来的，可以抚摸，也可以把它抱在手上玩。

小刺猬爱吃果子、玉米、虫子，它特别爱吃各种虫子。傍晚的时候，爸爸捉了一只大约长四厘米的蜈蚣放在小刺猬的面前，小刺猬一口咬住蜈蚣，吃得津津有味。我就给它捉各种虫子吃。

小刺猬白天不爱动，晚上就喜欢出来找食物。晚饭后，我把它放在院子里，它在院子里沿着墙根儿一圈一圈地跑着，跑得还挺快，肉嘟嘟的，像一只可爱的小猪。

我喜欢小刺猬，小刺猬真可爱呀!

8月9日晴

今天爸爸带我去了水上乐园，当然还有妹妹，最开始我不敢玩巨型水上滑滑梯，我就一直在玩一个小的滑滑梯，一滑下来就到水里了，水花四溅，非常非常好玩。

玩着玩着妈妈要带我去玩人工造浪，我最开始很害怕，因为我以为人工造浪是巨浪，我就没敢玩。我说我要在旁边看妈妈怎么玩，然后妈妈同意了我的想法。我在旁边看着他们玩的嗨死了，我也很想试一试。我跑进水里，水里真的好舒服，因为它是温泉水，很快浪就来了，我认为越往里浪越大，我就跑到了里面水深一点的地方，但是水深处只是跟着浪漂上漂下的，我觉得这还没有外面爽呢，我就又跑回到岸边浅水处，带着游泳圈趴在水里，等着一个浪接着一个浪把我冲到岸边，我和妹妹都玩的贼嗨。

从人工造浪处回来，我不知道自己哪来的勇气，特别想试一下巨型滑滑梯，我滑了一次还挺好玩的，最后居然喜欢上了巨型滑滑梯，巨型滑滑梯也没有那么可怕，我真的不知道我最开始为什么那么害怕。要回家的时候，我问妈妈我能不能再滑一次巨型滑滑梯，妈妈同意了，这一次我是趴着滑下来的，我发现一旦看到滑梯有一节比别处都亮，就立刻憋气，这样就不会呛着了。趴着滑下来就像是一种挑战，我的这次挑战完美成功。

今天玩得真快乐啊！

前几天的上午，爸爸带我们全家去锦屏公园玩。我高兴的一蹦三尺高，可以旅游真是让我十分兴奋啊!准备了喝的和吃的就出发了。

可能是暑假的原因，陪着孩子来的父母可真不少呢，我直奔游乐项目区，我先去玩旋转木马，我坐在一个雪白雪白的木马上，木马一上一下，并缓缓地旋转着，妈妈给我照相，照了一张又一张。然后，我们去玩蹦蹦床，我用力地弹跳，一下子就被床弹得很高，然后又很快地下落。由于我没有站稳，摔了个底朝天，搞笑极了。爸爸妈妈看到我的这副样子，也忍俊不禁地大笑起来。接下来爸爸妈妈还带我去玩了好多项目，每个项目我都玩得不亦乐乎!

阳光充斥着整片大地，地被考得火红火红。从地面看好似还在冒烟。

一眨眼，暑假已悄然溜去，只剩下点点回忆。午后，阳光依旧明亮，整个城市变得亮堂堂的，异常燥热。恨不得整天躲在冰窖里，逃离世间喧嚣。

暑假跟往常一样，无聊乏味，整天仅仅重复那些事，无聊至极。那天晚上，我一个人出去散步，没有目的地，也没有方向，肆无忌惮的走着。突然，远处传来了微微的球声，我才发觉，来到了体育场，那里人山人海，我在各种小贩的叫卖声中逐渐迷失了自我。

我迅速跑了出去，来到一个篮筐下，坐了下来：“兄弟，一块打球嘛?”一个雄厚声音的男人向我走来。“我不会玩。”尴尬的笑了笑。最后，在几个好大哥的热心邀请下，我只能硬着头皮上了。分配好以后，我的心逐渐加快了跳动，一个身材巍峨的男子看了我一眼，高大的身材，被肱二头肌撑起的袖口，难免产生一种恐惧感。

在去年暑假里的一天,我和爸爸去五法路钓鱼.

每一天早晨都习惯性的打开电脑，登录QQ，打开空间，然后摘菜，接着看YY给我留的言，虽然她每一次都会在空间骂我猪，可是她每一句话都是发自心底的关心，在她的每一次留言下占据留言板的地方，我依稀能想到她留言时嘴角翘起的弧度。

后来她去工作了，她忙于工作却仍然会在每天下班后给我留言，我不忍她总浪费睡眠时间来给我留言，就让她别再给我留言了!后来她就几乎没在我空间留言了。

我看着以前她在我空间留下的语言，心里有股莫名的暖流，莫名的想流泪。我们很少联系，因为我不喜欢打电话，她也没时间上网，就这样我们的关系有种活在回忆过去的感觉。

在外面她可能认识了比我更要好的朋友，每一天都仍会去留言，只是留言给的人再也不是我了，不过没关系我相信我们的友谊会经得起时间的冲刷，当有一天我们再见到时，仍能像以前那么要好的。

因为有句话这样说只有失去才懂得珍惜，我们都曾失去过我们的友谊，所以我们会比任何人更懂得守护咱们的这份友谊，不是吗?

暑假快要结束了，妈妈准备带我去桐庐的朋友家玩。

第二天早上到了桐庐后，我和爸爸去了小溪边。

在小溪里，我和爸爸发现了几条小鱼。我俩想把小鱼围在一起，再抽干水——这样就能捉到小鱼了。

说干就干，我在上面捡石头，爸爸在下面用石头围小鱼。然后我下去用水枪把水抽干，一看——小鱼早就不见了!

没捉到小鱼，我们也并不失望。回到了朋友家，吃完午饭，我们又准备去挖生姜。

到了种生姜的地方，只见到一片绿色的叶子，我却没看见生姜的身影。正在我感到奇怪的时候，爸爸告诉我：“生姜是长在地底下的，要用锄头挖。”

于是，我们就开工了。大人们把生姜挖出来，我把叶子拔掉，把土拍掉。大家齐心协力，很快就干完了。

第三天早上，我们就坐车回家了。

暑假放假的那天，大姨带我们去扬州瘦西湖泡温泉。

一进大门，绿叶成阴、花团锦簇，一片热闹的景象。花丛中散落着一个又一个珍珠般的温泉池。我们兴奋地泡了牛奶池、啤酒池、人参池等，但我最喜欢的还是冲击池，因为温泉从上面快速冲下来，将我的游泳裤变成了一个游泳圈。突然，水停了，我还不知道怎么回事，一股水就从我头上冲了下来，感觉就像锤子猛地击打着我的头一样，把头发都淋得湿湿的了。

正玩得开心的时候，姐姐叫我和她到一个神秘的地方，我带着疑惑走着走着，不知不觉地来到了一个有鱼的池子，我问姐姐：“这是什么池子?”姐姐说：“你把脚伸进去就知道了。”我刚把脚伸进池子，就看见一群像小蝌蚪一样的小鱼游了过来，给我的脚挠痒痒呢，好舒服呀!

因为爸爸妈妈都要上班所以我每周五必须在“安亲班”度过。“安亲班”准备了很多课程供我们学习，例如：英语、数学、诗词等。这些课程会让我过得很充实。我自己的计划有：多看课外书，扩宽知识面;学会游泳;帮爸爸妈妈做家务;学习操作电脑等。这些计划都等着我去

去年暑假，我们一家去杭州西湖游玩。

下了旅游大巴，碧绿碧绿的湖水和各色的荷花让我们大吃一惊，那景色真是太美了!

走近西湖，那湖水不是单纯的绿，深深浅浅的绿色水波轻轻荡漾，像仙女的纱幔。湖水清澈见底，清得可以看见湖底的泥沙、树枝和有些发黑的大石头。人们有的坐大游船欣赏西湖美景，有的则划一叶小舟向荷花荡漾而去。

花开还没有一个月吧，西湖的荷花已呈现如此美的景色!荷叶像碧绿的大圆盘将荷花保护在自己庞大的身躯下。白色、黄色、粉色的荷花挤在一起，有的才展开两三片花瓣;有的花瓣全展开了，露出嫩黄色的小莲蓬;有的还是花骨朵儿，圆滚滚的超级可爱。

晴天中的西湖很美，但蒙蒙细雨中的西湖就更美了。南方多雨，下午，我们有幸看到雨中的西湖。从远处望去，西湖披上一层薄薄的面纱，景色若隐若现。在朦胧之中，湖边的柳树伟岸，湖里的荷花娇媚。荷叶就更美了，它盛满了珍珠，“珍珠”小小的、晶莹剔透。

school, the teachers pass knowledge and educate them the right value. The

children know their task and as everybody around them focus the attention on

study, so they are affected by each other and have the strong desire to

learn.

Home education is easy to be ignored by most parents, they think it is the

teachers’ duty to educate children. Actually, most criminal teenagers have

family issues. Parents haven’t set good example for the kids. Sometimes they are

even the trouble makers. Without love, teenagers won’t grow up as the strong

people.

Both school and family environment are important for the children, and they

need to be nurtured with the good examples and learn knowledge.

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

After a semester busy learning, we finally ushered in the summer vacation. In order to have a meaningful summer vacation, I especially ahead of the summer vacation plans, hope I can complete according to the plan.

My summer vacation plan is mainly divided into three parts. The first part is: finish the summer vacation homework. Before summer vacation homework because I have no plan, every time is close to the school before hurriedly catch up on my homework. Plan in this summer vacation I all do for an hour every morning and afternoon summer vacation homework, I believe the efforts of the two hours a day will make me high quality finish the homework during the summer vacation. The second part is: learn to swim. Can see other children in the pool before free swimming, I very envy, also learned last year, but he did not insist on, no society. This years summer vacation, Im going to night ok and dad go to swimming pool to swim, let my dad taught me, I also want to serious efforts to study. The third part is to help my mother do housework. Already in the sixth grade, but I also seldom help mother do the housework, every time the holiday at home are bustling about mother, I just play. This summer vacation, I help my mother do one thing must be at least once a day, reduce the burden of the mother.

With the above detailed plan, I determined to: must complete according to the plan, change your procrastination is lazy, let oneself have a meaningful summer vacation.

经过一学期忙碌的学习，我们终于迎来了暑假。为了过一个有意义的暑假，我特别提前做好了暑假计划，希望自己能按照计划完成。

我的暑假计划主要分为三部分。第一部分为：完成暑假作业。以前的暑假作业都是因为我没有做好计划，每次都是快到开学前才急急忙忙的赶完作业。我计划在这个暑假里每天上午和下午各做一小时的暑假作业，相信每天两小时的努力一定会让我在暑假里高质量的完成作业。第二部分是：学会游泳。以前看见别的小朋友可以在泳池里面自由自在的游来游去，我就十分羡慕，去年也学过，但是自己没有坚持下去，也没有学会。今年的暑假里，我准备晚上没事都和爸爸去游泳馆游泳，让爸爸教我，我也要认真努力的学习。第三部分是帮助妈妈做家务。已经上了六年级了，可我还很少帮助妈妈做家务，每次放假在家都是妈妈忙来忙去，我只管玩。这次的暑假，我一定每天至少帮妈妈做一件事情，减少妈妈的负担。

有了上面详细的计划，我下定决心：一定要按照计划完成，改掉自己拖拉懒惰的毛病，让自己过一个有意义的暑假。
