2、坚持天天晨练。身体是学习的本钱，这个暑假里我要做到不睡懒觉，坚持天天七点起床在小公园跑步一小时。

3、控制玩电脑的时间。每天玩电脑不能超过一小时。

4、帮助爷爷奶奶做家务。放假了我不能让爷爷奶奶再辛苦了，每天锻炼回来要帮助他们干一些力所能及的劳动。

5、积极参加小记者俱乐部组织的活动。不要忘记自己是一名小记者，做到参加活动，写好文章。

6、旅游。尽可能让爷爷再陪我去旅游，到大自然去，看看异地风光，从中增长见识。

7、遵守交通规则。外出时一定遵守交通规则，不给警—察叔叔添麻烦。在暑假里，我要严格要求自己，时时刻刻都做一名优秀的少先队员，以崭新的面貌迎接新学期的开始。

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. I passed the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination last year with distinctions in English and History, and credits in Economics and English Literature. My advanced-level subjects are History, Economics and English Literature. what! The summer vacation goes by so fast, fifty days will pass in a blink

of an eye. During this summer vacation, I spent most of the time playing

basketball. Sometimes I go swimming with my friends. Sometimes play with small

cards. If I was alone, I would ride a bicycle for a ride around, or watch TV, or

go online to find a classmate I miss, chatting, bickering, and solving the pain

of missing. There are many, many programs to play, but my favorite is still

playing basketball.

During this summer vacation, my mother signed me up for a basketball class,

so that I could keep fit and keep my body in good shape. At the same time, I

also want to find my own fun and hobbies. Make this summer a little more

fulfilling.

When I first started learning, I could not learn the basic skills given by

刚放暑假，我就和爸爸一起去北京了。

我们去逛北京的小吃一条街，其中有好几样小吃都让我终生难忘。那些小吃是：烤蝎子、烤海蛇、烤海胆、烤海星、烤蜘蛛、烤蜈蚣、烤蝉蛹、烤小鸟等，听听这些名字，就把我吓的心惊胆战，虽然我不喜欢蜘蛛，但是我还是去问烧烤的师傅：“你不觉得这样残害生命很残忍吗”师傅笑着说：“我不觉得残忍啊!”这些烧烤把我吓的呀，赶紧逃走了。

没有什么可吃的，北京的臭豆腐我们还没有尝过，买之前我想着会很好吃，我就买了一串十元钱的臭豆腐，那臭豆腐吃着非常硬，而且也很臭，不好吃。我可太失望了，花了十元钱，才买了一串只有五块而且这么难吃的臭豆腐，我们学校门口的都比他好吃一百倍。我赶紧把臭豆腐给我爸爸，我爸爸也觉得不好吃。但是我们已经买了，还是必须吃了，因为已经尝过了，不能退了。所以，我爸爸就忍着臭味把它吃了。我的爸爸真厉害呀。我们把小吃一条街逛完了，我想尝尝烤蜘蛛，你知道为什么吗?因为我平时最害怕蜘蛛了，我今天要看看烤蜘蛛是什么味!可是我爸说：“别尝了吧，你的臭豆腐都没有吃完，烤蜘蛛你就更吃不完了。我们去别的小吃一条街再逛逛吧。”

虽然北京的小吃一条街很出名，可是我觉得他们杀害生命很残忍，就连臭豆腐都是名副其实是“臭”。看来，什么事不能只听别人说，要自己体验才好啊!

唉，真可惜呀!妈妈没有来，看不到这么多吓人的烧烤，要是妈妈在，肯定就不让我们逛这了!

December 25 is Christmas Day, the day is originates in the western country,

for the purpose of saving people. Jesus is so great, everyone in the western

country knows his story. Though Christmas Day belongs to foreign countries, now

it has become a worldwide festival. In China, we can find the day is more and

more popular, people find the Christmas tree sold in the shop and there are

parties to celebrate Christmas Day. On that day, families get together, having

dinner, eating turkey and sharing happiness. This is a good chance for people to

get reunion, this is the most important day for western people, just like

Chinese New Year.

“不到长城非好汉，不吃全聚德烤鸭真遗憾。”今天晚上，有一个伯伯邀请爸爸、奶奶和我一起去全聚德的什刹海店吃京城的美味“北京烤鸭”。

一进全聚德，就看见一个超级大的餐厅。大厅里放着数不清的桌子，中间还有一个舞台。舞台是圆形的灰色石头做的，有两层。我们坐了一会儿，舞台上就开始表演了。有变脸、杂技、舞蹈、魔术…… 其中，我最爱看魔术了。魔术内容有：把铁棒变成一束鲜花、把蓝色的棒子变成黄色再变成绿色、紫色等各种颜色……最后变成红色时，棒子上就出现一只小鸟。这时，魔术师拿出一块布，把布弄成一团，上面竟然也出现一只小鸟。真是神奇!最后一个魔术是魔术师把一张纸巾叠好，放进嘴巴里，过一会，当纸巾从魔术师嘴巴里抽出来时，已经完全不是纸巾了，而是一条细细长长、五彩缤纷的彩带了。

这次吃饭多么有趣啊!

今日晚上我，鸣鸣和妈妈__一起去广场游玩。

广场上好不热闹，有专门为妈妈们准备的健身舞;有较量耐力的垂钓游戏;还有速度比拼得打老鼠游戏。

最风趣的要数摇骰子了。规则是摇到什么数字就会有什么奖品保证你不吃亏，一元一次让你摇了还想摇。摇骰子的人可多了挤多挤不进去。我和鸣鸣好不容易挤到了人群里面，我和鸣鸣摇了一次又一次，可每次都是摇到一点小玩意。终于老天开眼了，让咱们摇了个23，得到了一只小狗。我的命运也不错摇到了一只小老鼠!

咱们还玩了投球，这回我可检大便宜了。咱们买了五个球投进来四个球将了一百元以十换百真是把摇骰子的钱都赚回来了。咱们又去吃了冰饮真是爽极了。

咱们吃完后，恋恋不舍的回家了!

放暑假啦!妈妈给我报了一个自由泳班。

总算盼到了学游泳的日子。我们先学习打腿，老师要求我们腿伸直，幅度要大，速度要快，然后先叫我们在旁边练习。因为我会游仰泳，仰泳也要打腿，所以我学得很快。没过几天，我们就开始学习下一步：划水。老师告诉我们，划水一共有三个动作：抱水、推水和空中回臂，而最容易漏做的是抱水这个动作。我们先是在水里原地练习，然后拿着浮板一个一个游，反复练习。刚开始，我只能依靠着浮板才能浮起来。渐渐地，我能不拿浮板自己游了。最后五六节课时，我们学习了最后一步：换气。换气可不好学呢!老师提醒我们：自由游和蛙泳的换气方法不同。蛙泳是正面抬头换气，而自由泳是侧面转头换气，而且要和划手同时，耳朵还要贴着手臂。一开始我游的时候总会喝进水，老师教了我一个方法：换气时，把整个肩膀都转过来，嘴巴露出水面，这样就不怎么会喝水了。我照着老师说的练习，果然不太会喝进水了，可有时候是难免的。有一次不小心喝进了一口水，但没咽下。于是，我想在下一次换气的时候一起吐出来，结果，我不仅没吐出来，反而把嘴里剩余的水都咽了下去，顿时，我感觉鼻子里酸酸的难受极了。不过时间长了，我已经不太会喝水了。

最后一节课是“考试”，家长也可入内。我问老师：“今天要游到哪儿?”“游到底”。“游到底?25米?”我听完有些傻了，但很快就镇定下来。轮到我了，我下了水，望了望“终点”，深深地吸了一口气，便一头扎进水里，奋力地向前游呀游呀。前三分之二，我游得并不费力，可后面三分之一，我游得速度明显减慢，有些游不动了。可一想到妈妈还在看着自己，就鼓励自己“加油!加油!”我快看到“终点”时，像又有了力气一样，一鼓作气游到了底。“耶!”我高兴极了。

走出游泳馆里，我显到有些异常兴奋，因为我会游三种泳姿了!

我又迟到了 I Am Late Again

I opened my eyes in the morning and looked at the clock. "Oh, dear! Its

half past seven already. Ill be late again," I thought. Without breakfast, I

hurried to school. But it began to rain hard.

早晨我睁开眼睛，看看钟表，“天啊!已经七点半了。我又要迟到了，”我想。没有吃早饭，我就匆匆朝学校赶去，可是天又下起雨来。

When I got to the classroom, the maths teacher had already begun his

lesson. It was Mr wang. All of us were afraid of him. I didnt like him, or his

lessons. I opened the door. " Im late again, Mr Wang."

我拿出粘土吸引她的注意力，跟她一起做面条、汉堡，当我快要招架不住的时候，还好我妹妹功课写完，换她接手，我终于可以大大的松一口气了。

上英语课的时间到了，我找了一套衣服换上，正打算出门时，她竟然也要跟着去。只好让她跟我们挤在摩托车，好几次她差点摔出去，还好我妹够机警，把她抱得紧紧的，不然可就惨兮兮罗!

转眼间，暑假又到了。天气闷热闷热的，就跟待在火炉里一样。我多么渴望下一场大雨啊!这么闷人的天气，雷公和电母难道就不觉得热吗?我想他们也热，只是没有接到玉帝的圣旨，不敢下雨。爸爸在外打工，只有我和妈妈在家。

像往常一样，屋子里开了空调，十分凉爽。我在客厅里做暑假作业，妈妈在看电视。我心里想：我要快点做，做完了妈妈就要兑现她的承诺——让我看电视。几十分钟后，我终于做完了作业，便要跟妈妈抢电视看。我首先大声地宣布：“妈，我的作业做完了，电视归我了。”妈妈耐心地说：“别急，等这集看完了，就让你看。”此时此刻，我就知道，妈妈看电视正入迷的时候是不会让我看电视的，我和妈妈不得不来一场抢电视大战了，我心里已经做好了应战的准备。我努力让自己鼓起勇气，说：“别以为我不知道，这集刚到没几分钟。”妈妈还是耐心地说：“马上就让你看。”真危险，没有被妈妈批评。我心里默默地想。可是，我等不及了，我开始急躁起来：“不行，我们刚刚说好了的，等我做完了作业，你就让我看电视，你难道要做一个不守承诺的妈妈吗?”妈妈并没有把遥控器给我，也没有被我说的话给击倒，她反而说：“你难道要做一个不孝顺的孩子吗?”噢，我的天!我反而被妈妈的话给击倒了!

我回到自己的房间，委屈的不得了，心想：我这次要长记性，吸取教训，下次就一定不会输给妈妈了。我拿起作文书，看了起来，突然发现，书比电视还要好看，它就像电视，讲述着一个个有趣的故事。就这样，刚才受的委屈也烟消云散了。我走进了我的世界。

午饭后，妈妈告诉我，可以看一会电视了，我欣喜若狂。而妈妈呢?当然又是看她的手机了。

整个暑假就是这样过的，虽然没有新意。有时也很无聊。但是，整个暑假和妈妈在一起的日子还是很有趣的，特别是抢电视大战，希望下一个暑假，抢电视大战我能胜出。我多么喜欢和妈妈在一起的暑假啊!

当我看到日历上有很多的红色数字时，我就会开始焦急，如热锅上的蚂蚁，因为不知道要在家里还是要出去消除疲劳?可是老师只会出堆积如山的作业，所以假期都会被作业霸占，难道我都不能有一点自由的气息吗?

我觉得放暑假和法定假日很不一样，只要是暑假，父母都会带全家人出去旅行;但是只要是法定假日父母只会出很多的主意，如你功课写好了没?你英语单字背好了没?真是快把我变成喷火龙了!在家里过的单调又无色无味，让我很遗憾，感觉真正的假期已被父母和老师抛到脑后，让假期的味道慢慢变淡。

今年让我最难忘的假期是在暑假，我参加一个夏令营，我和朋友一起坐火车环岛。每当想起这段回忆，就像吃不完的糖果一样;但是只要是在写功课的假期，就只能幻想那出去玩的美好的味道。

假期接近尾声，我好像浪费了这段假期，跟我想像的假期差很多，就像天堂与地狱一样，一个是美好的一个是悲惨的;但是可以增添很多知识，也可以帮考试充电。可是我却不想要这样的假期。我想要有美好回忆的假期。

假期过完时，我会在心里想这个假期就这样吗?我现在就像一个坐牢的犯人，只能看到这片美丽的天空。我是多么喜欢假期又多么恨假期的人，让这一些美好的光阴飞走，我就像一只不能飞的鸟，已经忘了天有多高，真希望每个假期都能在外面悠闲地度过!

After finishing my homework I went to the Tai Mountian with my friends during my holiday. When we got near the Tai Mountain by buswe were very excited. We planned to get on the top of the Tai Mountain. Next we began to walk we to the foot of the mountian. There were many visitors there. And all of us enjoyed the beautiful views beside the steps. At last we reached the top.Not only we had a picnic there but also we took several picturestoo.

Though we were very tiredwe were very happy about that trip.

Although the winter holiday is very short, but we cant play because of the

winter vacation short and follow ones inclinations, should be playing at the

same time not forget to study combining exertion and rest.

Gorky once said that "books are the ladder of human progress" in peacetime

because learning busy and have no spare time to read reference books. Winter

holiday is coming now, we just can use the time to read reference books.

decided to use this holiday season more than look at the name of the ancient and

今天，妈妈叫我把叮当放一下，可看电视入了迷的我哪能知道妈妈在叫我，妈妈就走了过来对我说：“我叫你放狗。”我就非常不自愿地去放狗。

我先介绍一下，叮当是我们家的狗，它是松鼠狗，全身都是_的，毛茸茸的，真可爱!可是它有个怀习惯，那就爱打架。不过每次都得让我出手相救，否则，它就成为别人的食物了。

叮当一见到我就对叫来叫去，我轻松地解开链子，带着叮当跑出去。突然，它在一个车轮旁边撒了尿，这叮当真是太缺德。

我跟叮当来到菜市场上后，突然看见一只好大好大黑狗，那只大黑狗正盯着我们看，我心里想：惨呀!这只就是过一次把叮当咬成重伤，就算我和叮当联手的话，我和叮当还是会死在它的手里，它一口就能咬掉半个叮当。我看，我和叮当还是逃吧!我转身立刻带着叮当逃走，可是那只大黑狗跟着我们，眼看快要被追到，我看见有一块砖头，我马上把砖头扔向大黑狗，谁可曾想到，它居然迅速地闪到一边，我赶紧趁着机会，赶快带叮当逃回家去!

吓死我了，然后就我匆匆忙忙地向妈妈汇报了这件事，妈妈非常生气地说：“下次让我遇到你，你就死定了!”

这件事让我明白了一个道理：要先想一想，再做。哎!谁叫我不先想随近有很多恶狗呢!

the longing summer vacation is approaching, it is the best part of the school year for me. i cannot let the holidays elapse (逝去) meaninglessly, my vacation should be a phase (时期、阶段) of harvest. the events in my plan should give me a sense of infinite potential.
