all around the world, which shows that our Chinese culture become much more

popular than ever. As one of the four ancient civilizations, China has long

history and creates many splendid cultures. The ancient culture once had great

influence on the world, such as Japan, South Korea and other Asian and European

From the respect of school, Confucianism, Mohism, Taoism, and Legalism are

the main schools created in ancient China, and they also have great influence on

the Modern China and the world, especially the Confucianism. They deeply root in

traditional Chinese culture and people’s daily lives.

Specially, kung fu, traditional Chinese painting, poem, opera, cooking,

clothing, architecture and many other kinds of cultural forms make up the

splendid Chinese culture. The kinds listed above are the typical ones which

connect to each other at the same time. For example, painting, clothing and

architecture has many things in common. And each kind of cultural form contains

numerous intentions.

In short, Chinese culture are the accumulation of Chinese history, which

makes Chinese culture colorful and prosperous. If one wants to know or study

Chinese culture deeply, he or she must spend much time in it, otherwise he or

she can only get the tip of an iceberg.

In modern society, most people are under the higher pressure than ever

before and some people cannot handle the stress well and choose some extreme

ways to avoid or settle their stress.However, is stress a bad thing? As far as I

am concerned, everything has two coins, and we also need to realize it from two

aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

negative mood and lost our motivation and courage to keep going or struggle with

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

However, for another, stress can also be changed into a kind of motivation

if we handle it well. For example, when you find that you are surpassed by your

classmates in an examination, you feel stressful but at the same time, you also

tell yourself that you need to work harder to surpass him next time. Under this

stress, you will find yourself have more motivation and energy to study. In this

point, stress is a propeller for us to get more improvements.

Thus, we need to use a dialectical method to treat stress and handle it

properly。

我有一辆红色的滑板车，我非常喜欢他，现在我能熟练的在上面滑行。这辆滑板是去年买的，那个时候是我看到邻居哥哥他滑的非常好，于是非缠着妈妈买一辆，可是因为我年龄还小，平衡能力不够强，所以怎么也学不会，站在上面直摔跤，哥哥说你太小了等长大一点再学就会了。

今年放暑假终于有机会学了，吃过晚饭我拉着爸爸来到广场上，刚开始爸爸扶着我慢慢的练习，过了几天我终于可以自己在上面滑行了，当时我心里美滋滋的时候，正在我得意的时候，突然重重的摔在了地上，我的腿都划破了皮鲜血直流，疼的我大哭起来，我心里想再也不练了，但是我想不管干什么都事情半途而废，一定要坚持努力，我一定要学会。经过几天的努力我终于很轻松的在上面做动作了。

我看着我的滑板车——它可是我最喜欢的伙伴，是它让我拥有了坚持和自信。

今天是我最开心的一天了，你知道为什么吗?因为我妈妈昨晚同意今天带我去南京玩了(她可是好不容易才同意的!!!)我们现在正在开车呢!妈妈说到南京还是得需要花上三个多小时的时间，我们就在车里等了等，时间就像飞箭，三个小时过的好快啊!

我们总算到了，我们先来到了柠卡王国，我们先当了消防员，消防员叔叔先和我们讲了一些消防知识,之后给我们穿上了消防服,下面就要进行令我最兴奋的时刻了，我们准备上消防车去灭火了!可是，当我知道想上车必须得抱着柱子滑下去，顿时，我的心里就像有了一块大石头一样，一直压着我!就算我不敢下去，我还是得假装敢下去，因为这里没有比我更小的人了。我只能先抱着柱子滑下去了，我心里的石头总算没了!我们总算上消防车了，感觉真不错,到了那里之后，我就带上消防帽，拿起消防拴我就灭火了。

玩完了，我们准备回去了，晚上八点，终于到了家!

在暑假里充满了快乐，但我最难忘的还是那一件事;在暑假里的一天，我和妈妈去买菜。我们走着走着，看到有一个小贩在买蜻蛙，我生气地对妈妈说;妈妈那个小贩为什么要买蜻蛙，老师说过蜻蛙是我人类的好朋友。妈妈笑着说;是呀，可是现在这些人只知道做生意。

妈妈说完后就叫我站在那儿等她买菜回来，我站了一会儿，突然看见有一个人走向摆蜻蛙的摊上，对那小贩说;我要买一个蜻蛙。小贩从笼里拿了个蜻蛙，然后扒开了蜻蛙的肚皮。我忍不住了，就走过去对小贩说;你也太没公德心了，蜻蛙可是我们的好朋友。小贩生气;你是不是来买蜻蛙的如果不是快走开。于是，我又站在那儿等妈妈，妈妈终于回来了，她看我无精打采的样子，好像看出了我的心事。走过来对我说;我们买这些蜻蛙，把它们放回大自然吧。

我和妈妈来到了小河旁，拉开了笼子把它们放出了，它们自由自地跳回河里去，一边游一边回头看我们，好象在跟我们说;谢谢你们。我和妈妈高高兴兴地回家了。

在这个暑假里我做了一件非常有意义的事，在这里，我也想跟大家说蜻蛙是我们的朋友我们要保护它们。

Different countries have different customs and different ways to celebrate festival. In our China, we have a variety of festivals, of which celebrating way is different. For example, we will eat mooncake in Mid-autumn Festival and have dragon boat races in the Dragon Boat Festival and eat zongzi. But in some extend, we celebrate all the festivals in the same way. Every family will have a big meal with their family. It is a time for family gathering. No matter what kind of celebrating way for a festival, it is the time to enjoy life.

不同的国家有不同的风俗习惯和不同的节日庆祝方式。在我们中国，我们有各种各样的节日，而庆祝它们的方式是不一样的。例如，我们会在中秋节吃月饼、在端午节赛龙舟、吃粽子。但从某种程度上说，我们都是以同样的方式来庆祝所有的节日。每家每户都会和家人一起吃大餐。这是属于家庭相聚的时间。无论用什么样的方式来庆祝，这都是享受生活的时刻。

暑假到了，我有一些自己的`打算。

我的打算是：我先把暑假作业完全写完，才能开开心心的玩耍。我的第二个打算是去旅游，爸爸妈妈说：如果期末考得好，我们就带你去美国玩几天。我不知道美国有什么可以参观的地方，所以我特别开心，我也不知道爸爸妈妈会不会带我去吃美国的特产？会不会给我买一点买一点美国的玩具？我也不知道美国人吃什么？也不知道美国的饭菜是什么味道？我也不知道美国的玩具质量好不好？我也不知道爸爸妈妈会不会带我去美国的纽约玩？我也不知道美国的房子高不高、大不大、漂亮不漂亮？我也不知道美国人喜欢什么季节？我也不知道美国人喜欢什么天气？我也不知道美国人喜不喜欢看电视？

希望这个暑假我能过个快乐又充足的暑假。

20__年_月__日，在我的家中，展开了一场蚊族大屠杀，我斗智斗勇，为民除害。若你不明白，就请往下看一看。

我刚一迈进大门，只听“嗡嗡嗡”一片响，说时迟，那时快，一阵“蚊卷风”扑面而来。我赶紧关上门，蚊子大军被赶了出去，可没想到还有几波正耐心等待着我。我小声嘀咕：“今天难道是蚊族的春节，全跑来我家开party了!”正想着，两只大蚊子便向我扑来，我勃然大怒，开启了疯狂的“蚊族大屠杀”模式，第三次世界大战一触即发。

我左手拿电动灭蚊器，右手拿灭蚊喷雾，“呼呼啪啪哧哧”几声巨响后，一只只蚊子有气无力地倒下了。客厅里弥漫着滚滚浓烟，再仔细一瞧，竟然还有一堆蚊子窝在墙角。我与它们大眼瞪小眼，目光里有着愤怒的火焰在尽情燃烧。我朝它们挥挥电动灭蚊器，俯视着对它们说：“哈哈，你们死定了，快投降吧!”它们似乎听懂了，手忙脚乱起来，不是“他杀”，而是“自残”。只见它们个个飞起来，又狠狠撞向墙，我笑开了花，坐地不起笑道：“哈哈!你们想血溅墙头，了此残生啊!”没一会，最后一只蚊子也倒下来，我点了点，将近25只。

清理完战场，我灵机一动，这不正是一篇很好的写作素材嘛!正愁没东西写呢，真是蚊助我也!今天的蚊族大屠杀真是痛快，既为民除害，让家变得干净，又给了我创作灵感，真是一举两得呀!

National Day, Mom and Dad took me to Suzhou on Saturday farm, where fun.

There, I ride the horse, when the back of the brave little knight. I gave the old goat the leaves, my God! Actually attracted a group of goats to grab the leaves (strange why is the old goats love camphor leaves, and do not like grazing?). I also saw a lot of animals in the farm, there are dairy cows, sika deer, lovely little white rabbits, tall camels, beautiful peacocks, ferocious ostriches, and a picture I have never seen Chicken the same, but much larger than the chicken, the neck covered with many red spots of animals, I was afraid, took the mothers hand, fleeing quickly.

There are not only many animals in the farm, there are many orchards, there are vineyards, there are pear orchards, flowers orchards, there are many, then we went to the jujube, made a return to farmers, eating their own picking dates, Taste really sweet ah!

Come back, we are very happy, I told my mother said, next time I would like to go there to play.

今天吃过早饭，妈妈说要去洗衣服了。我看见妈妈带上手套就，我问她：“您为什么不用洗衣机要用手洗呢？又为什么戴手套呢？

妈妈说：“夏天的衣服手洗不会打皱，手套是因为我的手有点伤怕被感染。”我拿起妈妈的手看了一下，真的，手上还有血。我对妈妈说：“那我来帮您洗衣服吧。”于是我搬来一条小凳子帮妈妈洗衣服。“我的衣服这么脏怎样才能洗干净？”我问妈妈，妈妈说：“先用洗衣粉泡几分钟，然后用手来回的搓。”我照样子使劲的洗还是没有把脏的地方洗干净，我擦上肥皂，用刷子来回的刷，终于洗干净了，我好开心哦。没多久我们把衣服全部洗好，把它们晾在阳台上。

妈妈对我说：“你真是个好小帮手。”

暑假里的一天，在厨房里，我在妈妈的帮助下学会了洗碗。

中午，妈妈先带我来到了厨房。然后，妈妈拿起一个沾满油、饭粒和菜的碗认认真真地洗干净了。妈妈洗的时候，我目不转睛地看着，觉得洗碗一点都不难，小菜一碟。这时，妈妈问我：“看清楚了吗？”我不假思索地回答：“看清楚了！”妈妈听了，半信半疑地说：“你洗几个碗给我看看！”

于是，我随手拿起一个碗，洗了起来。洗碗的时候，我偷偷地看了妈妈一眼，这时，妈妈正在审视着我呢！我急忙洗起来。我先把洗碗布浸湿了，然后往湿湿的洗碗布上倒了一些透明的、滑滑的洗洁精。这是一些有青苹果香味的洗洁精，它可以去掉碗上的油。接着，我用洗碗布不停地、使劲地擦碗，擦呀擦，直到碗不再油腻。我就小心翼翼地把碗放到了水龙头下，然后打开水龙头，看见水龙头下流出了清凉、干净的自来水，我连忙用洗碗布飞快地洗起碗来。

过了一会儿，几个干干净净的碗就出现在了厨房里。妈妈见了，连声夸我：“真能干！”

暑假里的趣事很多，是说也说不完，道也道不尽，但是，在这个暑假里，我认为最有趣的还是我、罗放哥哥还有爸爸一起去游泳。

星期日的下午，我、罗放哥哥和爸爸一起去游泳池游泳。游泳池在跳跳虎游乐园的西面，在文化宫的南面，我们买了票，进去了，我换好泳衣，脱了鞋，跳下水，感觉浑身轻飘飘的，我试着跳了一下，啊，轻轻一跳就蹦好高，我想走路会更轻松吧，但我想错了，在水里走路要比在陆地上走路重的多，我只好用胳膊在水里向前划，不错，这样走轻松多了，这时，罗放哥哥游来，说：“颖颖，我教你游泳吧。”我惊喜的说：“太好了。”罗放哥哥说：“要学游泳，首先要练好憋气。”

说着，就戴上游泳镜，深吸一口气，把头放进水里，大约过了二十秒钟，罗放哥哥从水里探出头来，摘了游泳镜，摸了一下脸上的水，说：“你也来试一试。”我也像罗放哥哥那样，先戴上游泳镜，吸一大口气，就把头放下去，我感觉自己好像要浮上去，我只好用力往下压，过了一会儿，我实在憋不住了，就抬起头来，罗放哥哥说：“不错，20秒，现在学蛙泳，先看我做。”

罗放哥哥做了动作，我就跟着学，可我的腿老是特别僵硬，弯不成那样，罗放哥哥就开玩笑：“你买只青蛙，跟着它学。”我们还玩了水下捉迷藏、打水仗，可是游泳池的铃声响了，我们只好依依不舍的离开了。

希望下次暑假还可以像这么有趣。

暑假，我、爸爸、妈妈一起去老家浙江探亲。

我的家乡非常的美丽，虽然在乡下，也没有大城市那么繁华，但哪里春天阳光明媚、鸟语花香;夏天不是骄阳似火，而是凉爽舒适;秋天能看到满地的枫叶;冬天又能见到鹅毛般的大雪。

我们去了三个地方：刘哉、泰顺、三魁。我见到了我慈祥的奶奶，还有爱我的外公、外婆。和他们说说话，聊聊天，可开心了。特别是在三魁我和哥哥们天天一起吃大餐，每天都很开心。这个暑假虽然没有去什么特别的地方，做什么特别的事，但这些浓浓亲情让我感到很幸福。

这个暑假我过的很充实。

放暑假的第一天，我非常的高兴，是因为，今天是我的放暑假的第一天，我才非常高兴的。

不一会儿，我的妈妈来了，说：“今天是我放暑假的第一天，让我玩了一天。”我又说：“我一点都不答应您，不是我不想答应您我是想让您有的时候，我一天的作业有事写得快你就得给我买一个小兔子，是动物的小兔子，不是玩具的小兔子，好吗？”我妈就说了：“那好吧。”

然后，我就去写字了，但是，我的妈妈让我去玩，但是，我没有去玩，我在家里写字了，时间过了很短的时间，既然我在我的妈妈的指导下非常快的就写完了语文暑假里的语文的一项作业了，是已经很快的就写完了一项，是我非常的高兴和开心。

过了不久，我又开始写上了数学里的一项，我写了数学里的第一项作业，是：“数学的脑算卷子里的第一张卷子，就在我又要写完数学的时候我一看时间，已经要7：10了，我很着急，然后我就边想边做作业：”我是六点起的床，然后有穿衣服、洗脸、吃早饭和刷牙，一共用了半个小时，又写了作业语文里的一项，就用了一二十分钟，数学就用了十多分钟，我又算了一下，我总共用了一个小时，做了这些事情，有两项是要动手写的，剩下的是要动手做的。“就在我想的时候，数学卷字都已经写完了。

最后我开始读英语和写英语了，我先写英语了，我写了快到了两篇的时候，时间已经过去了几十多分钟了，然后，我的妈妈就跟我说：”你在读一会英语吧，行吗？我高兴的说了起来：“那好吧。”我就开始读英语了。

这就是我的放暑假的第一天，也是我兴的一天了，我很喜欢这一天，真想以后还能想起这件事来，那就好了。

“嘟嘟嘟……”南头渔村的渔民们正准备出海捕鱼呢!我们赶紧登上其中一艘渔船，跟着出海去了。

船快速行驶在海面上，咦，那是什么?远处起伏着的一根根旗杆，突然吸引了我的眼球。这时，我们的渔船停止了前进，船老大忙着把锚抛下海里。不一会儿，在船的前方，绿色的鱼笼就像一条长龙一个接一个地被捞了上来，笼里鱼儿活蹦乱跳。船上的游客开始坐不住了，大家一起努力拉网，迫不及待地观看“战利品”。哇，真丰富啊!有鱼，有虾，有蟹，还有背着壳的寄居蟹。大家开始七手八脚地分类，虾和蟹被放到船上的锅里煮，其它小鱼小虾则成了我的“宠物”。

很快，香喷喷的虾蟹煮熟后端上来了。大家顾不得斯文，围着桌子用手抓着吃开了。我也赶紧捞了一只黄灿灿的蟹大嚼起来。啊!这蟹的味道真好啊，鲜香的蟹肉里居然还透着一股甜味!就在我们忙着大快朵颐时，勤劳的船老大可不闲着，他又在放鱼笼了。一条条鱼笼乖乖下了海，鱼笼的末端绑着一块大大的泡沫塑料和一根旗杆。哦，原来这旗杆是用来提示鱼笼的藏身之处啊!

“嘟嘟嘟……”那是什么声音?原来是船老大又开着渔船朝另一个方向捕鱼去了……

Birthday

My birthday is on Sunday. My parents are going to have a birthday party at home. I invite my friends to come to the party.

At the party. They give me many small presents. Such as cards， picture books， pens.

They sing Happy Birthday to me. My mother makes a big cake for me. I cut the cake into small pieces and give them out.

We sing and dance.We have a good time at the party.

今天，我5点起床，整理好后，5点半出发和妈妈去爬麒麟山。来到山脚下，空气特别清新，我深深的吸了一口气，感受大自然的气息。我哼着小曲，向山头爬去，路上，我观看着如画般的景色：山上到处都绿油油的，草绿的，树绿的，另外还有牵牛花的点缀，真是万绿丛中一点红。哦，那是什么?怎么白茫茫的?哦，原来昨天下了雨，今天早晨起雾了，左边是一个很深的沟，沟里雾气昭昭，白茫茫一片，右边是美丽坚硬的石头。“哇，太美了!”我情不自禁的叫道，“怎么了?”妈妈问。我指给妈妈看，原来那是层层叠叠的山，山边是雾，山头忽隐忽现，好像仙境一般……我们慢慢向上攀着，感受着大自然的美，不知怎的，微风吹过我的脸庞时，我很惬意，于是大喊啊啊……山在回音，好美好美。

My father doesnt talk much. Though he is not funny, he loves me very much.

Last week, he travelled for business and when he came home, he took out a box

and brought me a nice present. I was so happy. He always remembered to bring me

some surprises. It was a special notebook and I could use it to write

diaries.

The Dragon Boat Festival, also called Double FifthFestival, is celebrated

on May 5th on lunarcalendar.It is a folk festival widely spread with ahistory of

over 2,000 years, and is one of the mostimportant Chinese festivals as well.

There are variouscelebrating activities on that day, among which the customs of

eating rice dumplings anddragon boat racing are quite important.There are many

legends on the origin of the DragonBoat Festival.Some people think it is to

commemorate the poet Qu Yuan, while others say it isto be in honour of Wu Zi_u,

a famous general during the Warring States period. However, thelegend of Qu Yuan

spreads most widely. People appreciate highly the noble sentiment andprominent

talent of this patriotic poet and are very sympathetic with the ending that

hecommitted suicide by drowning himself in a river.

端午节(the Dragon Boat Festival)，又称重五节，于每年农历五月初五庆祝。

这是广泛流传2000多年的民间节日，也是中国最重要的节日之一。端午节当天举行各种庆祝活动，吃粽子和赛龙舟(dragon boat
