happy holiday. As a junior student, I am not totally free in the summer holiday,

because study is still an important part in my life. In the first month of the

am weak inthe two subjects. Therefore, I need some extra training. After that, I

同学们都知道我有两个特长，一个是主持人，一个是弹钢琴。主持人是从小练得功底，小时偶怕生，妈妈就让我去学习小主持人，而弹钢琴也是长年累月的功夫活，这个假期我马上要迎来钢琴十级考试，对于一个只是小学五年级的我来说，考钢琴十级已经很不容易了，再加上我学的晚，所以要比别人付出更多的努力。

所以这个假期的暑假的生活，本来爸爸妈妈是要带我出门旅游的，但是我却坚持想要在家里练琴，因为我要实现我的梦想，要坚持我的梦想。我的假期从早上八点开始，起床之后吃早饭，早饭过后可以休息一下，休息之后就开始了练琴生活，从乐理开始，乐理一个小时，练手指一个小时，基础一个小时，一个上午就简单的过去了，从十个曲子中选一个曲子考，但是这十个曲子我就必须都练会才能应付老师虽然选取的一个曲子，这就是所谓的“台上十分钟，台下十年功”，如果你不是一个练习乐器或者拥有特长的人，你是不会懂不断的努力和练习的辛苦，但是我一直都把这种练习当成一种享受，这就是我的心情。

昨天晚上，我在楼下的平台上玩球，玩了十多分钟后，但是，我一不小心，我就把球给打到了平台下面的树丛中，我没办法，只好下去拿球，于是，我的“救援行动”就拉开了序幕。

但是，那个巨型台阶旁边长满了许许多多各种各样颜色的月季，这些月季的枝头上长满了刺，我每走一步我的胳膊和大腿都会被刺到，我只好忍着疼，走了三步。终于，我伸出手，够到了那跟竹竿，并拿到了那跟竹竿。

拿到了那根竹竿后，我先把竹竿扔了上去，自己也走了上去。

上去后，我看了看下头，看了一会儿，发现我的那个球，那个球就在那个台阶右边不远处的地方，在右边就是另一个台阶，于是，我又跳了下去了，并又将竹竿架在对面的另一个台阶上，我打算过独木“竹竿”去取球。我开始了，我边扶上头的水泥地，边踩在竹竿走，走了两步，啪的一声，竹竿断了一点，再走了两步，又断了一点，我看了一下还有二十厘米路和半米高。我便跳了过去，捡起了球，把球扔了上去。自己则踩着竹竿，一蹬，用双手撑这上头的水泥地，上去了。

这次捡球真是太惊险了。

在读《傅雷家书》的过程中，我注意到傅雷反复强调了一种人生精神，人生态度。它不仅指引了傅聪，也启发了我。

如果没数错的话，他提到了四次。其中一段原文是这样写的：“下功夫叫自己心理上松动，包管你有好成绩。紧张对什么事都有弊无利。只要凭愚公移山的意志，存着我尽我心的观念;一紧张马上就叫自己宽弛，对付你的精神要像对付你的手与指一样，时时刻刻注意放松。”

我认为这种随时调整自身精神的习惯不单适用于傅聪比赛前，也适用于学生考试前，适用于我。像我现在的学习生活，时常会有大考小考如果精神一直处于长时间紧绷的状态，不利于心理健康，也不会对学习有太多帮助，反而会适得其反，陷入疲劳而耽误课业。在考试前，也应做到不紧张。但是这并不是能轻易做到的。

这时回顾傅雷说这话的背景——傅聪每小时练习钢琴八小时以上。他的充分练习是他放松精神的前提。这也告诉我，并不是你什么都不做，还一昧放松，读后感.考试也能出好成果的。在你有一定的付出，一定的努力后，达到了放松的前提，再是调整的时间。而这个标准对我来说就是扎扎实实地落实好基础，彻彻底底地掌握老师讲的知识。

这时再有一颗“得失置之度外”、“胜败兵家之常”那样无挂无碍的心，只求竭尽所能，无愧于心，效果反而好，才能希望有好成绩。这就是傅雷要求傅聪做到的，也是我要求自己努力做到的。

暑假快要结束了，妈妈准备带我去桐庐的朋友家玩。

第二天早上到了桐庐后，我和爸爸去了小溪边。

在小溪里，我和爸爸发现了几条小鱼。我俩想把小鱼围在一起，再抽干水——这样就能捉到小鱼了。

说干就干，我在上面捡石头，爸爸在下面用石头围小鱼。然后我下去用水枪把水抽干，一看——小鱼早就不见了!

没捉到小鱼，我们也并不失望。回到了朋友家，吃完午饭，我们又准备去挖生姜。

到了种生姜的地方，只见到一片绿色的叶子，我却没看见生姜的身影。正在我感到奇怪的时候，爸爸告诉我：“生姜是长在地底下的，要用锄头挖。”

于是，我们就开工了。大人们把生姜挖出来，我把叶子拔掉，把土拍掉。大家齐心协力，很快就干完了。

晚饭非常丰富，我还尝了从地里挖出来的生姜，可把我给辣得够呛。

第三天早上，我们就坐车回家了。

足球大赛

今天下午放学的时候，也是4时05分，老师带着我们到操场上去看比赛。我们三(4)班大战三(3)班。

老师说：“跟家长约定在这儿看比赛的人留下来，没有约定的人回家。”

3、2、1，比赛开始啦!我和同学们异口同声的喊：“加油，加油!”一会儿，同学们停住声音，我看看同学们都一言不发，所以我也跟着他们没有发出一丝声音。

李雨恒是咱们班的守门员，其他人来把球踢到三(3)班的球门里。我越看就越无聊，“哎呀!”我一听就急忙把眼睛看着那位同学。哦，原来是三(3)班的足球打中了陶瑞杰的脸。我心想：快令红牌呀，三(3)班犯规了呀!和裁判就是不令红牌。接着一位三(3)班的足球队员就踢了一个高飞球正朝着咱们班的球篮网扑去，让我惊讶的是，李雨恒居然接住球了!啊，真是让人不可思议!

第一轮比赛结束了，我们班指只的了零分，三(3)班的得了两分!哎呀，我该回家了。我盼着第二场能不能胜利，如果胜利了……

每年的七八月份，天气分外炎热。我就会随着爷爷去家门前的河滨里摸河蚌。这条河滨水很浅，大约有1米五左右，我的脚可以踩到河底。

第一次摸河蚌，我先看爷爷摸一遍。看懂了，我跳入水中，游到水比较浅的地方，深深吸了一口气，把头钻到水底。水底漆黑一片，什么也看不见，我把手伸进泥土里，凭着感觉摸来摸去。仅仅过了几秒，我就感觉憋得不行了，却什么没摸到，可嘴巴里却灌到了几口水，连忙把头从水里钻了上来。深深地吸了几口气，我一连潜下水摸了几次，可每次都空手而归。

看看爷爷硕果颇丰，我不禁有些奇怪了。为什么爷爷知道哪里有河蚌，哪里没有呢?我怎么也想不通。我刚想潜入水中再摸一镒，这时感觉脚底有一块硬硬的东西。我摸起来一看，啊!居然是一只河蚌。我顿时恍然大悟，明白了爷爷摸河蚌的技巧。原来爷爷摸河蚌不仅靠手，功劳的就是他的脚了。他一边走一边用脚在搜寻，如果脚下有硬的表面光滑的东西，就有可能是河蚌。

我没想到竟然摸河蚌也会有技巧，我可真是开了眼了!
