第四天我们顶着大太阳从北海出发了，坐了约4.5小时的车，终于到达了崇左县的明仕田园。一下车，我们就沿着田间小道，来到了河水边，坐上当地的竹筏前往我们住的酒店——明仕山庄。

一路上四周的风景美丽极了。蓝天白云相伴，两岸的青山连绵起伏，曲折弯延，绿水环绕，不断有野鸭扑腾着水面飞来飞去，水里一群群小鱼在快乐地游来游去，靠近岸边的树边上还有一排排的红螺卵，岸上还有人在唱着对歌。真像是人在画中游啊！

当我还在欣赏着这美丽的`风景时，船夫喊道：“到岸了，到岸了，大家下船小心！”我小心翼翼地从竹筏上走上岸，哇，这里的风景更漂亮了！绿树衬托着一座座高耸入云的大山，大山倒映在清澈见底的河水里，像一幅幅美丽的山水画。到了晚上，那里的风景更好看了，山的颜色变得更加浓烈，小鸟们不见了，太阳从天上缓缓降落，由一个圆变成半个圆，逐渐消失在大山的后面，就在太阳落下去的瞬间，感觉大山在发光一样，像舞台上闪耀的明星。晚餐后，外面的天完全变黑了，远处的舞台上亮起了篝火，热闹的民俗表演开始了，一个个节目精彩极了，此起彼伏的音乐声、歌声、欢笑声充满了整个山谷，一直在我耳边回荡。

早晨的明仕田园，更像是一幅浓郁的山水画，一层层的薄雾笼罩着山水，仿佛仙境般。这儿的风景真美呀！

暑假的一天，妈妈要我陪她去化妆店购买化妆品，结果化妆品不是太贵就是作用不大，结果逛了一圈，两手空空的回到了家。

我一回到家，就拿起一根黄瓜啃了起来，妈妈一见，就夺过我手里的黄瓜飞快地跑到厨房，拿起菜刀将黄瓜切成一片片，放在碗里，躺在床上，将黄瓜片一片片地敷在脸上。我一见这状，便好奇地问了起来：“妈妈，你这是在干什么啊?”妈妈说：“黄瓜能够吸取脸上的油腻，能使人的脸变白，这不，我也试试看这效果好不好。”

第二天，我一做完暑假作业，就拿出冰箱里的酸奶，咕噜咕噜地喝了起来。这时，妈妈叫了起来：“等一下，酸奶不要喝完，我有用。”于是我就把酸奶给了妈妈，妈妈一手拿过酸奶，将酸奶倒在手上，在脸上抹了起来。我惊奇地说：“妈妈，你是不是疯了?好端端的酸奶，就这么被你给浪费了，你知不知道要节约食物。”妈妈说：“你小孩子懂什么，这个能让皮肤变的光滑，不粗糙。”下午，妈妈的朋友来到我家。惊奇地说：“啊呀!你的脸怎么变白了?”妈妈开心地说：“我用的是进口化妆品。”我惊奇地说：“啊?”妈妈说：“黄瓜和酸奶哪样不是用嘴吃的?”我捧腹大笑。

哈哈，真是笑死我也。

When I told the news to Peter Li, James Wang and Nancy Zhang, the girl who always wears a long hair, and went to Beijing with us last year, they all wish you to send us some pictures of your new house. We hope that when we go on errand in America next year, we can pay a visit to your family. Then we are sure to have a nice gathering.

This morning, Peter and I went to an art gallery to pick up an oil painting with a beauty spot of China’s southern part as a token of our hearty congratulations. We hope it can add up to your decorations wherever you like, and we also wish you will like it.

星期天，我们一行十个人去上海科技馆参观。

早上8点多，我们乘上了高铁。高铁的速度可快了，坐在高铁上向窗外望去，只见景物飞速地在我们眼前掠过，又飞速地向后消失。才一个多小时，我们就到上海了。

下了高铁，我们又乘上了地铁，地铁带着我们来到了上海科技馆。这是我第二次来科技馆了，已经对这里的事物非常熟悉了，于是我就当起了小导游，一边参观，一边给大家推荐好玩的地方。

第一站，我们来到了动物世界，看到了来自地球各个地方的动物，有可爱温柔的小动物，也有强壮凶猛的大猛兽。

接下来，我们来到了“生物万象”，看到了树木茂密的热带雨林。沿着弯弯曲曲的山路，我们看到了各种形态的昆虫，爬行动物……

我们一路走，一路参观。

让我们大开眼界的是机器人世界。在这里，我们看到了会跳舞的机器人、会下棋的机器人、会取不同颜色皮包的机器人、会射箭的机器人、会画画的机器人……我们还欣赏了一台由机器人表演的精彩的演出。

让我们玩得最尽兴的是“智慧之光”。这里有许多可以让我们参与互动的科技活动。有刺激的空中骑车，可惜只有1米4以上的人才能玩;有有趣的激光弹琴;有可怕的龙卷风演示……最最让我难忘的是魔屋。魔屋是一个倾斜的房子，人走在里面感觉会失去平衡，好像一不小心就会摔倒。我们还走进了“时光隧道”，里面有一道道旋转的光圈，让人看得眼花缭乱头发晕，赶紧扶住栏杆防止摔倒。

时间过得真快，一天过去了，我们依依不舍地离开科技馆，乘着高铁回家了。

暑假里，我和小记者一起到了横店游玩三天，但令我最难忘的还是拍戏的过程了。

第三天，我们来到了明清宫苑拍戏。来到了明清宫苑，就仿佛来到了明清时代，壮观无比。我们在一个群英客栈的景点拍摄短片——少年花木兰。穿上了古装后，就开始拍戏了。穿着古装真热呀!而且还要顶着炎炎烈日拍一个简短的片段好几遍。

还好客栈里面不是太热，但还有一个很大的问题：戏的难度太大了，居然有打戏，还要假装跌倒，还要拜花木兰为师，最后竟然要表现出客桟里热闹的样子，可想而之，这部戏的难度多大呀!为了拍这部戏，大约拍了一个多小时，而这部戏总共也就20分钟左右，由此可见，拍戏是多么辛苦呀!

在这次体验中，我知道了演员是很辛苦的，我们应当体谅演员，关心演员。

Mid-autumn Festival is a popular and important lunar harvest festival

celebrated by Chinese people. The festival is held on the 15thday of the eighth

month in the Chinese calendar. There are some traditions in this holiday. For

example, people would have a big dinner with their families. After dinner, they

often enjoy the full moon which is round and bright. The other tradition of

mid-autumn festival is eating moon cake. Moon cake is the essential of that day,

which means reunion. As time goes by, there are various kinds of moon cakes, but

they are much more expensive than before. I like mid-autumn festival because my

families will get together and have a big dinner on that day.

When I was picking up my stuff after school， I saw a dog staring at me at the school gate .I was kind of scary. I thought the dog would bite me when I was going out. But it was not. The dog started to follow me. I was very afraid. I started to run away， but the dog did it， either. Suddenly， the dog ran pass away me. I realized the man in front of me was the owner of the dog. I was relieved.

From then on， as long as a dog stares at me， I will look back to have a look whether there is another person near or not.

People are enjoying the comfortable life of the modern civilization,

meanwhile, they are also experiencing more and more competitions and suffering

much more stress than before.With the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

appliable to every one of us, and proves itself the most efficient method of

escaping stress. Each man has his specific activities that help him regain the

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

with my family.

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

一说到剪头发，我就很开心又很兴奋。为甚么呢﹖因为剪完头发和还没剪的头发不太一样。所以呀，剪头发是我最开心又高兴的一件事。

今天，妈妈手拿着剪刀和一些工具，要帮我们剪头发，虽然我喜欢剪头发，不过是因为每次都是去美容院剪的，可是这是第一次妈妈在家里帮姐姐、哥哥和我剪头发，因为是第一次给妈妈剪头发，所以有点紧张。

不到几分钟，我的头发就已经变成不一样的发型了!真不愧是妈妈的手艺，我觉得妈妈可以当美发师喔!这次剪头发让我感受到剪头发的人很辛苦，因为不紧要技术很好，还要依客人喜好来剪头发。

暑假到了，我想大家一定都很高兴吧!对，我也很高兴，因为暑假里可以放松心情，去外面旅游，还可以去游泳。说到游泳，我以前可是一只名副其实的旱鸭子。可是，经过一个暑假的努力，我终于学会了游泳，想听一听吗?那我就给大家讲讲吧!

暑假里炎热的一天，我们全家一起去游泳。看着姐姐在游泳池里自由自在地游来游去，犹如一条小鱼在水中欢快地穿梭，套着游泳圈的我，心里可痒痒了。终于，我在家人的鼓励下，我鼓起了勇气对爸爸说：“我要学游泳!”可爸爸却说：“你可别像上次那样半途而废，要知道不被水淹到是学不会游泳的。”爸爸的话不禁又勾起了我去年的回忆。去年我参加了游泳班的学习，可是我却掉到水里被淹到了，我吓得哭了，像一个逃兵逃回了家，再也没有勇气去继续学完游泳课程。可现在我却满怀信心地说：“我不怕，我一定能战胜心里的恐惧!”

于是，我开始了学游泳的旅程。首先，爸爸教我闷水，因为以前在游泳班里学习过，所以我一会儿就学会了闷水。接着爸爸又教我换气。有时我还是会紧张，可一想到我只要学会了游泳就可以与朋友们一起游泳时，我又给自己打气加油。但我总是被水呛到，爸爸没办法只好先让我多练习闷水游，终于在我的努力练习下，我可以闷水游一小段距离了。全家人包括我，都为此感到高兴。

现在，我已经学会了游泳，可以像姐姐那样在水里游泳了，我也从这次游泳的经历中懂得了一个道理：恐惧是可以战胜的，只要你努力，就一定会成功!

放暑假了，在暑假的第一天的下午，烈日炎炎，在这炎热的夏日中，我和好朋友冯梦宇和我弟弟一起来到鑫苑。健康生活俱乐部游泳。

走在路上，太阳公公像个大火球挂在空中，把我们都快晒成一只只“烤鸭”了。烈日当空，我们都热得满头的大汗。

来到了游泳馆，里面凉风习习，水池碧波荡漾，令人心旷神怡。我们换了泳衣，进了里面。啊!人真多呀!我们几个一起跳进游泳池，水花溅了别人一身，搞得别人哭不得。

我们开始玩游戏了，玩的是打水仗，一个人一组，我是第一组的。开始了，我先使出我的“无敌水花掌”，把她们打得落花流水。紧接着，她们又开始攻击我了，我只好使出我的绝技“水花飞毛腿”，把她们打得像只“落汤鸡”，慌不择路的逃跑了。

天色以晚，我们只好跟游泳池说再见了。我们换好衣服，谈笑风生的回家了。

今天下午玩得可真开心呀!我喜欢暑假。

I am in six grade now next term I am going to middle school so the coming vacation is my last summer vacation in primary school. It is so special to me. 我现在上六年级下学期我要去上中学了接下来的假期是我小学的最后一个暑假。它对我来说是如此的特别。我和我的朋友打算参加夏令营接近自然。我现在太兴奋了我认为我们将有一个美好的时光。

在暑假里我认为最有意义的事，那就是学会了做孟封饼。

阳光明媚的早晨，妈妈带着我来到舅舅店里，今天主要是做孟封饼，大人们开始忙忙碌碌起来，我在一旁默默地看着。妈妈看我在旁边专注的样子，让我也加入了进来，我急忙洗干净手，学着大人的样子，我有模有样的做了起来。制作中，我遇到了许多小坎坷，但是在妈妈的指导下，我成功的学会了怎样制作孟封饼。学会一样小本领，其实没有我们想象的那么难，只要肯动脑筋，多学习，多听教导，就一定会成功。

早上，我吃完外婆蒸的糯米卷后就和外婆一起去游泳池，刚到游泳池，看见一池子的水，我就兴奋得不得了。还没准备好，我就迫不及待的跳下水。结果呛了好一会儿呢!在水里，我就忍不住要游一会儿，可是我的手脚好像不听使唤到处乱摆，游得也不快。

我以前第一次学游泳的时候按照教练的要求，吸上一口气，把头埋进了水里，一秒，两秒……十秒，通过不懈的努力，我基本上掌握了憋气的方法。看!我头扎进水里，腿往上抬，两手伸直，整个身体不由地浮在了水面!我兴奋得在水里不断地打水庆祝。

我心里真高兴，终于学会了水上漂浮。不过，我可喝了不少的水。

经过很久的训练，我已经可以在水里游几十米远了，教练告诉我主要是因为我年龄偏小，体力还不是很好，等我再长大一点就好了。但是要求我结束游泳班以后，要多加强体力方面的训练，那样我会游得更棒的。

今天，胡畔爸爸准备带我、大雄、胡畔和胡畔爸爸一些同事一起去烧烤、野餐。

一早乘着胡畔爸爸的车到了目的地，下车才走了二三步，毛毛细雨就从天空上洒落下来，胡畔爸爸说﹕“下雨了，看来室外活动去不了了。”我们一下子不开心起来，胡畔爸爸又说﹕“我们去没雨的地方玩。”于是带我们去玩了碰碰车、划船，还吃了冰棒。雨停了，我们可以去室外玩了。我们一起去滑冰，但是我第一次穿四轮的溜冰鞋，所以我穿好溜冰鞋，刚一站起来就是一跤，大雄想过来扶我，但他溜的速度太快了，到我跟前没刹住，自己也差点摔跤。后来我扶着栏杆慢慢走了一圈，觉得溜不起来，就默默的换好鞋，坐边上看他们玩。胡畔爸爸的同事里有一位外国人，他溜的很好，休息的时候，我跟他说：“Hello

一向幼稚的我，一直以为外教是非常严肃，非常凶的那种，一副死气沉沉的样子，还会随手拿着木棒，哪个学生不乖，一棍子打下去，听不见任何声音。这使我心里颇不宁静。要是有的问题我答不出那该怎么办呢?

因为我的英语成绩不怎么样，所以妈妈要我去参加“英语村暑假夏令营”让我提高英语水平。可是自从我见到外教后，我感觉，外教不但不凶，不坏。而且脸上表情丰富。嘴里说出来的话自然是幽默风趣。让我不得不佩服他们。

外教的课分种：正经课，做活动。

正经课：

就是正常上课，一般，他们都会教我们课本里的东西，什么方位介词：on in under next to in front of ……有时候他们觉得上课改上的内容都上完了，但是还有时间，他们决不像中国教师那样让我们自己休息。而是教我们其他的单词。这样一来，即能不浪费我们的时间，而且还能丰富我们的英语，一举两得。

做活动：

英语暑假夏令营还特别安排了一个外教活动课，就是跳跳绳只类的活动。有一次的活动是跳长绳很过长绳。我们大家都不会，英语老师先来，因为她很肥，所以跑过去，扑，摔了一跤。但是，她一点不计较，而且很开心，让我们也来。很好玩的。

上了2个星期，我已经深深地感受到了外国教师的魅力，他们的幽默风趣诙谐，他们使我学会了标准的发音英语，也让我开朗了许多。

member feel happy and comfortable. So, how to make a home sweet?

First, respecting and understanding each other is the key to make a home

sweet, especially living in a big family. Everyone in the family has his or her

own opinion and has different way to deal with the matters, and it is impossible

to make family members see eye to eye with each other. Therefore, when we are

meeting different opinions, we need to give our respect and understanding to

each other.

Second, communication is another important factor to make a sweet home.

Communicating with family members is a good for us to know each other and

Finally, humor can add more sweet to our home. Humor is a good way to

When I was in school, my teacher asked me what I want to be in the future,

I had no idea at the time, because I didn’t think about the question before, now

I have my dream, I have figured out what I want to be in the future, I want to

be a teacher. This is my future ideal career, being a teacher not only fulfills

myself, I also can implant my knowledge to my students. When I look at my

teachers, I adore them so much, they learn so much knowledge, they can help us

learn better, whenever we have questions, they can answer us immediately. I want

昨天傍晚的时候，我和妈妈就计划好了，今天由我和妈妈一起来包饺子。

妈妈早早的就去菜市场买回来了肉，和好了面，回来后我们就分工开始行动起来。饺子由妈妈包，我来擀饺子皮。刚开始的时候，由于我还没有掌握擀饺子皮的方法，擀出来的饺子皮薄厚不匀，奇形怪状的，我看了都觉得不好意思呢。后来我向妈妈请教擀皮的方法，妈妈说：“应该先把面团压一下，两面都沾上面粉，擀的时候正面上下擀一次，翻过来再上下擀一次，这样饺子皮就成一个圆形了。”我照妈妈说的试了一下，果然成功了，擀出来的饺子皮又大又圆。我夸妈妈真能干，妈妈夸我是一个好帮手。看看我擀出来的饺子皮有的大，有的小，不过多数还是不大不小刚刚好的，经过妈妈的巧手加工后，包出来的饺子个个像银元宝，个大饱满，好看又好吃。

饺子煮好了，一家人围着桌子，吃着我和妈妈做的香喷喷的饺子，别提多开心了!
