我的爸爸个子不高，留着一头乌黑的短发，鼻梁上架着一副眼镜，在家里，爸爸是我的老师，一些体育活动都是爸爸教的，如游泳。骑自行车等。

爸爸十分疼爱我。记得幼儿园毕业的那个暑假，在乡下老家我因为顽皮，在沙发上跳来跳去，一不小心从沙发上摔到地上，把右手摔断了。在福州工作特别忙的爸爸知道后，立即决定回家，因为那时候发洪水，福州通往老家的公路部分被淹没，汽车无法直达，只能乘坐一段公车，然后爬山路走一段再换乘摩托车，本来只要2小时的路程却整整花了6个多小时，一到家顾不上休息就带我去医院，又是拍片，又是找医生治疗。

直到医生用石膏、绷带给我摔伤的手固定起来，已是午夜时分，我们只好在医院住一晚上，在陌生的病房里，有爸爸的守护，妈妈的爱抚，我非常安心，很快地睡熟了。不知过去多久，我一觉醒来，睁开双眼时，觉得全身上下从来没有过的清爽和舒服。咦？什么声音这么奇怪！哦，是外面下大雨了。妈妈伏在床边睡着了，我向床尾望去，爸爸哪儿去了？我扭头左右寻找，终于看到爸爸就坐在我床头的左上角，背靠着一扇大窗户。原来那扇窗户关不严，雨水不断地往里淌，爸爸怕我妈妈淋着雨，就用他的身体挡住了窗户。看到这儿，我的鼻子发酸了，泪水顺着脸颊慢慢地流了下来……

过了一个月，我的手由于没有运动而僵硬，爸爸开始每天帮我的手做运动，刚开始很痛我不做，爸爸就强行把我的手压直，再弯曲，我痛得直哭喊他都不理还说：“你要是不运动，你的手就残废了，就不能和别人一样拿笔写字读书，不要因为一时的疼痛，而遗憾终生。”那时我就想：爸爸怎么这么狠心，我到底是不是他的女儿。就这样，整整三个月爸爸坚持帮我做运动，现在，我的手能够活动自如还得感谢爸爸呢。

爸爸就是这样默默地关爱我，我爱我的老爸。
