一、指导思想：

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

with her. She was the best partner.

Computer is a very useful machine. Some of them are big, but some of them

are very small .Many people like playing computer. Computer has many functions,

so that people can do a lot of things by computer, like watching movies,

listening to the music or playing games. It can make our lives very colorful and

convenient. Various people can make good use of computer. Children can use

computer to learn and play games. Parents can use computers to work. I think

computer is a kind of wonderful and interesting machine, so I like computer very

much.

生活里，我们难免会有些观点不同，六零后与零零后的价值观和世界观是有区别的。但是我认为，我们的观点与同龄父女的观点相比应该是比较统一的，或许你还有一点童心未泯，或许我有几分大人的成熟，或许我们彼此的沟通更多，或许生来我们看问题的角度就相同……回到正题，当我们的观点和想法有冲突的时候，我希望你能少一点“自信”，我也会站在你的角度重新审视这个问题。退一步海阔天空，我们多一点宽容和理解，或许会避免很多不必要的争吵。

一天晚上，由于我睡觉前喝了很多水，半夜要起来撒尿。

我轻轻地打开房门，正准备去。一看，在大厅的一个角落里，有一些微弱的灯光，还有一个高大威猛的人影在动。“家里招贼了？”我不相信，我揉了揉眼睛，这位“先生”不就是我们“警局”的五星级长官——爸爸吗？只见他一只手拿着好多大钞，另一只手抬起沙发的一层，把大钞放进去，放下沙发的一层，夹着钱，坐一下，觉得心里不踏实，又拿出来，把钱放进瓶里，再插入花，拍了拍胸膛，回去睡觉了。我不知道是怎么回事，只好假装若无其事地撒完尿，回去睡着了。

第二天，我满脑子的大问号，吃完早饭，叔叔说来玩，一到一楼，爸爸就出去了，我偷偷对叔叔说：“昨天晚上爸爸藏了私房钱，不知道干什么，我想你和我去跟踪爸爸，查个水落石出。”因为我小，叔叔最听我话。于是，我穿上新买的军服，随手拿了玩具AK四七枪，坐上爸爸还不知道叔叔买的新车，跟踪爸爸去了。由于叔叔开汽车技术很高，很快就跟着爸爸来到了一个陌生的地方。

事情终于水落石出了。原来，爸爸决定要和朋友凑钱帮助一位贫困学生。可是，凑完钱后已经夜深了，爸爸一急，就把钱放在自已的口袋了，爸爸为了不让妈妈知道了这件事，就把钱藏在花瓶里，第二天再把钱给那位同学送去。

我发现了爸爸的秘密，可爸爸的密秘告诉我：他真是一个好爸爸！
