During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

Recently, violence frequently occurred in schools, and in serious cases killing was involved. All those cases pose threat towards students security and exert tremendous influence on their growing.

It s high time that we took drastic measures to solve the problem. Provided school take corresponding measures, the chances of crime would be reduced. First of all, equipments such as electronic monitors or waning alarms should be installed on campus to prevent potential crimes. Secondly, security patrols should be arranged. Last but not least, security awareness should be promoted. Once encountering a suspicious man on campus, students or faulty members need to tell the campus guard immediately. 妈妈让我洗衣服，我很不情愿，于是我就和妈妈闹矛盾，我把换下的衣服放在那里，以为妈妈迟早会帮我洗衣服。过了几天，我没衣服穿了，只好乖乖的去洗衣服，看来斗是斗不过妈妈的。开始洗了，先打开水把衣服浸湿，然后用手揉搓一下，就可以擦肥皂了，刚拿起肥皂可谁知这肥皂很“调皮”，一下子从我的手中逃走了，我放下手中的刷子，要去捡起肥皂，刚捡起来又滑走了，就这样反反复复捡了好几次。后来妈妈语重心长地跟我说，你现在手是湿的，很难把肥皂捡起来，我洗了洗手，拿了块毛巾擦干，这次肥皂终于被我“擒”住了，我拿起肥皂，就往衣服上擦，擦完后又用刷子使劲地刷，妈妈看了看，又说：“不能只刷一个地方，其它的地方也要刷，我听后便认真地刷了起来，很快一件衣服被我洗完了，接着两件、三件最后全部洗完了。洗完后我才发现，原来洗衣服也是一件很辛苦的事，妈妈以前天天给我洗衣服，真的非常辛苦，我不应该总跟她顶嘴。另外，我觉得自己的衣服自己洗的好处是：自己穿的衣服什么地方最脏自己最清楚，清洗起来更方便。

再谈谈洗碗的过程。把碗拿到水池上去，用一块布，布上挤些洗洁精，然后一只碗一只碗地洗，最好是将碗一边转去一边洗，这样会洗得干净些，还记得有一次，我一边洗碗一边哼着歌，前几只碗都洗好清好了。最后一只时，我因为太高兴了想玩个空中接盘游戏，刚把盘子扔出去，眼看盘子就要接住了，可是因为我手上还有洗洁精，滑滑的，盘子到手边后却滑落到了地上，只听“哐当”一声，盘子碎了，我见状赶紧收拾起来，最后还是被妈妈批评了一顿，妈妈指责我做事不能粗心大意。通过这件事我明白了，做任何事不能吊儿郎当。从那以后我洗碗就没有摔破过。

最后一件事就是烧饭。去年暑假我在刘老师那儿学书法，中饭也在刘老师那儿吃的，自然而然用电饭锅做饭的任务就交给了我，原本我也是不会做饭的，是吴阿姨的指导下我学会了做饭。阿姨同我说，电饭锅里放多少米，就要相应的加多少水，水不能太多也不能太少，水太多烧出来的饭会太软，水太少则饭太硬，只有加入合适的水量才能做出可口的米饭。经过一个暑假的反复练习，我熟练掌握了用电饭锅做饭的技巧。但是这仅仅是烧饭的一部分，要是再学会烧菜、做面条、烧蛋炒饭就更好了。以后如果爸爸妈妈不在家，我就可以自己烧着吃，爸妈就不用担心我会饿肚子了。其实我很早就想学烧菜、烧面等等，一直没有时间去学，这个暑假我一定学会烧菜。

在妈妈的看护和指导下，我首先把大米蒸上。然后开始准备菜，一开冰箱，哇噻!都是我喜欢吃的菜，有鸡蛋、西红柿、豆角、辣椒、蒜苔、土豆、白菜、葱等。于是我就从冰箱中取了鸡蛋、一个土豆、一棵葱、辣椒，首先我把葱切成两半，一半和鸡蛋炒、一半和土豆、辣椒炒。其次，将土豆削皮，切块。最后，把鸡蛋打开，在碗里搅匀备用。这时米饭蒸好了，看着一个个晶莹剔透的大米粒，白白的香喷喷的，看了就想吃一口。

下面开始炒菜了，我先把油倒到铁锅里，等油热了，把切好的葱和鸡蛋放入油锅，不停的翻炒，一会，等鸡蛋变黄了，放点盐、调料、味精，在翻了翻，出锅。下一道菜，驾轻就熟，看着色泽鲜嫩，尝一口咸甜可口，正合适。饭菜放到桌上，看着自己亲手做出的饭菜，闻着饭菜的香味，看着全家人脸上的笑容，我开心的笑了。

那么怎么才能拥有一个良好的生存环境呢?这非常简单，只要人人都能‘低碳生活’就行啦!

可最大的问题就是怎么个‘低碳生活’，所谓的“低碳生活”，就是指‘生活作息时所耗用的能量要尽力减少，从而减低碳，特别是二氧化碳的排放量，从而减少对大气的污染，减缓生态恶化，主要是从节电节气和回收三个环节来改变生活细节。 ’
