今天，是军训的第四天，转眼间过得真快呀。

可是，今天的训练丝毫没有放松，因为明天要会操比赛。可是跑步立定时，真是乱七八糟，这可难办，所以一上午基本没休息，看着别的班的同学坐地下说说笑笑，我们真实羡慕不已，同时也非常恨教官，偶尔也埋怨教官。但是，下午的一次表演让我改变了看法。

下午训练将要结束时，教官神秘地告诉我们说是有一个很有意思的游戏。我们来到操场中央，每个教官都互相用手势把我们安排成一个似正方形的队形，把教师队伍包围了，然后让我们齐喊：“老师，来一个”。一下子，就热闹了，谁知，事与愿违，经老师的启发引导，我们又让教官来一个，他们也不愿意，经同学们推呀，拉呀，他们就不好推辞了，在场中央表演了一番，真使我大开演界，动作真难，这要付出多大的.代价呀，但我想这只是一小部分。表演完后，赢得了我们热烈的掌声。也乐的我们直鼓掌。

今天，我很快乐，所以今天的气氛可以说书“乐”。让我懂得了，有付出才会有收获。

我爱中国菜 I Love Chinese Food

Chinese food is famous all around the world. A lot of foreigners speak

highly of the delicious food when they come to this big country. For me， I like

spicy food， so hot pot is my favorite. I can eat what I like and put the food in

the spicy soup. The hotness makes me feel so cool. No matter where I go， Chinese

food is always my favorite.

中国菜闻名全世界，有很多外国人来到这个大国以后都会赞扬美味的食物。对我来说，我喜欢辣的食物，所以火锅是我的最爱。我可以把我喜欢吃的食物放进辣汤里就可以吃到自己喜欢的食物

了，辣味让我觉得太酷了。无论我去哪里，中国菜永远是我的最爱。

不知不觉就过年了啊。家家户户都贴上了对联，当然，我家也是。我们家的邻居自己剪了两个可爱的窗花送给了我们，我把它们都贴在了窗户上，远远望去，还挺漂亮呢。

过年的时候，一家人团团圆圆的坐在一起吃饭，有说有笑的，好开心哪。当然最令人兴奋不已的时刻还是发压岁钱的时候，哈哈。那钱源源不断的进了我的钱包，(不知道的可能以为我是个财迷，嘿嘿，实话说，有一点点啦。)但是我最希望的还是今年我家可以财源滚滚哦。

过年嘛，当然是免不了要放烟花爆竹的，晚上，我坐在院子里看美丽的烟花在空中绽放，然后瞬间消失，好美啊。

我希望每天都过年，那我的压岁钱就多得花不完啦。哈哈~

In recent years our life is becoming better andbetter. But our environment

is becoming worse and worse. It’s very bad for ourlife. Now many people have

air-conditioners and cars, they produce (give off )waste gas. More and more

trees are being cut down. There are so much sand onthe earth (leaving only sand

) . We often see factories pour waste into riversor lakes. Water in the river is

quite dirty. We haven’t enough clean water todrink in cities. Now we are in

danger. It’s very necessary and important toprotect the environment well. I

think if everyone tries his best to protect theenvironment, the world will

become much more beautiful , and our life will bebetter and better .

Its New Years Day today. This morning when I got up, I heardsomebody singing a love song. It was mum! Ifelt very strange because Iknew mum didnt enjoy popular songs. And I didnt think it was suitable formy middle-aged mother to sing any love songs. Whats more, dad wasfollowing what mum was singing. "What had happened to them?" Then Inoticed a box with a small card on the table. I got close to it carefully andunderstood then. As a matter of fact, it was their 15th marriage anniversarytoday. Thats why they were so happy. When seeing their happiness, I alsofelt happy.

暑假里，妈 妈给我买了一本叫寻找黑骑士的书。我非常喜欢看这本书。这本书主要讲的是：秋天，翠湖公园里的小树林在一年一度的菊花节变得热闹起来。在那里，突然聚集了很多的猫，原来他们在开找朋友会。胖头、二丫和三宝在找朋友会上都没有交到真正的好朋友。过了几天，三宝告诉笑猫，他决定去寻找自己的好朋友--黑骑士。黑骑士是一条黑色的狗，他毛色油亮，像一个英俊的骑士。黑骑士曾经是一直英勇的搜救犬，因为救人而瘸了一条腿。于是，笑猫和老老鼠陪伴着三宝去寻找

老老鼠说：”我从子子孙孙那边知道了南郊、北郊、西郊、东郊，都有一条缺了一条腿的狗。””啊!”笑猫说，”哪条狗才是黑骑士啊!”那只能让三宝自己去辨认了。”老老鼠说。于是，笑猫把三宝带出了秘密山洞。三宝说：”爸爸，我们把神奇的球球带上吧，说不定它能告诉我们黑骑士在哪。”好!”笑猫爽快地答应了。只见球球老老鼠往南边一家火腿肠工厂里滚去，笑猫和球球老老鼠说了几句话，就在这时，突然听见耳边传来狗叫声，三宝飞快地跑过来害怕地说：”那条狗好凶啊!”显然这家香肠工厂的看门狗不是黑骑士。他们又往前走了一段路来到了一家豪华气派的工厂前三宝说工厂大门旁的传达室里的狗不是黑骑士因为他四肢健全。他们又经过了很多工厂，可是看门狗都不是黑骑士。

天黑了，他们在草堆里过了一夜。

到了早上，他们走在田间的小路上来到了一家肠胃药工厂里有一只凶狗。优雅猫告诉她们那条狗的腿是被打瘸的。可以肯定那条狗不是黑骑士。

入夜，三宝睡下后，老老鼠对笑猫说他要再开一次子子孙孙会在提供一些黑骑士的消息。

清晨，他们来到粮仓来找黑骑士，可是有一条叫黑狮的狗并不是黑骑士。他们又来到天鹅湖边，可是那里叫黑狐的狗也不是黑骑士。最后他们在一位调琴师的家里找到了黑骑士，三宝高兴得一蹦三尺高。

读了这本书我知道了，人类要像三宝们一样坚持不懈，这样才能成功。

今天下午我正在看电视，妈妈叫我整理一下小房间，最后一步就是洗窗帘、挂窗帘。妈妈已经洗好了窗帘，叫我帮她先把窗帘扣插好。我想，这是女孩子干得活呀!不过我还是去帮忙了。妈妈教我怎么把铁扣插进窗帘。第一步找小孔，第二步把铁扣上的四个分叉分别插进四个小孔里，第三步中间空四个小孔，再接着插。然后我就照妈妈说的去做。第一次还不会，妈妈又说了一次方法，还叫我要耐心一点。我很快就会了。忙了差不多一个小时才把事情做完。我心里想，干活可真不容易啊!我看着挂好的窗帘，心里真高兴!

My Family

My name is Li Hua. I am from a workers family. There are six people in my

family. They are my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my mother, my sister

and I.

Every member in my family works for his or her own trade①. My grandfather

and grandmother are peasants. They do farm work every day in my hometown. My

father is a senior engineer. He is now working in Africa, helping to build a

power station. My mother is a teacher. She teaches English in a middle school.

My sister, five years older than I, is a doctor in the Peoples Hospital of our

county. She loves her work and does it well. I am a middle school student. And I

am going to take this years college entrance examination. I wish that I could

be enrolled② by a famous university.

That is my family. All the members in my family live in harmony③. We love

each other devotedly.

忙碌的星期天

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

How a busy day it is !

我生长在一座美丽城市，那里一到冬天就是冰雪的世界。那就是冰城——哈尔滨。

一到冬天，大雪纷飞，白雪皑皑，田野里就像盖上了一床又白又厚棉被。校园里有堆雪人和打雪仗的……校园里回荡着同学们欢快地笑声。放学的路上，抬头一年，树枝上也重重地压上了一层厚厚的雪花，看上去沉沉的，好像随时都会掉下来砸到路边的行人。到了晚上，每条街道都会有形色各异的冰灯，放眼望去，真是美丽极了!

今天，老师领我们出去观看雪景，我们深呼吸了一下感到冬天不是那么冷了，是很清凉的感受。我找到一个没有人踩过的地方把我的“小脚印”和我的“小手印”留在了那晨我太开心了。!

路边的小汽车盖上了厚厚的白绒绒的被子，显得很美丽。

这就是家乡的冬天。

Now TV has become necessary in our life. We can get all kinds of information through TV. The world is in front of us. The distance between countries is shortened with the help of TV.Every day we can watch some interesting programs to make us happy.

Although TV has some benifits, sometimes it has bad influence. Some students have no time to study because they watch TV in all the free time. And some programs are not proper for children.

So we should choose some good programs to watch, especially for children.

今年的春节我是在外婆家过的。这次过年让我知道了大年初一的规矩不但多，而且复杂。

大年初一这天，我刚起来，看到地上有一点脏，便想去找扫帚来把地扫一下，可是找遍了每一个我所知道平时放扫帚的地方，却都不见它的踪影。我心想，外婆一定知道，便跑到屋里去问外婆，外婆说：“大年初一是不能扫地的否则会把大年初一的财运扫走的。”我点了点头，半懵半懂地说：“哦”。

中午，外婆切菜的时候一不小心把手给切到了，鲜血不断的从伤口往外渗，我看情况不对，赶紧对外婆说：“你要不去唐医生的小诊所里去看看吧!”外婆却说：“没事，一点小伤而已，用创可贴贴一下就行了。”“怎样怎么能行呢?”这是用创可贴就能好的吗?还是去看一下，包扎一下比较好。”外婆说小孩子，懂什么，我要是今天去了诊所，接下来的一年里的每一天都会病秧秧的。会成为诊所里的‘常客’”啊?这到底是什么逻辑啊?太奇怪了把!哪有受伤不去医院的道理呀?

到了晚上，外婆叫我过去，我便来到了厨房里只见外婆手里拿着一封花花绿绿的信，我走进一看上面还有字呢!可是大多是繁体字我不认识，可我还是认识一部分：什么造神保平安什么的。我好奇地问外婆这个是什么。外婆说：“这是灶书，用来祭造神的。”说着便把“灶书”点燃。我愣在一边，外婆说：“还愣这干嘛?鞠三个躬啊!”我说：“啊”“啊什么快点。”我按外婆说的做了。

奶奶还说，大年初一不能向别人借钱，不然这一年都要靠别人的钱维持生机了，也不能向外借钱不然这一年都要向外借钱……唉!你说这大年初一的规矩多不多、烦不烦呢?

Today is sunday. i got up very early in the morning. after breakfast i went to the bookstore. i wanted to buy a book robinson crusoe. i looked for the book for quite some time but couldn‘t find it. the shop assistant then came to help me. i was very glad that i got the book at last.

in the afternoon i called on my friend wang lin. he just came back from beijing. we talked a lot.

in the evening i watched an interesting play on tv. i enjoyed it very much. i had a winderful time.

《我的星期日》

今天是星期日，早上我起得很早。早饭后我去书店，我想买一本《鲁滨逊漂流记》。我找了很长时间也没 有发现，店员过来帮我，我很高兴终于找到了那本书。

下午我去了我的朋友王林家，他刚从北京回来，我们谈了很多。

晚上我在电视上看了一个非常有趣的电视剧，我非常喜欢它。我过得很愉快。

I have a lot of things to do in my free time. Usually I take exercise after

school.I like basketball and volleyball very much.Sports help me to keep healthy

and study better.I often watch TV or do some reading in the evening.Sometimes I

listen to music for a while.I find it a good way to relax myself.Of course, I

help my parents with the housework at the weekends. I clean the house, wash

clothes and learn cooking.Sometimes I go on a field trip with my friends.We

always have a good time!

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

日月如梭，光阴似箭，暑假两个月时间飞逝而过。因为这个暑假我有幸成为《宁波晚报》与百胜餐饮集团联合推出的“捐一元，献爱心，送营养”——“一元慈善家，爱心连云南”暑期大型活动招募的15位“一元慈善家”中的一员，所以这个暑假我过得与众不同，意义非凡。

从入选、开博、做义工、义卖……，细细回味这个忙碌的暑假，让我有了太多人生难得的第一次经历。不论是走上街头卖报纸还是爱心募捐，都让我深刻感受到一份耕耘、一份收获，只要你用心付出，就会有意想不到的收获。而云南红土地的16个小时所经历的高原反应、晕车呕吐、流鼻血等各种不适，也是我终身难忘的。经过5个多小时的艰辛车程，最后我们都勇敢克服磨难，微笑着出现在当地小朋友面前。因此有信心的自我挑战，再大的困难也能战胜。亲眼目睹了云南东川红土地小学同学们就学、生活的困苦环境，我觉得我们应该好好学习他们那种不畏艰辛、乐观向上的精神。

通过这次活动使我感受到帮助他人有一种难于言表的幸福，我们微不足道的一个善举或许能带给他人生活的希望。看着我们自己建立起来的图书室，我感到非常骄傲和兴奋。我相信只要我们认真履行“一元慈善家”的职责，一如既往的把我们的小慈善行动继续下去，新的奇迹就会不断创造。

这个忙碌而充实的暑假真的让我受益匪浅，我们不仅完成了这次大型公益活动的任务，更结交了许多大大小小的爱心人士，让我们对慈善有了更深层次的感悟和理解。这是我上学以来最快乐、也最有意义的一个暑假。

今天我们上了体育课，不过体育老师生病了，是班主任带我们上的体育课，因为班主任是教地理的，所以还让我们拿地理书去上体育课。我一想，唉这不就是在外面上地理课吗?出去之后老师竟然没有管我们，我和我的同学玩起来了“悬头贴贴贴”就是说不能做上面得事情，我刚刚开始还不知道我的是坐在地上，我感觉累了竟然就不自主的做到了地上，他们都说我输了，我就感到奇怪，难道士坐下吗?结果真的是坐下哈哈哈。就这样玩了一节课。好开心啊哈哈哈。真希望还有更多的时间。

A Present For Mother’s Birthday

Everyone should give his mother a present when his mother’s birthday is coming. It is 25th May Sunday. Today is Han Mei’s mother’s birthday. So she wanted to give her mother a special present. What present should she give? Maybe a bunch of flowers a birthday card are the best presents. A card is cheaper. But it is bad for trees. The more I buy cards, the more trees will be cut by people. So what another present should she give? Let me tell you this present.

It was five o’clock. It was time to surprise her mother. When Han Mei’s mother came home, Han Mei said Happy Birthday to her mother. Then she cleaned her mother’s feet. As you can see, her mother was very surprise.

Why do you think it was a good present?

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

I also like the song in the movie very much, it says “ the mountains have

high places and low places ……”

Everyone has a dream, if you work as hard as the hero of the movie , your

dream will come ture, so I will learn from the hero ---Chris Gardner.

And I believe my dream isn’t far away!

My favorite animal is the dolphin. They live in the ocean. And they are

cute and beautiful. They not only swim fast, but are also smart. Their color is

gray. They can swim and jump in the ocean. They look like fish, but they are

mammals. Dolphins can be trained by people because they can learn things very

quickly. They are very friendly, so I love them very much.

I have rested for a week.I began to feel bored.So I went out with my

friends.They are my best friends in the middle school.We didnt go to someplace

special.We just saw the other.We had lunch together.While we were having lunch,

we were still talking about the new school and new friends. A year later,we have

grown riper.And we learned much more things and got new life.We havent enough

time to play,to waste and to lose the way. We only have two years.Two years to

go,we will get the real life which belongs to us.
