201x飘然而去，有欢笑，有泪水，也有遗憾。还没等我认真地反思，201x就随着新年的钟声走来了。

课本是新的，日历是新的，我从一条新的起跑线上启程了，为此，我要拟定一个迈向201x的计划。

妈妈一提起我的毛笔字体，就不由得直摇头，用“张牙舞爪”、“惨不忍睹”来形容一点都不为过，我也暗暗觉得惭愧。从新学期开始，我决定每天认真地练习半个小时的毛笔字，做到雷打不动，争取练出一手好毛笔字。作为练字的成果，我要在下次春节时亲手写一幅对联，将它贴在门两边，也好让它时时刻刻都提醒我，不要忘记练毛笔字。

在生活这一方面上，我自身的习惯太过于懒散。因为我参加了武术班，训练的强度有点大，所以每次练完武术时都是腰酸背痛，有时候实在太累了，就不想刷牙洗脸，直接就睡觉了。妈妈说我这样的习惯非常不好，吃完饭后，食物的残留物夹杂在牙齿的缝隙中，导致残留物对牙齿进行腐蚀，让我的牙开始疼痛，影响正常生活。而不洗脸会使毛孔堵塞，让我的脸部皮肤变得越来越粗糙，所以我决定以后不管再晚再累，也要仔细刷牙，认真洗脸。

不管干什么，身体的健康都要放在首要位置。乐观的心态、充足的睡眠、均衡的营养是保持身体健康的三大基石。我在今年要好好的练武术，把身体锻炼得棒棒的。多吃水果蔬菜，每天早睡早起，以饱满的精神迎接第二天的到来，让自己健健康康、快快乐乐的投入学习。

正所谓“光说不做假把式”，我要严格完成自己定制的计划，争取能把自己打造得日益完美。
