教师这个职业我既不是从小喜欢也不是内心钦佩，但是长大了之后，报考的学校是师范类的，学习的专业是教育类的，所从事的第一份工作也是有关于教育的，可能是跟学生有着不解之缘。我自己也觉得：只有这样才能跟天真无邪的孩子一直在一起......

我深刻的知道，一个老师正确的引导和关怀，能够给予孩子多少正能量，能够在他们成长的历程中陪伴他们。

还记得小学的老师，让我们背诵各种古诗和课文，开始规范的写作文，像个严厉的家长期盼我们成长，；初中的老师，让我爱上了文言文，虽然有些叛逆，但是她对待我们就像自己的孩子一样；高中的老师，创造种种机会让我们站在讲台上独立地讲课，私底下跟我们说说笑笑就像最要好的朋友；大学的老师，开始培养我们说课，有过严厉也有过爱的拥抱..... .遇见了这么多老师，老师的亲切让我喜欢，跑开了传统的对待老师的畏惧和敬仰，因为老师可以像知心朋友一样，围绕在你身边，关心、陪伴着你成长。

所以，正是在合适的年龄段遇到了对的老师，才让我一步步的走到今天。

毕业后，我也做过一段时间的初中老师，走之前：我清楚地记下孩子们名字和容貌；走之后：曾在日志写过一篇来记录和他们在一起的快乐时光，记下他们各自的特点，并加以嘱咐和予以寄托和希望，他们纷纷转载，这么做，只希望在他们在今后的学习生涯中能够记得：有一个像朋友一样的老师，曾来过........

如今的我，从事着有关教育的工作，虽不能站在讲台为孩子们讲课，但是我也倍感珍惜，因为可以时刻看到他们开心的笑脸、听到他们稚嫩的话语， 这种幸福也会流淌在心间，绽放在我的笑靥上.......如果有机会，我也想做一名像朋友一样的老师。

认真、慈爱、负责、谆谆教诲，这是给予老师的评价，正是老师全身心的投入，把爱分给每一个她疼爱的孩子。身边的同事，也让我无时无刻不在见证这些赞美的伟大之处。对待孩子热情友好，

不辞辛苦的为孩子补习功课，甚至是加班加点做电话回访.......这些，看在眼里也会悄然动情。因为在老师的眼里：每个学生，都是自己的孩子。

无论是学校还是课堂，都是一个融进爱的大家庭!我希望,这份纯真而又高尚的爱，可以像源源不断地河水流淌着。正如：苏幕霍林斯基曾说过:&ldqu;没有爱就没有教育！&rdqu;把爱融进教育，无论是在学生的幼年时代还是在成人之后，用爱去指引和呵护。未来，他一定会像我一样：怀揣着爱，继续在人生路上前行！

一名优秀的老师，不会惦念自己得过多少荣誉、奖项，而是会常常不自觉的回忆起：某年某月的学生，是多么优秀，多么让自己喜欢.......因为，她把人生的幸福回忆留给了与她相除过的可爱的孩子们。我想从事教育工作的老师如果经常能会体会到这些，她，一定是幸福的！
