future, and my answer is always to be a teacher. It is my dream and I study so

成吉思汗

Genghis Khan, "Khan of Khans", was the great leader of Mongolians. At the

end of 12th century, he united Mongolian tribes and challenged other powers to

expand his huge Mongolian empire, which extended from South China to the Caspian

Sea.

In 1277, Khan attacked the West Xia Kingdom (presently Ningxia) and

encountered strong resistance. He died of disease and age. The great emperor was

later buried secretly according to Mongolian custom. It says that after the

burial 2,000 men were slaughtered by some 800 soldiers who were in turn executed

so that the location of the real tomb remains a secret.

There are four sacrifice ceremonies held annually to commemorate the great

hero and leader of the Mongolian people. The ceremony, held on March 21st on

lunar calendar, is the grandest. After the ceremony, horse racing, archery and

wrestling are held as entertainment.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Thanks for your coming, I fell so happy , I have this chance to stand there

to share my ideas about my hometown with you all.

A culture creats a city, the water and soil bring up the people. At the

foot of Erlang mountain, in the middle of Sichuan province, lies a small town

named Tian Quan. I am proud to say: it is my hometown.

Wherever I go, Tian Quan stays in my deep memory forever. I can not forget

the place where I was born and grow up, I can not forget the place where

surrounded by green mountains and water, I can not forget the good and honest

people who working hard in there, I can not forget every river, every street

there.

Standing at the top of the WenBi mountain, you will catch a bird’s eye view

of the whole Tian Quan. You will find it is a beautiful picture including the

mordern colour and old smell.

Looking at the lovly provious animals , such as panda, Takin, Golden

monkey. You will thinks the nature has special power to make life so

wonderful.

My hometown has a long history of culture. There is the

tea-horse-accient-way, which attracts Chinese and foreign tourists to visit .

Walking on the tea-horse-accient-way, you can’t help sign in regret how long our

culture is!

Tian Quan is also famous for it’s culture of tea. In summer , the farmers

work on the tea plantations, you will regard it as a lively picture. If you have

a chance to work on the tea plantations, you can’t miss it! You can enjoy the

tea and learn more about tea at the same time .How wonderful it is!

I want to say a song for my hometown, but I don’t know what kinds of music

is fit for her, I want to write a poem for her, but I don’t know what words can

describe her.

Everyday is a new beginning , put you hands together , give a smile to the

land, say a words to Tian Quan : you will in my heart , forever.

l am a pupil,l usually get up at six oclock.Then l wash my hands and my

face,clean my teeth. My mother has cooked A meal by seven oclock. After having

my breakfast,l must go to school. We do morning exercises at ten oclock. we

I have a busy father. He works in a big office .He has a big company. He is

There was once a little girl named Mary that wanted a phone so badly that

her parents couldn’t help bearing her crying and got her a phone with purple

dots and a little smiley face on it.

So life went on as usual until one day. when she was walking down town, she

saw a house, filled with decorations. She knew at once that this house was

having a party for somebody. Perhaps they were celebrating a birthday, or Happy

Anniversary… Mary really wanted to enter the party, so she begged them to let

her in and have a great time. They promised to let her in as long as she could

do what they asked.

And that request was to make bread for the poor and buy milk for them to

drink. That sounded like an easy request to grant, so she used her phone to call

her dad to get some bread and milk for the poor. But there was a problem, “No

phones allowed!” cried the owner of the house standing out. He held onto Mary’s

phone and pulled it out of her hand. He deleted her phone numbers and message

box, and then he took the batteries out, in case she had some other plans.

“There, now you couldn’t use your phone anymore,” and the owner went

inside. So poor Mary used her pocket money which was for a new dress for the

school party, to buy bread and milk for the poor; she was very sad, and went

back and said that she had finished her work.

“Where is your proof?” asked the owner again, “I-I didn’t know you wanted

me to give you proof?” “Well then you are out,” and he closed the door

tightly.

Since the new neighbors move next to my house, every morning, I can hear

someone singing, and the voice is so nice. So I decide to say hello. Then I see

I have many friends in my class.There are 45 students in my classroom. they

are interesting and lovely. I would like to introduce some of them.

Hellen is very cute. shes also kind to everyone and shes very

enthusiastic.Shes always ready to help everyone， but she is forgetful. She

always forgets to bring her school things， such as pens， ruler，textbooks and so

on. But our teachers always forgive her. Robert is the most talkative boy in our

class. His nickname is "chatterbox". He has a great sense of humor and he always

makes me laugh.

Sweet is a quiet student.She is good at every subject but she never shows

off. Ken is a very tall boy. He plays basketball very well and he is on our

school team. He often says， "playing basketball is good for your health. " How

about your classmates? Do you like them? Try to admire your classmates and you
