这些话一直影响我，促使我不断的去努力。曾经因为挫折而沮丧，也因为收获成绩而喜悦，但从来没有因为暂时取得成绩而迷失自己。成长过程中遇到的很多事情，再一次印证了这个观点：成为真正优秀的人，才不会做别人的陪衬。

经过大一和大二的努力，从大三开始，我算是同学中各方面锻炼的还不错的人。我当时给我们学校附属的高中感恩节举办活动，其中有一个是感恩节征文。整个初中部和高中部，大概有七八百份稿件，要评出一二三等奖。这么多，我自己是看不完的。我给一个关系很好的学弟打电话，让他帮忙。他是学校心理协会的会长，他调动了协会秘书处和编辑部，加起来有十几个人。我们利用一个下午的时间，奋战不到三个小时就弄完了。

我们在整个筛选过程中遇到的一些事情，让我有了很多的思考。我们不可能每一份都读的特别认真，我们把那些写的工整的，卷面干净的，还有一眼就让我们感觉不错的先选出来，首轮淘汰了600份，然后第二轮继续要淘汰。只有真正写的好的，才不会面临淘汰的命运。有很多三等奖，可以说是因为幸运被选出来，因为到那个程度，和淘汰的水平相差并不大。

还有，即使是一等奖，也不能高兴的太早。我要把所有一等奖的作文，在网上检验一遍，只要有三分之一抄袭，什么奖也没有。这给我的提示是不要投机取巧，那不会长久的。即使我看不出来，那些获一等奖的要经过修改，形成宣传册，那也会被大众检查出来的。就像做学问，不要数据造假，那总会被曝光的，除非你一直默默无闻，没有人去验证你做过的实验。最终，只有那些写的特别好的，会被定为一等奖。

这个活动给我的启示是只要参加活动，就有获奖机会，不参加，什么都没有。要成为真正优秀的人，才能在激烈的社会竞争中存活，才不会像那些被淘汰的作文一样，当垃圾一样存放。不要投机取巧，要踏踏实实。还有对有些工作要懂得合作，大家一块完成工作，效率高。

我读社会心理学家阿伦森自传《绝非偶然》，里面有一句话很触动我，“我们可以接受，也可以拒绝，但是别抱怨”。大学毕业后，我并没有按照预期考上研究生，没有去自己心仪的学校浙大。很多朋友安慰我，浙大招的名额太少了，笔试批卷太严格了。我非常感谢她们善意的劝慰，可我内心很清楚，我还是不足够优秀。

我后来去了当地最大的培训学校做销售，这个培训学校在当地是做的最好的，后来学大、新东方等教育机构去当地开分校，不到一年就倒闭了。一开始自己业绩很差，当主管自己签的单分摊到其他员工身上时，我觉得很不公平。但这个念头仅仅一闪，我就知道自己问题在哪了。

有一次我要接待一位想学“雅思”课程的学生和他家长，他要去英国留学。在面访他们的前一天，我做了一套雅思题，找出与国内的四六级不同之处，又查了很多材料。当天家长被我的专业折服，决定不去新东方了，就在我们这里学习。每一个面访之后，我会总结下来，分析哪些地方不足，需要改进。用这样的方法，我很快做到部门业绩第一，直到我离开也没有人超越。公司中间遇到过经济危机，很多员工被谈话，裁掉了。但我的工资一直在涨，从未受到影响。

后来，我辞职去旅行，旅行结束后，来到了上海。一开始也很不顺利，不是名校毕业，甚至连普通话都说的不够好。我想既来之则安之，开弓没有回头箭。我应该努力学习，努力成长，让自己变得更优秀一些，优秀到我可以忽略一些东西。优秀到，我可以在家里，就等着机会去找我。而不是我那么辛苦，那么努力去争取有限的名额。

我听了很多身边人的抱怨，抱怨社会不公平，抱怨潜规则，觉得自己不够幸运，不是富二代，不是官二代。何为公平?这个世界上从来没有一样东西，你什么都不做，就能够得到。即使获得，也很快会还回去。

对于工作和感情，我从来都不会讲究，因为我得到的就是我想要的。我也不会计较一时的得失，一时的鲜花和掌声，我坚信一直坚持努力，有足够的耐心，会让我变得越来越优秀，不会成为陪考的公子看别人金榜题名。

成为真正优秀的人，才不会做别人的陪衬。

increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell

phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed

in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be

denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people,

and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

Personally, in view of the overuse of mobile phones, I hold that we

individuals should raise the necessary awareness that good relationships are

reinforced by sincere and face-to-face communication.
