When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

第一天的内容是练习憋气，老师简单地讲解了一下动作要领，就开始下水了。有的同学一猛子扎进了水中，还有的则是矜持的、缓慢的进入水里，我也下水了。同学们都是三两个一组扎进水中，练习憋气，好长时间才上来。我戴上泳镜，把头扎进水中，却忽然感觉很不自在，水在往我的耳朵里钻，我感到极度的恐惧，好像一个噩耗从天而降。于是，我立即把头仰出水面，之前的兴奋与得意被一扫而光。我不再敢下水了，只是站立在水中。第二天仍是如此。

在夏天的余辉中，我站在游泳池外，望着水里的小朋友们像一条条穿梭地小泥鳅，我羡慕极了。在我的再三要求下，今天下午，爸爸同意带我去游泳，还说要教我学。我问爸爸是否要带泳圈，爸爸说“不用，如果你老用游泳圈，那你就永远学不会游泳，不许带！”听了爸爸话，想想也有道理，于是我就放下游泳圈，换好泳衣，和爸爸一起走向游泳馆。

像我们这种住在河边的小孩，一般八岁就会游泳了，听好了是一般，不是全部，比如我吧，就惨不忍睹，我今年已经十二岁了，可……还是一个旱鸭子，虽然我是夏天出生的，喜欢水，可我就是学不会游泳，不仅我觉得难堪，就连爸爸也觉得丢脸，所以爸爸准备督促我学游泳。

首先爸爸准备教我游泳的姿势，他一只手托住我的肚子，让我在水面上横过来，让我不断划水，他则在我划水肚子超过他手时往前走，我胆子很小，一旦到我觉得很深的地方，我就转向往下踩，一旦我踩到底，就会往回走，有时，爸爸走到我踩不到底的地方，我就怕的盘到他的肩膀上，我每次这样，他都会把我再次托起让我往前游，说：“这样我游不动，让我自己这样游回去。”有时候他会突然松开手，他一松，我就一沉，紧接着一口水就进了肚。

虽然我还没有学会游泳，但我相信我一定会在这个暑假学会游泳的。

教练把我们带到小的泳池旁，让我们先做热身运动，然后再下水。第一天要熟悉水性。教练让我们和旁边的同学手拉手，蹲下，肩要到水中，然后往前走。走到池中心，一股冷流使我不由自主地打了个冷战。
