Our new English teacher is Mr. Smith. He wears a pair of thick glasses. He is very serious and strict to us. I never saw him smile until the Teachers’ Day. On the Teachers’ Day, my classmates and I planned to give him a special gift——a smile. So the naughty John pretended to have passed out in the classroom. When Mr. Smith came in, he was so scared that he held John in his arms right away. On the way to the hospital, John burst into laughter suddenly, which made the teacher confused. After we told him that it was only a joke, Mr. Smith laughed too. We were all pleased to see him smiling at last.

我的家庭虽然很平凡，但在生活中也充满了笑声，时常会出现一些有趣的事情，把生活调节得有滋有味。就好像吃进嘴里的巧克力，虽然化了还有一股香醇醇的味道，令人回味无穷。现在想起那些事，还会让人忍不住笑出声来。

依稀记得有一次，我正在百无聊赖，看见妈妈正在梳头。我突发奇想，要给爸爸梳头扎辫子会是什么样子呢？我越想越有趣，说干就干，我拿起了梳子和彩色皮套，走向了正在聚精会神看足球比赛的爸爸，狡猾说道：“爸爸，看你的头发太乱了，我要给你梳梳吧。”爸爸说道：“不用，我看足球呢。”我挡在电视机前撅嘴嚷道：“不行，不让我梳头，我就不让你看足球。”最后爸爸无奈的点头同意了。爸爸的头发比较松软，十分好梳，我就像一个专业的理发师，给爸爸设计了各种头型，一会儿梳成冲天辫，一会儿梳成刺猬头，我喊来妈妈一起欣赏在我努力下，使爸爸变得十分滑稽的形象，我和妈妈禁不住大笑起来，而爸爸却是一付泰山崩于前而色不变的神情。任我在他头上任意的摧残，只是时不时的激情四射大喊道：“好球！”最后，我决定把爸爸的头型梳成三股，用彩色皮套和红头绳扎住，就像电视里的三毛。我想这是最时尚的球迷了，我兴冲冲拿来镜子让爸爸看自己的样子，爸爸只看了一眼，大叫一声“晕倒”在沙发上。

有趣的事情时常在我们家发生，我想我家就是电视剧《快乐家庭》的现实版，今天我所说的只是一件小事，正是因为有了这些有趣的小事，所以我的生活才会变得如此的欢乐、精彩。

最可爱的人有很多，有交警叔叔、卖报的老爷爷、地里的农民伯伯……但我认为最可爱的人是你!

你总是出现在大街上，路旁边，哪里都有你们的身影，不论严寒、酷署，不论黑白、昼夜，不论苦累、脏乱，您都会出现在岗位上，你们平均年龄都在50岁，可干起活来就像一位健壮的青年，前几天哈尔滨大雪，堆积了很高的雪，是你们不顾个人安危，一下一下清理干净的。清晨你们四点起来清雪，晚上零晨几时回家，只睡了三、四个小时，饿了就拿着饭，在马路边对付一口，这样的情况你们还在勤恳地工作着，日夜地坚持着，从没说过一个不字!

我敬佩你们!世界上没有了你们，人类何以保持健康?你就像电脑中的“优化大师”“360杀毒”没有你们电脑就会卡机，没有你们机器就会停止运转，没有你们冰城就不会如此美丽。在一座城市有多大魅力，源自这座城市有多文明，一座城市有多少力量，源自这座城市有多团结。

在这里，我要向全体奋战在清运积雪第一线的环卫工人们说一声：“你们辛苦了”。你们是冰城最美的人，你们是世界最可爱的人。

Since we were born as a little baby, we get help from others all the time. Our parents raise us, our teachers teach us and our friends company us. Therefore, it’s important for us to be grateful to those people who give us a hand. Being grateful is a way to show them our appreciation and our love. No one in the world is supposed to love us without any conditions. Moreover, Being grateful to others and to what you get can lead you are ready to help others, too. I think this is the most important impact on people that being grateful. If we are all show our appreciation to others and then help others, we could build a friendly and harmonious society.
