It is reported that ten big cities in China are being ranked among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.Many factors are contributing to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air， the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the widespread use of plastic bags etc.

To my view， stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without permission should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more， the media should play an important role in implanting a sense of environmental consciousness into people’s mind. “旱鸭子”这个“宝名”缠着我已经十年了，直到前年我终于决定摆脱这个名号了。于是，我报名了20XX年的游泳班。

开课第一天，我心里万分的兴奋和快乐，心想：等到我学泳所成，一定让笑话我的同学刮目相待。

第一天的内容是练习憋气，老师简单地讲解了一下动作要领，就开始下水了。有的同学一猛子扎进了水中，还有的则是矜持的、缓慢的进入水里，我也下水了。同学们都是三两个一组扎进水中，练习憋气，好长时间才上来。我戴上泳镜，把头扎进水中，却忽然感觉很不自在，水在往我的耳朵里钻，我感到极度的恐惧，好像一个噩耗从天而降。于是，我立即把头仰出水面，之前的兴奋与得意被一扫而光。我不再敢下水了，只是站立在水中。第二天仍是如此。

渐渐的，我慢慢学着浮起来，也变得不再那么胆小，至少我不会在我踩得到的地方害怕，爸爸见状就开始了第二段的训练，让我从水满到我的胸前的池塘游过来游过去，不过，我每一次都会在中间沉下去，然后再站起来，经过几天后，我发现，我逐渐的会游泳了，我已经能在小池塘里游泳了，虽然还会沉下去，但我在进步，有一次，我甚至横渡了小池塘。

不过仅有一次而已，我已经能在水上浮一段时间了，只是我的姿势不标准，每次都会将手、脚伸出水面，因此，我每次都会用上全身的力量，在水里刨不了几下就没力了。

虽然我还没有学会游泳，但我相信我一定会在这个暑假学会游泳的。

20XX年的夏天的暑假里，因为妈妈和爸爸要的我去鲅鱼圈，所以我要学游泳但我怎么学也学不会当我打算放弃的时候教练对我说

教练把我们带到小的泳池旁，让我们先做热身运动，然后再下水。第一天要熟悉水性。教练让我们和旁边的同学手拉手，蹲下，肩要到水中，然后往前走。走到池中心，一股冷流使我不由自主地打了个冷战。

过了一会儿，教练教我们练习憋气和浮。首先，用手扶着泳池的边缘，深吸一口气把嘴巴鼓起来，然后，把头扎进水里，手脚放松，人就会慢慢地浮起来。刚开始尝试了几次，人都浮不起，教练发现了问题，原来是我肩膀不够放松，后来，我按照教练的方法又尝试练习了几次，果然成功了，我兴奋不已，接着，我们学习往外漂，慢慢地这个本领也轻松搞定。这样，一天的课程很快地就结束了。

接下来的几天，我们又学习了蹬脚、换气、划手。蹬脚要先把脚收起，然后翻脚，接着再蹬出去，最后迅速夹起来。随着教练的口号“收翻蹬夹”……，同学们手扶着泳池边缘，随着口号的节奏声练习着，不一会儿，我就学会了。之后，学习换气和划手。教练发给我们每人一块浮板教我们换气，先蹬两下脚，在蹬脚的同时把嘴里的气吐出，然后用手把浮板往下压，头抬出水面吸一口气。接着，继续往前游。换气学好后，我们练习划手，在地面上我划得很好，可到水里，我的手就不听使唤乱划着，脚也跟着不听话乱蹬，不过，我不气馁，找在水里的感觉，继续练习着，经过不懈地努力，我终于掌握了一系列动作要领，学会了游泳。

学游泳，让我不仅领略了克服恐惧体验成功的快乐，还品尝了先苦后甜的滋味，真是“不经一番彻骨寒，怎得梅花扑鼻香。”

我喜欢游泳。因为游泳不但给我带来了无穷的乐趣，还让我的身体越来越强壮！

记得七岁那年，一放暑假，爸爸就给我报名，让我参加游泳培训班。在培训班里，教练教我做蛙泳腿，他先作示范。我模仿，蹬腿，收回，教练耐心的教我怎么做，直到我做好为止，我拿着打水板，下水作动作。原来，水里比岸上还难十倍。岸上很轻松的动作，到了水里，感觉腿上挂了许多东西。紧接着，又学蛙泳手的动作，手的动作就简单多了，我一会儿就会了。教练从后背拴了一个打水板，让我下水游，我按照岸上的动作，一步一步向前游，虽然我游的慢一些，但只要功夫深，铁棒磨成针，我第一次学会了在水里行走。

假期里，每天傍晚爸爸都要带我去千岛湖里游泳，爸爸想检验我游得怎么样了，一开始，我下水后不敢游开，在爸爸的鼓励下，渐渐的我能游三四米了。为期十五天游泳培训很快就结束了，接下来，我开始接受爸爸对我的训练了，利用假期爸爸每天带我去千岛湖里游泳，慢慢地，我的游泳水平取得了很大的进步了。爸爸总是对我说：“任何事情都是从不会到会的，只要坚持，再坚持一定会取得成功。”我听了爸爸的话，不断努力练习，终于真正学会了游泳。

As it is known to us all ,LuXun is a famous Chinese writer. He is not only

a writer, thinker, but also the founder of Chinese Literature . He wrote many

classic (经典的)novels and his stories, which are translated many languages, were

made into film,such as The True Story of AH Q and The New Years Sacrifice,which

deeply showed peoples suffering in the old days.

Because of his achievement to Chinese literature, Chairman Mao spoke highly

of him. Besides, some of his works were selected into the text books in high

school and university. I think youll gain a lot from reading his works.

I have a white cat. It is a present from my mother on my birthday. It’s very beautiful. I call it Mimi.

Mimi is very naughty. She likes to play with me. She often runs here and there and likes running after something. Mimi’s favourite game is playing with balls, ropes and stones. I love it very much. Sometimes, Mimi is very gentle. She likes to wash her face and doesn’t play with me. After lunch, Mimi often lies on the sofa to sleep. When I go home, Mimi often jumps onto my knees. I like to give a bath to Mimi.

Oh, my baby cat brings me much happiness. We are good friends. I love Mimi.

Now as the coming of June, which means the summer holiday is drawing near.

I am so excited about the holiday. After studying for four months, finally I can

take a break. I have made up some plans. First, I want to go back to my

hometown. I miss the food and my friends. I also like the clean water and the

blue sky. It is such a great time for me to stay in hometown. Second, I will

travel with my parents. They will take me to the different places and let me

look at the world. I gain a lot of knowledge and broaden my vision. I am so

looking forward to my holiday.
