ofo是最早成立的共享单车公司，2014年由来自北大的5位90后创始人创立，2015年6月，ofo共享计划推出，在北大成功获得2000辆共享单车，12月，ofo日订单接近2万单。金沙江创投合伙人罗斌到北京大学办事，看到路上很多辆小黄车闪过，他意识到这是一家值得投资的公司，抓住了学生的刚需，并且是高频次的，于是便有了2016年春节后的A轮融资。

摩拜单车则是一开始便有资本的身影，10年汽车记者背景的创始人胡玮炜只是一个普通白领，2014年的一天，一个在奔驰中国设计中心工作的朋友告诉胡玮炜，未来的个性出行工具会有一波革新潮流，蔚来汽车的董事长李斌问她，有没有想过做共享出行项目，后来又与极客公园创始人张鹏进行过探讨。胡玮炜一开始就有这些投资人的支持，并邀请从优步上海总经理离职的王晓峰担任摩拜的CEO。

“共享单车”之所以发展如此迅速，几乎一夜之间，各种小黄车如雨后春笋一样出现在诸多城市街头，是因为这个商业模式，几乎完美回答了我上面提出的5大核心要件。

首先，短距离出行是绝对的刚需。特别是日渐拥挤的大城市和高峰期，一直都是巨大痛点，公交、地铁、出租、私车都无法解决。而过往一些城市(比如上海)尝试的“公共自行车”，由于各区政府各自为政，投入主体不清，自行车投放不足，还车困难等一些列问题，最后几乎都无疾而终。

摩拜为代表的“共享单车”，由公司投放车辆，打开手机APP就能查看附近的车辆，看到有合适的还可以提前预约。不用停车桩，不用办卡，二维码扫一扫就能开锁，不用的时候停在任意合法非机动车停车点即可，半小时收费一元，用车成本低到可以忽略。而且简单方便易用，几乎彻底、完美解决了城市“最后一公里”的困扰。

其次，市场巨大。截至2016年12月，我国“网络预约专车”用户规模为1.68亿，比2016年上半年增加4616万，增长率为37.9%。共享单车的潜在用户规模，无论如何不会少于这个。

哪怕你是一个丝毫不在意出行成本的土豪，一旦你体验过月朋友吃饭，开个私家车从东城到西城需要三个小时，然后再花一个小时找停车位的痛苦，你就知道绝大多数时候，宁可地铁。出地铁站后骑摩拜单车到饭馆路边，把车一扔，是多么痛快和潇洒。所以，你几乎可以把所有城市上班一族都视作目标群体。

第三，这玩意几乎没有触动任何旧世界哪个“土豪”的利益，摩的除外——而摩的几乎是所有城市清缴的对象。而且，摩的全是“地下党”，没有一个组织，完全不成气候。

最后，也是最最令人“膜拜”的，是“共享单车”从一开始就有非常清晰的盈利模式：押金。想明白了这一点，你不得不对想出这个模式的人由衷赞服。

共享单车的盈利模式，是通过分时租赁来部分变现，通过收取押金来回收资金，实现现金流并进行扩张(见下图)：

分时租赁那个钱，其实一点不重要，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，我相信他们心里都门清：哪怕有一亿用户，每天用一小时，也就1个亿的收入，为此却需要面对超过1千万辆自行车的投放与硬件损耗，再加上其他管理费用。更重要的是，由于其短途特点，及对标公交和传统“公共自行车”，其定价上浮空间有限。所以，他们压根就没指望通过一小时1元的租赁费来赚钱。

通过什么?

押金——这是一个无比天才的创新。

在你屁股跨上单车的前，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，你都必须把你的电话号码、真实姓名、身份证号(要实名认证)都发送过去，同时，你还得提交299元(摩拜)或者99元(ofo)的押金。

对任何一个互联网企业儿来说，能通过长期运营获得用户注册，以及一个电话，已经是天大的幸福。“共享单车”的玩法，等于泡妞，第一次见面，就拿到了对方的所有身份信息与电话——这是对用户无比苛刻的要求，很多隐私意愿强烈的用户一定是抵制的，但“共享单车”用解决痛点的需求一次性实现了。

最关键的，还让用户掏了钱包——这是所有商业模式最后的一个环节，也是最梦寐以求的环节。

之所以说这是个天才的创新，是因为299的押金：

1、可以退，所以多数人不会抵制缴纳这笔钱;

2、可以退，但公司不会自动退，多数人也不会主动要求退，因为下次用车还得缴，其结果就是大量资金沉淀在公司，等于无偿占用;

3、押金不能动用，不能用作租赁车费的支持。这等于这笔钱只会增加，永远不会减少;

4、由于一份押金对应一个注册用户，而非一辆车，这意味着投放一辆车，能锁定远超过1个用户。摩拜目前是一辆车锁定8人，等于投放一辆车，获得2400元(300*8)的“存款”。

从这个意义上，摩拜投放的每辆单车，都类似一个储蓄所。中国网点最多的金融机构是农业银行，在全国有超过2.4万家分支机构，3万台自动柜员机。而2017年1月23日，富士康成为摩拜新的战略投资者。此次合作，将会有望大幅提高摩拜单车产量，每年总产能预计将能超过1000万辆——而每一辆单车，都是一个移动储蓄点。

仅以1000万辆投放为假设，每辆车锁定8人，每人300元押金，沉淀总额资金将达240亿——这是最经典的互联网金融的玩法。

不去着眼解决盈利，而是解决现金流，不出售硬件而通过收取押金来弥补现金流，减少了一般互联网企业为培育用户而通过海量补贴产生的现金支出，这是相当高明的一步。

社会的发展无疑是很快的，逐渐形成了一个共享社会，到目前为止，共享单车已经成为了人们出门必不可少的交通工具了。

所以我个人认为，共享单车对于我们这种小老百姓看来说，确实是良心制作。

what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

student in two ways .One is strict, and the other is friendly. Most teachers

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

押金不能直接退还 数亿款项缺监管

目前，披露融资消息的共享单车创业公司已经有多十多家，入局资本多达30家。

这些共享单车的共享模式都大同小异。都需要先交一定数量的押金才能使用。使用之后的押金将会在一定的时间内退回。

而引发争议的是，共享单车给押金退还到账设置了相当长的时间。摩拜单车的押金，就需要 2-7 个工作日才能到账。这个过长的时延，引发争议。

有业内人士认为这是共享单车的商家在故意扣押用户的押金，利用时间差可以合理地获取押金的衍生利息收益。

此外，还有一些法律业界人事认为摩拜、ofo 等共享单车有非法集资嫌疑。因为未经有关部门批准，违规向不特定公众募集资金的行为，涉嫌非法集资。

共享单车的押金在退还的这一段时间内是不是一个“灰色地带”?这时间差里，这些押金在干什么?

They seem like a perfect solution to China’s traffic-clogged streets and toxic air: Bikesharing schemes.

They’ve exploded in popularity in past 12 months, with brightly colored bikes owned by several different companies flooding China’s major cities. Residents can rent them via apps on their smartphones.

But some local authorities say the bikes have become a nuisance and one Shanghai district has confiscated almost 5,000 bikes and impounded them in a parking lot. Striking aerial photos of the orange, yellow, blue, green bikes were widely shared by Internet users in China last week.

Despite making citizens’ lives easier, the overwhelming number of shared bikes has paralyzed existing bike parking and management, a statement from the Huangpu district government said.

The unregulated parking and riding has caused constant problems and complaints. A guard who works at the Shanghai parking lot told CNN that traffic police had confiscated the bikes because they had been illegally parked. He added that the bikes were from seven different bikesharing companies.

A spokesperson for bikeshare operator Mobike said it had reclaimed its bikes "after consulting with the government." To prevent the problem happening again, he said the Mobike app would have a new feature from next week that recommended designated parking spots.

A spokesperson for ofo, one of the companies whose bikes were confiscated in Shanghai said "some coworkers are following up on the situation" and declined to give further details. The company has one million bikes in operation nationwide. Bluegogo, another bikesharing company, didn’t reply to a CNN request for comment.

Bikesharing is hardly new, but what makes it unique in China is that its usually station free -- which means that users can technically leave the bikes anywhere they want.

It’s also cheap. It costs just 0.5 to 1 yuan ($0.07-$0.15) for a 30-minute ride.

Shanghai is not the only city in China where bikesharing has had teething problems. More than 500 bikes rented out by bikesharing firms were left piled up in the southern city of Shenzhen in January, the South China Morning Post reported.

Which is better, shopping online or traditional shopping? Different people

have different attitudes towards it. Some people think that online shopping is

“真的，你试试1或7吧”我端详了半天，似久别的情人望穿秋水班想要从两道刮痕中寻觅出原本的一丝倾角。姐姐点了点头，在本子上记了下来。

接着就是排列组合。我站了起来，无聊的嚼着口香糖。倏一下，好像有声清灵的“叮”音，阿姐跳起来抱着我：“阿玥，成功了，761084，成功了”。

姐姐迅速在牌子上落下一串数字，我嚼着口香糖，虽只是帮衬着姐姐做社团任务，却仍有那么一丝甜蜜冲刷而来，仿佛余晖照上桑榆那般淡淡的美好，那一刻，可以忘了麻木的腿，忘了衬衫里的汗。

见证一种规范的执守

小区的门卫大叔私下里被人喊作“包公大爷”——铁面无私。

但凡他执勤的门卫，必有一列整齐的单车，与门口“共享单车严禁入内”几个红红的大字交相呼应。

一次正好碰到他拦人。大叔坐在门卫室里，切了杯茶，突然眼睛一眯，活脱脱像只宣誓主权的豹子，一个健步跨了出来：“小伙子，车停东边”。骑单车的人愣了一愣，埋低了头，刚想混进来，大叔向前拉住他的车把，似是自言自语道：“哎，怪我，你们喜欢说左边”，一双锐利的眼神中飘着几分得意，眼角旁的皱纹一并弯了下来，弄得青年无奈地说了什：“是，是……”

惊鸿一瞥的细节

走在梧桐飘零的街上，一辆单车如蜻蜓点水般驶入这个宁静的画面里。车上下来一个小年青，耳畔的两侧垂直两根细细的耳线。我的视线顺势瞥了过去。他熟练地在手机上敲点锁了车。忽然，他退了两步，将被风刮倒在地的两辆单车扶了起来，理所当然的拍了拍手，继续往前走。

梧桐叶零零洒洒地飘着，少年两侧的耳麦是他暂绝外界的一份叛逆的孤傲，但那清明的眼里，仍有一份热情，那样理所应当，化成暖人的细节。

或许城市的内涵就在里面，有点人享受了它的便利，有的人以心换心去守护维持。

我作为城市的一份子，解读这样的内涵，承沿这样的内涵。

我打听到这个消息后，就兴奋地跑去告诉妈妈。妈妈不以为然地拿出她的公交ic卡，说：“你才知道呀，我早就做好卡了。” 周末，我拉着老爸老妈去和丰创意广场———那里有宁波公共自行车租赁网点。哇!这些自行车真好看!橙红色的车身、蓝色的挡泥板、银色的车轴，车头前安装了坚固耐用的车篮。自行车的锁止器比较低，上面有一个可供刷卡的感应器。在旁边还有一台可以查询到公共自行车租赁网点信息的触摸屏电脑。我手直痒痒，于是将ic卡放在感应器上一刷。只听“嗒”的一声，就解锁了。我观察了一下自行车，发现车座下有缉常光端叱得癸全含户一个把手，可以随意调节车座的高度。在前轮胎的斜上方，有一把钥匙，原来自行车还自带了一把锁呀。在车篮上，挂着一张卡，上面详细地写明了各大网点的位置。我也终于找到了锁，就在车轴内侧，还附上了详细的使用说明。只一会儿工夫，我就已经完全掌握了它的性能。妈妈说，我家小区后门也会有一个公共自行车租赁网点，到时候我想骑它就更方便了!

共享单车虽然给我们带来了很多便利，同时也出现了一些弊端。比如说，有些家长喜欢把孩子放在篮子里，这是非常危险的行为，如果突然刹车，孩子可能会因为惯性被抛出去，后果不堪设想。还有一些人可能因为赶时间，随便就把车子停在路边，甚至有些单车被恶意毁坏。 共享单车出现的初衷是方便大家，希望我们能够好好爱护它。

Its Sunday today. I got up early and did my homework on the table. All of a

sudden I remembered the mothers day, a picture of my mind, remembering a past

thing that moved me.

Thats the case. After coming home from school that afternoon, my mother came

back. I found that my mother was very tired, his eyes were squinting, and I

yawned. So she sent me to do my homework at home. But I felt very sad to see my

mother working so hard, so I decided to share the housework for my mother. I

began to pick up the stuff in my home, first fold the newspaper, and then the

glass was cleaned.

I put the glass on the pot filled with water, and then picked up the cloth, a

brush up. I found a little dirty in a cup, and I took some detergent to wash it.

Suddenly, the cup from the hand slipped, piercing sound startled me. I hastened

to pick up the pieces of glass on the floor. At this time, I found that my

mother was standing in front of me, and she said, "dont pick up the pieces with

your hands. Let me come." I stood up and bowed my head embarrassed and said,

"Im sorry, mom, Im too careless." I thought: this must be closed. Mother

walked over and touched my head and said, "kid, dont frighten you?" Let mommy

pack up, you go out and watch TV. " Mothers words are very gentle, but make me

more difficult, unwittingly I cry.

Looking back on this, I felt very warm. It told me that maternal love is

selfless and great, and I want to repay my mother on Mothers day.

最近，越来越多的共享单车出现在马路上，人们也用公共交通加共享单车代替了汽车。共享单车不仅为人们带来了许多便利，也使空气污染得到了有效的控制。但是，随着共享单车数量的不断增加，也给人们带了不便，例如：共享单车乱停放，使交通乱成一团等等。

有一次春节，我在超市里买了许多东西，骑共享单车回家。当骑到小区门口时，我想起了共享单车是不能骑进小区的，可转念一想，东西太多了，我还是把东西先放好，再把车推出去吧！于是，我在楼下停好车，就急匆匆的跑上楼去了。

当我再次回到楼下时，我惊呆了——一个身穿“摩拜单车”工作服的志愿者正吃力地搬动那辆我刚刚骑的共享单车。虽然当时是寒冬季节，但他的脸红通通的，汗水像断了线的珠子似的不停地滴下。他搬起那辆较为沉重的自行车，向前移动了两三步，又停下来，喘两口气，然后又搬起了它，向前走了起来……他喘出的每一口气，都化为一缕白烟，在空气中消失了。我看了既心疼又内疚，悔恨当时因为自己图一时之快而麻烦了别人。

这时，哪个志愿者看我呆呆地站在那儿，十分疑惑，便问道：“小妹妹，你在这里愣愣地站着干什么呀？”

“我……”我支支吾吾地说，“我来。还车。"说完，便向我刚骑的那辆共享单车努了努嘴，脸涨得通红。

“哦，原来这辆车是你停在这的呀！”叔叔温柔的说，“下次不能再这样了！”

“嗯……”我羞愧地低下了头。我顿了顿，又说：“车是我骑进来的，还是我把它推出去吧！”话音刚落，便想去拿自行车的车把。

“哦不，不用了！”叔叔连忙摆手，“这辆车还挺重的，我看你个头也不高，还是我来吧！”

“再说了，”他顿了顿，指了指摩拜公司的标识，说道，“我是公司的志愿者，这是我份内工作，还是让我来吧！”

我们谁也说不过谁，于是他提起车头，我拿住车位，我们两一前一后把共享单车向小区门口移去……

“叔叔，你为什么要当共享单车的志愿者呢？”我好奇地问道。

“因为，我发现有人并不爱护共享单车，通常骑完后就随手一丢，不管不顾了，也没有人制止这种行为。这也是为什么有些路已经被各种共享单车‘堵住’，而且有些地方共享单车倒成一片。我不忍心看到给我们提供便利的工具这样被践踏，于是我就成为了一名共享单车志愿者。”叔叔回忆起来。

“哦，原来是这样呀！”我听了他的话，不由自主对他升起了一股敬意。

就这样，我与志愿者叔叔一同把共享单车推出了小区。望着那橙色的背影，我不禁感慨：共享资源使我们得到了便利，我们应该珍惜、爱护，一些不文明的人乱停乱放，更有甚者故意破坏，加重了志愿者的工作。我被这位志愿者叔叔深深感动，更为他助人为乐的举动所折服。在此，我要向所有使用过共享单车的人们呼吁：文明出行，不要乱停乱放，让更多的人享受“共享”带给我们的便利，这样才会使社会更加美好！

Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment。

There were few people on the earth， and natural resources seemed to be

unlimited。

Today things are different。 The world has bee too crowded。 We are using up

our natural resources，and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals。 If

we continue to do this， human life on earth will not survive。

We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea， there will soon be

none left。 Yet，with modern fishing methods， more and more fish are caught。We

know that if too many trees are cut down， forests will disappear。 Yet， we

continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees。 We see that

if rivers are polluted with waste products， we will die。 Yet， waste products

are

still put into rivers。

We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate， in a

few years， there wont be enough food。What can we do to solve these

problems?

If we eat more vegetables and less meat， there will be more food available。

Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are

kept。

Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them。

The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods

of birth control。

Finally， if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a

better and cleaner planet in the future。

Trees are very useful to people. They provide us with wood and other

products. They give us shade and they help to prevent drought and floods.

Unfortunately， in many parts of our country， people havent realized the

importance of trees. They cut them down at will. They are usually too lazy or

too careless to plant and look after new trees. As a result， the forests

continue to disappear.

Where there are no trees the rain falls on the surface， causing floods， and

carries away with the rich topsoil， in which crops grow so well. When all the

topsoil is gone， nothing remains but worthless deserted.

The big floods of 1998， in parts of China， have already taught us a good

lesson. So every one of us must love trees， protect forests， and keep on

planting trees each year.

Favorite Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .Its to

celebrate the lunar calendar s new year .

In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a

big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers .Dumplings are the

most traditional food .

Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food

and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their parents. This

money is given to children for good luck .

People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune .

The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and

friends with the words "Have all your wishes ". People enjoy the Spring Festival

,during this time they can have a good rest .
