第一是面向全社会宣传引导，让大家正视共享单车的价值和意义。需要从社会主义核心价值观的层面，对“诚信”予以多角度、多层次的解读和宣导。

第二是由政府下达行政指令，对共享单车承租人年龄及行为、单车商家行为、相关竞争者行为进行规范。如，明确骑行造成重大人身伤害情况的权责，将押金退还列入企业经营规范要求。据悉，北京、深圳等地均出台相应政策，其中，《北京市鼓励规范发展共享自行车的指导意见（试行）》明确承租人须年满12周岁，涉及恶意破坏、盗窃等违法行为信息由公安部门纳入个人征信系统，值得借鉴。

第三是企业营销手段刺激，企业可以通过积分抵现、单价折扣等形式，对诚信用户进行激励，培养用户黏性。还可以发展“文明用车义务监督员”，由诚信用户帮助企业做市场行为监管……是不是有点儿“脑洞大开”？

有网友在微博爆料称，ofo“小黄车”在河南郑州已经变了味。郑州满大街的大爷大妈圈块地都说是自己的地方，看管自行车都要收费，不管你是共享单车还是私人自行车。每次去推“小黄车”的时候，都要先拿一块钱给他们，不然不让用。

◆二维码被篡改，车没骑上反被骗

前几天，南京市民刘先生在用车时赫然发现，骗子在共享单车上以假乱真，贴了微信、支付宝的付款码，于是向警方报案。而刘先生遭遇的只是骗术之一。据报道，有骗子会在损坏原始二维码后，重新贴上诈骗二维码，或者利用假的二维码诱导市民下载假租车软件，进而实施诈骗。

◆加私锁、搬回家，明天我还骑这辆

去年12月，北京市民张女士向媒体反映，在地铁7号线焦化厂站外停了多辆ofo共享单车，却因为有人加了私锁不能使用。“我实在是气不过，好几辆车都加了锁，谈何共享?”而在最常见的加装私锁之外，媒体也曾曝光，有使用者将共享单车搬到家门口、骑进自家车库等行为，共享沦为了“私享”。

◆买辆二手车，却是刷了漆的共享单车

市民林先生在二手交易网站买了辆黑色自行车，买到手后发现车座高度没法调，修车时才得知居然是刷了漆的共享单车。除了被偷后转卖，共享单车被破坏的事件也屡屡发生，仅去年12月一个月，北京就有7起共享单车损毁事件，主要出现在亮马河畔、宋家庄地铁口、管庄地铁口、金台路等地。

◆反正我用完了，停成什么样与我何干?

多地媒体曾经报道，一些使用者只图自己方便，往往在到达目的地后，便将共享单车随意停放。可谓“走到哪儿，停到哪儿”、“停在哪儿，扔在哪儿”。而见诸报端的案例中，一些单车歪来倒去，被停放在桥底、公园、绿化带、楼道等地方，甚至停在马路中间。

共享单车是分享，不能全靠国民素质。作为共享单车的公司在赚取钱财的同时也要处理好后续问题。比如存放和管理，这些也应该是共享单车的一部分。

共享单车作为共享经济的新兴事物，不仅帮助解决了很多市民“最后一公里”出行的问题，更以其便捷、环保等优势，直接改变了很多人的出行方式，受到广大用户青睐，越来越多的人选择加入了绿色、环保的骑行大军。但是在享受便利低碳出行的同时，一些不文明现象也随之出现：禁行路段任意骑行、马路变成停车场、车身伤痕累累……种种乱象扰乱了城市秩序，也在无形中抹黑了城市形象……

为进一步倡导低碳、环保、健康的出行方式，进一步提升城市文明形象，展现市民文明风采，在此，我们发出如下倡议：

一、做文明骑行(停放)的示范者。倡导绿色出行，自觉增强文明意识，从细微做起，带头遵守社会公德。爱护单车，不乱贴乱画、不恶意损坏、不将共享单车占为私有。遵守交通法规，坚决摒弃各种不良行为，不闯红灯、不逆行、不闯机动车道、不追逐打闹、不乱停放。

二、做文明骑行(停放)的传播者。要珍惜自己的文明骑行信用记录，积极宣传文明骑行、有序停放的重要意义，用自己的行为带动身边的人，把文明风尚传播到城市的每一个角落。

三、做文明骑行(停放)的监督者。提醒人们爱护公共设施，见到乱停放的共享单车自觉扶起并停放好，及时劝阻、制止破坏共享单车的不良行为，并大胆举报故意破坏行为。同时，主动提醒那些不符合骑行条件的朋友不要骑行共享单车，以免造成意外伤害。

共享单车，更应共享文明。让我们携起手来，从我做起，从现在做起，自觉遵守交通规则，文明使用共享单车，同心共铸文明城市，全心呵护美丽厦门!

你是否在路旁看到过一些小橙车、小黄车、小蓝车等等？那些就是最近掀起一番大浪潮的共享单车。接踵而至的，是一系列共享经济体，但这既有利，也避免不了弊。

共享单车可以带到我们很大便捷，记得那时，我曾对共享单车十分感兴趣，出门总是想找到这新玩意儿，骑一骑。当时刚推出时，它可谓是风靡全上海。因为正是共享单车解决了市民们出行的最后一公里的难题，可谓是得到社会各界、乃至外国友人的高度好评。它更以即停即走的高度便捷优势，完胜了那些市政府推出的定点租借单车。

共享单车也能带给我们一系列的麻烦与问题。记得前段时间，恶意损坏共享单车的事件层出不穷。比如说什么单车投河；撬锁、加锁据为己有；拆单车零件等等。

记得就在我们学校，也出现过一个人撬了小黄车的锁并加锁据为己有，最终还是由校方出面解决了此事，那名同学也得到处分。这些行为都值得我们去深思。是那些人真的缺钱买不起自行车吗？非然也。我认为这些行为无不体现出个人的不端品行，甚至更能体现出这个社会对共享单车这一共享经济体的不适应以及体现出了公司及政府没有很好保护好单车，未完善一系列的管理条例。这些，都值得我们的人民政府去深思熟虑。

另外，各家共享单车公司为抢占市场份额而投放大量共享单车，造成了对市容环境的大量破坏。在市区中的人比共享单车少很多，然而在一些郊区之中的情况缺恰恰相反。之前每每看到了一堆共享单车因少人问津而被杂乱停放一通，我总会觉得这种表现难道不是与共享理念本末倒置了么？

但上海最近出台的最严共享单车令也是大快人心，在治理共享单车乱停放之中有很大成效。我们也为一条条制度的实施而称赞。

现如今，共享经济如共享单车一样还处于“婴儿时期”，想让这一下子就十分成熟也是不太可能。毕竟婴儿成人也是需要一段艰辛过程。共享经济体显然已成为未来趋势，而我们要做的就是要去更好地迎合它，不要本末倒置，接下来的事情就要靠我们智慧的城市管理者们，摆给他们的是一个创造新时代——共享时代的难题。我定信，在我国共产党与我们共同努力之下，共享经济体一定会发展更好，居世界领先！

总之，共享单车类的经济有利必有弊，但我们要把共享经济体的“弊”给齐心协力去除。我们社会、国家将会进入又一个美好的新世纪，更美好的将来！

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

government should have more control over these producers。 Only when people are

no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a

better life.
