打造优质城市慢行交通系统，共享单车是一个创新。想要共享单车用得好，前提是“停”得好。政府完善配套服务是治本之策。当好“服务员”，政府大有文章可做。

停好车的前提是有地方停，这就要做好加减法。机动车占道，要做“减法”：交通、城管等工作人员加强巡逻频次，加大处罚力度，定时定点“清障”；自行车停放区不够的问题，要做“加法”：规划、城建、交通等部门，做好顶层设计，编制车道规划，完善停放导则，从总量上增加非机动车道、自行车停放区的供给数量。

共享单车流行，主要得益于无桩，随借随还。但自由泛滥成乱停乱放，原先引以为傲的方便，反而成为新的出行梗阻。不妨退回一步，借鉴传统公共自行车“空间划定性”的特点，在一些有条件的枢纽和地铁站周边，政企联手，共建一些自行车推荐停放区。依托运营企业的大数据，推动各物业按需求设置非机动车停放区域。

想要停得好，还要管得好。维护好共享单车的停车秩序，离不开有效的管理。对行业内恶性竞争、暴力破坏行为，对某些人公共意识缺乏、任意折腾单车的行为，有关部门要做好“善后”服务，追究相关肇事者的法律责任；推动征信机构和单车运营商合力共建租车人信用管理系统，奖罚分明。鼓励用户对违规停车者拍照举报，核实后奖励信用积分；对恶意乱停、滥用、损毁、盗窃单车等行为，将租车人纳入失信黑名单。

还有一天早上，我走出酒店，见外面阳光明媚，不时还有阵阵清风扑面而来。见爸爸和妈妈出来了，我早就打好了想骑共享单车的主意，对爸爸说：“我想自己骑共享单车。”爸爸想了想，点头同意了。我高兴极了，于是爸爸扶我上了自行车，我一边蹬一边看风景，心里美滋滋的，却没有注意到爸爸正一边流着汗一边推我。过了一会儿，我说：“爸爸，你不用扶我了。”爸爸松开手，脸上却露出了一丝不易察觉的笑容，可刚一松手，我就撞在了栏杆上，爸爸又急忙跑过去扶着我，就这样反复了好几回终于到达了地铁站。

爸爸把车放在路边说：“扶你骑车真是比我自己骑累多了！”说完我们都笑了。

北京的共享单车给我留下了美好的回忆。

最近，“共享单车”这一举动可谓是在国内掀起一片热潮，它们开创了史无前例的“共享时代”。共享单车、还有共享书店，越来越多的共享资源被我们利用。但他们，是给我们带来了更多的利，还是弊呢？

就拿共享单车来说吧。共享单车虽只是一辆车，但是它却归属于千千万万的人们去享用，而这也就是创造者的本意。如摩拜的创始人说：“我做这个行业是为了给人们提供方便。”是啊，这个共享单车的出现是给人们一种方便快捷的生活。愿望与憧憬是美好的，但事实却总是让人寒心，不尽人意。

讲一个发生在我身边的一件事情。昨天傍晚，我和母亲在外面玩耍后打算回家。由于玩得累了，于是我们便打算骑车回家。我在电视上和新闻里经常看到共享单车的身影，于是心血来潮，想骑共享单车回家。我和母亲先沿着大路走，我看到了一辆车，连忙一个大跨步上前，刚想用手机扫码，却发现那个二维码已经被人刮花了。我有些垂头丧气，但还是继续往前走。第二次找到车，我迅速检查二维码，发现完好无损，于是兴致勃勃地扫好了车。刚想骑，却发现怎么都动不了，蹲下来一看，可不是，车链条没了。我放好车，在心中默默说了句：“素质低”。然后和母亲继续往前寻找，第三次找到车，我只看了一眼就走了：两辆共享单车被一个锁锁在一起。我看着那个锁，仿佛看到车辆的主人在对我示威，一瞬间竟有些让人哭笑不得。第四次的时候，我远远的看到了一辆车，我欣喜若狂，连忙跑过去，可还没走近，我和母亲一起笑了出来。为什么？一辆车靠在栏杆上，它的扫码牌刮花了，链条也没有了，但更让人无法理解的是，就连那个坐垫，都被人给扭掉了。

今天我坐在考场上，似乎在为那个“伤痕累累”的单车写诉书。当我靠近它，我能明显地听到它那低微的哭泣声。可又有谁，在意它呢？

人们在收获利益的同时，贪婪与自私的胃口也逐渐变大。明明是人人共享的东西，可某些人却总是喜欢占为己有。他们为了满足自己的贪婪和欲望，不择手段，那一幕，我的内心是一种淡淡的嘲弄，和一种无力的失落感。

在这个共享时代，我想，不仅仅是共享单车还有其他很多共享资源，都需要我们好好的珍惜它，维护它，才能真正的给我们带来便利。

There is an English proverb which says (saying) “Honesty is the best

policy.” It signifies the importance of honesty.

What are the benefits of honesty? If you are honest to others, they will be

honest to you in return. When you are sad, they will comfort you. When you are

in trouble, they will help you.

There is no enumerating the evils of dishonesty here. In a word, a

dishonest man will be looked down upon by others and (be) regarded as a public

enemy.

Last week, our teacher gave us a task. We needed to interview some people

and collect different opinions. At first, I felt it a difficult task, because I

was such a shy person that I dared not to talk to strangers. In order to finish

the task, I cooperated with my classmates. They helped me to ask people for a

second, then I started to talk with them in a comfortable way. I felt much eased

soon and no longer felt shy. Now I get over my fear and become stronger. This is

the good sign of growing up. I am so thankful to my classmates. Without their

help, I wont go that far.
