一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

“共享单车”的推出理念，是可以让人们分享物品，使社会和谐。可就是有那么些“害虫”，把公家的财产当作他应得的，当作他的私人物品。他们有时候直接把单车骑到家里，当然，这算轻的，有的直接把自己骑着的这辆共享单车的锁拆了。和他们一样的程度破坏单车的还有轮胎放气啊等等……

最严重的之一，便是把自个儿当作“拆‘单’专家”，上手就把座位拆了，把手拆了。这些人你们有没有一点公德心呢？你们破坏的是公家的财产，不是你家的自行车！有些人，更是厉害，把“共享单车”给“五马分尸”，拆得干干净净，什么把手、轮骨、轮套、踏板一块都不给别人留，最后只剩下个骨架。对于这些个拆“单”“砖”家，我只能用八个字形容：丧心疯狂，丧尽天良。

共享单车，共享书店，共享篮球……都是共享资源，随着时代的变迁，希望这些新鲜事物都能发挥自己真正的作用，造福于社会，造福于人民，而不是带来更大的压力，成为一种恶性竞争。

April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately. Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planting young trees. Others were watering . After getting the work done, we put up a board reminding people to protect the trees. Before leaving we took some photos to record our green action. Seeing the lines of trees, we all had a sense of achievement. We feel it’s our duty to protect and beautify our environment.

不知从什么时候开始，路边上，总能看见一些五颜绿色的自行车。它们不仅颜色鲜艳，而且使我们的出行变得更加方便。扫一扫二维码，用手机支付，你就能使用这辆车。

记得共享带车刚刚流行时，有着许多的共享带车是靠密码开锁，使用完共享单车要上锁。因为设备简单，很容易能破解密码。所以有些人就开始打歪脑筋。那时，在小区里，总是能看见在单元楼下或多或少都会停着计量共享单车。在单元楼下的单车，不是私自上了私家锁，就是把单车上的密码锁弄坏，使车子不能再上锁。他们这样做，都是为了能将共享单车占为己有。这个想法十分自私，但因为共享时代刚开始，没有人去管理，就连小区保安看见有人将单车骑进小区，都睁一只眼闭一只眼，不去管他。

那时候，因为这共享单车引发的种种事。我们班级还开始了一次争吵。共享单车能不能骑进小区？未满十二岁是否能够骑单车上路？争执完，我发现我们很多人，都在小区里骑过共享单车，而有些更过分，都已经起到马路上去。因为他们觉得，骑在马路上也不会有警察去拦住他，很多人看见别人再骑，就跟风，也去骑。这使我很生气，新闻上报道的学生骑共享单车出车祸的事情也不少，他们就没有想过后果么？

后来开始，我和我的一些朋友开展了一个活动。每天吃完晚饭，下楼散步，也将停放在小区里的共享单车停回街道上去。第一天，我们收获很大，因为许多人一起干活。很快便找到了许多没有上锁的共享单车，走了半个小区，我一共将十几辆单车停放回街道上，再将锁锁上。第二天，在很多黑暗的角落，我们寻到了几辆单车，不过大多都遭到了破坏。很多单车没有了锁，有的车轮没有气了。我还发现一辆被重新上色的单车。原来是黄色的，现在成了白色。真让人气愤！就这样做了几天，我们的小区渐渐地在单元楼下，共享单车的身影少了许多，这都有我们的功劳呢。虽然我们不能让所有的人，都去文明的使用共享单车。共享单车不仅能给人们带了便利，更能体现出一个市民的素质和品德。我们希望每一个人都能文明的去使用共享单车，而不是让共享单车给人们带来麻烦。

Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KTC and ice cream, before I slept,

I ate some cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my stomach hurt badly,

my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he

told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy,

so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish

我忍无可忍，立马奔回学校和那学生的班主任讲述这件事情。这位老师很生气，说会处理。我又走了回去，可这类可耻的行为仍未消失！他们居然有在踹共享单车。我摇摇头，无可奈何地继续走回家。

某双休日，又看到了类似这种的恶行。在街上晃悠时，看见了一男子在用螺丝刀拧共享单车车锁的螺丝，欲将这辆共享单车占为己有。我上去同他理论，却也是同样的反应！这种人，完全把规则置之度外。与他们，毫无道理可言！

Each year, people burn or cut down 143,000 square kilometers (55,000 square

miles) of the forest. People who burn or cut down trees do it for different

reasons: farmers cut down trees in order to get more fertilize lands to grow

rice or vegetables, and use the woods as fuel. Timber companies cut down trees

and turn them into furniture or paper productions. As to goal miners, they

remove the forests to find out whether there are goal underground.

However, many of us fail to realize that forests are the lungs of the

earth. When we cut down trees, we also push ourselves in to a dangerous

situation. That is the global warming. When you come to think about it, there

are only few ways to solve these negative effects: stop cutting down trees

blindly; try to find some clear energy that can replace oil and coal. But these

solutions can be impractical to some degreed.

Why trees can be so important to the whole nature? First of all, trees are

the habitat of many animals. When we cut down trees, we not only destroy

animals’ habitats but also ourselves. We just gradually destroy natural links.

The result is that many spices of animals and plants are dying out. Secondly,

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

that cause global warming, and then give off the oxygen that good for the human

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the

price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may

be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been

based, is suddenly threatening our existence. All we hope that is this

overpopulated, over industrialized planet can carry on for a longer time. And

maybe, it’s time for us to realize that we should protect the earth, stop

cutting down trees blindly and madly.

Blair is my classmate as well as my best friend. We have already known each

other for ten years. We live in the same block so that we always go to school

together. She has long hair, big eyes and sweet smile, which makes her popular

in my class. Blair works hard and she is a good student in the eyes of teachers.

Besides, she is clever and kindhearted. When others turn to her for help, she

always tries her best to help. I feel proud to have such a good friend.

在如今的生活中，人们为了寻求方便，开发了共享资源。如共享单车、共享篮球，甚至共享商店，这无一不给予我们莫大的便捷。夸张来说，人们在溺水时，总要抓一棵救命稻草：假如天空突然下起暴雨，而你没带伞，恍然间看到有共享雨伞，这何尝不是令人欣喜若狂的？相信许多人都受到过这般“优待”，我也不例外。

那天秋风瑟瑟，学校考完试早放学，我早已计划好——我要去食尚天地大吃一顿，好来补补我这些天的憔悴。喜上加喜的是，这次考试感觉不错，心情也是格外舒畅。我同好朋友蹦蹦跳跳地除了校门。然而这喜悦感并不长久，并且痛苦倒是给了我“当头一棒”。我的肚子早已发出了雷鸣般的抗议，去那的路程对我来说并不算近。那怎么办呢？我脸上的笑容渐渐消失，同时“愁眉苦脸”代替了它：“啊，还有那么远，我好累，我不想走了。”“是啊是啊……”接二连三的抗议使我不禁苦思冥想起来。我缓缓地走着，余光似乎瞟到了什么——共享单车！

天哪，上天竟如此眷恋我。我心想着，笑容渐渐出现。我甚至要跳起来：“看啊看啊，共享单车，大家都带手机了吧。”他们不约而同地点点头。大家拔腿就跑。“今天真是我的幸运日，简直太开心了”，我边跑边想着。大家齐刷刷地扫码，上车。骑在路上有说有笑，真像个大部队——五六个人骑着小黄车，不急不躁地走在街上，回头率简直百分之百，路人都看着我们，这是我们又镀上了一层金身。不久我们就到达了目的地，在那享受了我们独有的快乐时光。

人们都说，快乐的时光总是过得很快，我们又怎么不是如此？共享单车遍地都是，大家根本不用愁。最终“各回各家，各找各妈”。

这件事的确给我留下了很深的印象，这正能很好地表现如今社会带给我们的便捷。“共享”这一词就是共同分享。我认为，它不仅给我们提供了方便，还使社会人民进一步地团结、乐于分享，改变了他们的传统理念。当然，我们要爱护他们，不能因为那不是自己的钱买来的，就不懂得珍惜。共享资源需要人们的扶持，才能日益美好。

科技在发展，人类在进步，我们的生活也越来越方便。就在前几个月，大街上，小巷里，随处可见一样新的东西——共享单车。共享单车给我们带来了方便，也考验了我们新旧上海人的素质。

共享单车与我们平时的单车没有什么大不同，颜色也是五彩缤纷，唯一有一点小小的不同就是在座位后面有一个二维码，在后面的轮子上有一个特殊的锁。说回来，共享单车到底怎么用呢？让我来告诉你吧：

首先，找到一个共享单车。拿出手机，打开共享单车独有的软件。扫描座位后面的二维码，就弹出了一个需要支付1元钱的窗口。支付完毕后，就会告诉你后面的轮子上的锁的密码。输入密码后，就可以骑行这辆共享单车一个小时了。

共享单车虽然很方便，但是还是有些人丢了自己的脸，非要去破坏这样东西。

有的随随便便就把共享单车骑进了小区，就算门上贴着一个醒目的牌子“禁止共享单车进入小区”也照做不误；有的不仅把共享单车骑进了小区，还把二维码涂掉，把锁换成自家的U型锁，把共享单车当做私家自行车；有的人甚至还把共享单车的座椅啊、轮子啊给拆下来，真是让人难以理解他们到底是怎么想的。最令人发指的是，有的人居然在网上直播把共享单车扔进河里的视频，从而取得更多的“粉丝”！

有一天，我和朋友结伴而行，一起回家，快到小区门口了，突然看到一名跟我们差不多的小学生在随便乱弄共享单车座位后面的锁。不到五分钟，那个锁就开了，那个小学生一下子就坐上了车，歪歪扭扭地骑走了。我们小区门口有一条很宽的马路，平均车辆量非常大。那个小学生在过马路的时候，并没有下车推着走。绿灯了，他猛地就往对面冲。这时，一辆车正好要右转，要知道，在一般情况下，红灯是可以右转的。小学生差点就被撞到了，吓得他半天都没缓过神来。

交通法规有“12周岁以下儿童禁止骑自行车”，这是很重要的一条，别一不小心就“交待”在马路上了。

共享单车只是一个小小的例子，生活中有许多的事情都考验了我们的素质，有的时候，也许会因为我们一时的冲动，就面临到了各种危险。所以，请做好自己，“你好、我好、大家好”，这不就是我们一直在追求的吗？
