Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. 想要停得好，还要管得好。维护好共享单车的停车秩序，离不开有效的管理。对行业内恶性竞争、暴力破坏行为，对某些人公共意识缺乏、任意折腾单车的行为， 有关部门要做好“善后”服务，追究相关肇事者的法律责任;推动征信机构和单车运营商合力共建租车人信用管理系统，奖罚分明。鼓励用户对违规停车者拍照举 报，核实后奖励信用积分;对恶意乱停、滥用、损毁、盗窃单车等行为，将租车人纳入失信黑名单。

二、积极踊跃行动，争做绿色出行的倡导者。我们要带头选择自行车、步行、乘坐公共交通或选择“拼车”等方式，减少机动车的使用，尤其是倡导近郊骑共享单车，并鼓励家庭成员参与其中。努力做到“每周少开一天车”，起好示范表率作用，用实际行动缓解城市交通压力，有效减少环境污染，提高健康生活质量。

三、带头率先垂范，争做绿色出行的引领者。我们要以身作则，带头做文明的共享骑行者，遵守交通指示，不闯红灯、不逆行，不走不占机动车道，骑行前检查车闸、车铃是否灵敏、正常;我们要以身作则，带头做文明的单车停放者，骑行结束后要锁车，不要乱停乱放，不占用盲道、行车道、消防通道等公共区域，不要将共享单车停放在封闭小区、办公楼、地下车库等封闭区域，不把共享单车据为己有。

让我们共同携手，从我做起，从现在做起，更加自觉地参与到“共享、绿色、文明”出行活动中来，积极营造我院畅通、文明、和谐的交通环境，为再次争创全国文明单位贡献自己的力量!

Environmental problems are being more and more serious all over the world。

For example， cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and

poisonous gas is given off by factories。 Trees on the hills have been cut down

and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers。Furthermore， wherever

we go today， we can find rubbish carelessly disposed。 Pollution is， in fact，

threatening our existence。

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves

and for our later generations。 Fortunately， more and more people have realized

these problems。 Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the

government。 Laws have been passed to stop pollution。 I hope the problem will be

solved in the near future and our home will bee better and better。

最近，走在人行道上，你会发现路边停着各色的共享单车，或是几辆共享单车从你身边骑过。有”土豪金”酷骑单车，有黄色的OFO单车，还有蓝色的小鸣单车等等。它们就像一道亮丽的风景线，吸引着人们的眼球。同时，又给人们的生活带来了极大的便捷，也实现了在这个寸土寸金的城市“想停哪里就停哪里的梦想。”

随着科技的发展，这种通过扫二维码就能借骑的共享单车已经基本解决了市民朋友出行不便的难题。它能让上班族从地铁站或公交车站直接骑到公司楼下；它能使大学生在校园活动更加方便，保障了在自行车国度的我们的绿色出行……可见，共享单车已经成为人们出行的好帮手。

共享单车虽然十分便利，但由于有些人的乱停乱放，不慎抹黑了它们的功劳。有些车没了车头或被严重人为损坏，有些是横躺在地上，有些则是占了整个人行道，甚至影响了交通，更破坏了整个城市的风貌。最近我在电视上也看到一则关于单车乱停导致伤人的新闻。

如果我们用完后将车合理的摆放整齐，这样，类似的事情就不会发生了。

希望大家在使用共享单车的同时，也要好好地保护它们，让他们发挥更大的作用。

6. Affect the traffic safety. Low vision in haze weather, visibility, air

quality is poor, easy to cause traffic jams, traffic accidents.
