5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

从地铁口出来，有一群整齐漂亮的小可爱们。它们安然地摆放在地铁口，一大片小巧玲珑、各种各样颜色的共享单车犹如从天而降的彩虹，你挨着我，我挨着你。它们倚着刷得雪白的墙壁，注视着路上的行人。有时，也会有两三辆单车被扔放在沾满露珠的草丛中，显得格外孤单。

我注视着它们。这时，一个背着书包、准备去补习班的大哥哥走过来，他掏出手机，快速地扫了一下车尾上的二维码，“啪”地一声响，车锁自动弹开，悠哉悠哉地骑上走了。过来了一位近六十岁的老爷爷，也是轻车熟路，分分钟搞定。

唉！我再一看车把上的温馨提醒：12岁以下不得骑共享单车，我也只能挂个眼科了，因为满打满算我才11岁。看着川流不息的车水马龙，红点儿、黄点儿、绿点儿，夹杂在其中。晴天的单车，是忙碌的。一辆辆被骑走，又一辆辆停放在角落，就这样来来回回。但是雨天的单车却是孤单的，一辆辆竖立在雨中，有的还被雨水溅起的泥点，打得像在泥巴里洗了个澡，浑身上下，一片狼藉……

天黑了，白云睡了，鸟儿们睡了，共享单车们也都睡了，整个天地都静了下来。路边一溜儿的单车，整齐划一，互相依靠，进入了甜蜜的梦乡。

“大同社会”是我们从古至今都在追求的一种社会关系。

而如今出现了一种“共享单车”，它主打的便是共享，貌似与大同社会中的天下是公共的意思很相近，但它们真的一样吗？

首先，明确的说他们是不一样，因为骑共享单车还是要交押金的。不过这样的做法也并没违背现在的法律，同时它还起着对用户行为做约束的作用。但是这也间接的表明了，现在的人并没有达到“大同社会”上的品德高度。

其次，我认为共享单车收押金的行为，要就情况分类：一种是一开始就打着押金的主意，圈到的钱可以在银行生利息，还可以做流动资金周转，甚至以押金之名做互联网金融。这种情况是与大道之行中的“大同社会”描述，背道而驰的。人人都在为了自己的私利偷偷算计，还谈什么“大同社会”。另一种就是同我上一段讲的一样，不再多说。

由此我们可以得出结论：共享单车中所体现出品德高度和思想深度都同“大同社会”差得远呢！
