以前，马路上汽车与行人来来往往，可自行车的身影却很少，近年来，先是有了社区刷卡的自行车，不久共享单车也研制出来了。

Nowadays, with long holidays at hand,travelinghas become a new trend for

us to relax ourselves outside work. Some people even had made a plan for it a

long time before the holiday begins. They usually travel with good friends or

travel along; only few people take their parents into travel plan. However, I

think it is high time for us to travel with parents.

但，为什么？共享单车已经在人们生活中了，还是有种种不和谐的现象呢？故意给单车上锁，涂抹单车编号，破坏单车等等。这些行为多么令人羞愧。这是资源共享的时代，但怎能共享你自己的负能量，公共资源，人人共享，这是每个现代人都应该知道的。

“大道之行也，天下为公。”自古以来，人们就希望，天下一家，和谐共享。但这个愿望至今也没有实现，依旧渺茫，难以实现。

不是不知道，只是做不到，在共享时代，不仅共享资源，更是共享你的人品，素养。这些人用他们朴实的素质为单车涂上了鲜艳的色彩。

共享单车的押金之疑

押金不能直接退还 数亿款项缺监管

目前，披露融资消息的共享单车创业公司已经有多十多家，入局资本多达30家。

这些共享单车的共享模式都大同小异。都需要先交一定数量的押金才能使用。使用之后的押金将会在一定的时间内退回。

而引发争议的是，共享单车给押金退还到账设置了相当长的时间。摩拜单车的押金，就需要 2-7 个工作日才能到账。这个过长的时延，引发争议。

有业内人士认为这是共享单车的商家在故意扣押用户的押金，利用时间差可以合理地获取押金的衍生利息收益。

此外，还有一些法律业界人事认为摩拜、ofo 等共享单车有非法集资嫌疑。因为未经有关部门批准，违规向不特定公众募集资金的行为，涉嫌非法集资。

共享单车的押金在退还的这一段时间内是不是一个“灰色地带”?这时间差里，这些押金在干什么?

目前广州主要有4个品牌的共享单车，摩拜押金为每人299元，ofo单车的押金为99元，小鸣单车押金为199元，优拜单车押金为298元。以摩拜为例，去年12月活跃用户量已达313.5万人，每月活跃用户押金总额超过9亿元

但押金退款均不能实时到账，提交退款申请后要等待1到7个工作日才能成功退款。企业还要求，在押金申请退还期间，不能使用该公司共享单车。

富士康也想分一杯羹

在在半年内，ofo完成了5次融资，摩拜完成了4轮融资;后来者小鸣单车在短短24天内完成3轮融资;优拜单车也在3个月内获得3轮融资。而在2017年第一周内，摩拜单车重磅宣布获得2.15亿美元D轮融资，ofo随即发表声明表示已经准备好了充足的弹药。

就连郭台铭也来“凑热闹”，那么共享单车是如何盈利的?

摩拜单车收费标准为0.5元/半小时，ofo则为1元/小时。共享单车企业盈利的关键就在于每辆单车的日均订单量和新用户的增加速度。以ofo为例，单车成本约在400元左右，日常维护运输的成本约为车辆成本的10%~20%，使用寿命约18个月。按这个周期来计算，只要1辆车1天能产生0.9元以上的租金收益，就能收回车辆成本。或是出于商业考虑，共享单车企业还从未向外界披露过具体的运营与财务数据。ofo创始人戴威表示，目前ofo车辆使用率较高，每日收益比较稳定，“去年尚未盈利，但已无限接近打平，2017年肯定会实现盈利。”而硬件成本更高的摩拜则多次表示，目前谈盈利还为时尚早。ofo方面称，租赁费用还是主要收入来源。

还有一些可以预见的盈利点，车身广告、品牌合作推广、自行车社区等。理论上来说，共享单车确实拥有巨大的支付价值和广告价值，是未来可能的盈利点。但更大潜在价值是收集大量的用户出行数据，然后对数据进行深层次的挖掘和创造，用数据连接生活服务、娱乐服务等。目前来看，各家企业都在寻找更稳定的盈利结构和模式，不过几乎都还没有找到。

富士康科技集团总裁 郭台铭： 就是现在接触到共享单车、共享汽车，进入到这些很多的网络的，等于说硬件和软件要结合的时代，所以说富士康做到这个就蛮重要的。我们在制造的领域，在设计开发的领域，可以把这家公司很快地让它有一个市场占有率。

单车公司回应押金质疑

摩拜、小鸣单车回应外界对于单车押金的传闻称，用户骑行车辆前需要交纳一定金额的押金，是租赁行业比较通行的做法，包括政府公共自行车、汽车租赁、甚至图书租借等都需要交纳押金，主要目的是为了确保资产安全，在出现损坏的情况下能够进行追偿。摩拜、小鸣平台均表示，专门开立了存放押金的银行账户，百分百确保押金的资金安全。并承诺用户有退押金需求的时候能满足需求，并且做好押金安全管理。

对于押金不能实时退还给用户的说法，摩拜单车公关负责人曹国星解释道“单车平台没有支付牌照,只能通过支付宝、微信等第三方支付，规定提出申请后一周内到款，其实大部分都能实时到账。”

在多种共享单车投放市场的情况下，只选择其中一种，还是很难满足需要，只能采取多选的方式。这就是，注册多家，使用多家，遇到哪家的就骑哪家的。代价是，交各家的押金。太原现有的自行车我都用了，除太原市本地的公共自行车外，最近进入太原的共享单车，我看到的有3家:酷骑，押金299元;ofo，押金99元;百拜，押金99元。共交押金500元，获得三种单车的使用权。押金还是自己的，就像在银行存了活期存款一样。但相比之下，这要比存款好多了，换取了多种共享单车的使用权，获得了出行的更多便利。

当然，如果换一种思维，用这些钱自己买个自行车不是随时都可以骑吗?不是。骑自己的自行车外出，办事时没地方存车，车子如果好一些随时可能丢掉。而共享单车目前停放比较方便，也不需要承担丢车的风险。我们交的押金，实际上是买了一个自行车停放权，同时也支付了避免丢车的治安保险。

至于押金数量的多与少，这个账不好算。如果使用单车节省了时间，提高了办事效率，一件事办的顺利，省了的可能绝不止是500元。同时，提供单车的各家企业收取押金的数量不同，投放单车的方式、数量等服务也有不少差异，在使用过程中会形成竞争，消费者可以做出选择。这样算账，只要能换取一个用车的方便，交这个押金我不觉得心疼，就是再有几家，我还会交，因为我喜欢骑自行车，同时也希望拥有更多出行的便利，如果没有一种更好的办法，这样做就是一种合理的选择。

至于公众关心的另一个问题，即押金的管理、使用和单车企业的信誉问题，我选择信任，这种信任基于对政府的信任，我们大家能够想到的，相信政府也能够想到，相信政府有能力管好。即使可能会出现什么意外的情况，也没有什么大不了的，不必顾虑重重。当然，是否选择购买这种服务，还是要从实际出发，根据自身的需求和支付能力确定。

共享单车的出现，毕竟是为百姓的生活提供了新的便利，无论还有多少不完善之处，我还是为之高兴，满腔热忱地支持，希望这一新生事物能够健康发展。

Its almost the end of April. Summer has come to us in my city. In south,

summer always comes earlier than north. It has been hot for about half a month.

the street. People are not likely to go out during the summer. Its so hot

outside. Swimming is the most favorite activity in my city. The pools are always

共享单车乱停乱放、恶意损毁早已备受诟病，而损坏的共享单车堆积成垃圾山，则更让人触目惊心。

据报道，2016年，近20家品牌投放了约200万辆共享单车，而2017年预计投放总量极可能接近2000万辆。这些自行车报废之后，会产生近30万吨废金属，相当于5艘航空母舰结构钢的重量。共享单车垃圾成山不过是30万吨废金属的部分折射而已。

共享单车契合环保、利民理念，故而得到政府的大力支持和民众的广泛欢迎。然而，仅仅几年间，共享单车就成为随意丢弃、霸占道路、影响安全的垃圾，引发人们吐槽，着实与最初的节能环保初衷南辕北辙。

共享单车具备“扫码骑走”，任意停放的特点，但不以规矩不能成方圆，若管理不当，监管缺位，过于方便以至于使用随便 ，没有节制，将导致泛滥成灾。企业为了抢占市场份额，吸引风投融资，大量无序投放占用社会资源，且只管投放不管回收，共享单车垃圾成山终将形成新的环保污染，令人头痛。

今年5月，交通运输部对外发布《关于鼓励和规范互联网租赁自行车发展的指导意见(征求意见稿)》，拟对共享单车的参与各方做出明确约束。其中确定了城市人民政府是互联网租赁自行车管理的责任主体，以及“服务为本、改革创新、规范有序、属地管理、多方共治”的基本原则

政策是好的，落实须发力。“谁污染谁治理”，共享单车企业要改变以往那种恣意投放的无序状态，承担起环保、节能的社会责任，在投放之初就应该计划好破损、淘汰共享单车的“归路”。职能部门要加大监管，建立生产者延伸责任制度，让生产者、运营商为自己的产品负责，而非顾头不顾尾，眼中只有市场与利润，将社会责任抛在脑后。要整合共享单车资源，引导运营企业合理有序投放车辆，查处违规企业，建立企业和用户的守信激励和失信惩戒机制，力求改变以往那种信马由缰的散乱状态。

共享单车是全社会的民生工程，也是一道环保新考题。如果说共享单车绿色上路是现代城市靓丽的风景线，让共享单车合理回收、再生利用才完成了善始善终的良性循环。如何让共享单车垃圾成山的痛点成为节能环保治理的新节点，考验着政府部门的管理智慧与共享单车企业的责任担当。

What’s more, many a student spends much money buying unnecessary items. As far as Iam concerned, it’s high time that we fought against wasting. Here’re my suggestions. Firstly, I think our school should carry out various activities to arouse students’ awareness of saving. Secondly, relevant rules and regulations are supposed to be made to punish those who waste things. Most importantly, we should form the habit of saving from now. It is everybody’s duty to save resources.
