今天早上看新闻的时候恰巧看到一个关于共享单车模式的评论，我前几天在杭州出差的时候也看到街上有很多共享单车，这就引起了我的兴趣。在网上查了下，共享单车模式就是平台将单车租赁出去或C端用户在平台上共享自己的单车，然后平台按照使用时间或里程计费的一种模式，主要是为了解决用户出行的需求和痛点，现在主要有摩拜、ofo等单车共享平台。单车的来源主要有两个：一是平台自购的单车;二是平台用户共享出来的单车。在这里，我主要想讨论一下共享单车平台的使用场景。

毫无疑问，共享单车模式肯定能够解决用户的部分出行需求，但是它会有滴滴、uber这样广泛的使用场景么?思考了一下共享单车模式的使用场景，主要有以下几个方面。

1)某个固定小地域的出行需求，如旅游景区、校园，ofo就主要是在校园市场，在这些固定的小区域里使用单车往往是最方便和惬意的，如在校园通过单车可以方便的去上课、去图书馆、去食堂等，而在某些旅游景区的时候，沿着湖的周围骑车也是最惬意、最享受的，在这个场景下，共享单车无疑是解决了用户的出行需求和痛点。

2)上下班，有些用户离公司很近、短时间骑车可以到达，或者用户上班需要中转几次，骑车可以解决中转的烦恼，或者用户出于环保等原因骑车长距离上下班，对于这些用户，共享单车带来了很多便利，用户只管骑车，不用管后面的事情。

3)骑车锻炼，有些用户单纯是出于锻炼的目的骑车，也有可

能使用共享单车，但是这种单车深度用户往往会自己买品质好的单车;

以上是我想出来的共享单车的使用场景，可以看出，总体来说，使用场景还是比较单一，不像滴滴、uber，它们基本能够解决用户所有的出行需求。

当用户有长距离通勤需求时，他们不会选择单车;当用户赶时间的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户不熟悉路线的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户自己有车的时候，他们也较少会选择单车;当天气下雨、太热、下雨时，他们也不大可能选择单车;当用户觉得骑单车太累时，他们也不会继续选择单车。

可以看出共享单车是一种使用场景较窄、会消耗用户较多能量的一种模式，当然这对爱锻炼、爱环保的用户当然是好事，不过这些用户对自行车的品质要求一般都较高。

除了使用场景窄外，我还能想到的困难有：自行车被人人为破坏了怎么办?自行车被用户直接偷走了怎么办?自行车解说码被人破解了怎么办?自行车中途坏了怎么办?用户在使用途中发生事故怎么办?没有那么多真实用户怎么办?如果在景区推行，势必会遭到景区租车商户的抵抗甚至破坏，怎样拓展景区市场?

总的来说，共享单车是用户出行领域中的一个很小的细分市场，难以跟滴滴、uber等整体出行解决方案平台比较。

忘记了那是怎样的一个早晨，披着晨曦出门时，看见小区外码着整齐崭新的一溜儿自行车，清一色的黄色。等到它融入人们的生活，充斥着大街小巷时，才意识到这是共享经济的诞生日。

在我看来，共享单车俨然成了中国的现代共享经济标志。

现在随处可见年轻人骑着共享单车，年轻的脸上焕发着朝气。扫码，解锁，调整座椅，踢开支架，一场说走就走的旅途就开始了。到达目的地之后，上锁，支架，支付，关闭，便开始了新的一天。走出去不多远，回头时看见另一个人正在扫码，两人相视一笑，互道早安。小黄车，渐行渐远，心里遐想着它去了何方。多么美好的早晨！多么美好的单车！我也满心欢喜地解锁了一辆，温习一下早已生疏的骑技。可刚坐上去踩踏板时却觉得空荡荡的，低头一看，原本是踏板的地方空无一物，只留下一根插柱，似乎在嘲笑我的愚蠢。

幸运的是有很多人已经意识到这个问题并开始采取行动了小区门口贴着“共享单车禁止驶入小区”，单车系统提供提醒和举报服务，把手架上醒目地写着“未满14周岁，禁止使用共享单车”……。相信总有一天，车辆整齐码放，使用者们微笑交流，天是湖蓝色的，白云悠悠，而我正骑着小黄车感受着城市的微风。

今天共享单车不仅仅是一辆辆可以分享的交通工具，它已经从大城市走向了小城、乡村，甚至海外。我们也看到有人自发的把单车整理排列、甚至免费为单车加装坐垫套。单车不仅引领未来的共享经济，也在不断地考验着人性。共享经济的初衷是美美与共，便利你我。在没有监管和约束下，共享也许会成为一种灾难，别因为走得太远，而忘了启程时的本意。

就说说现在比较热门的共享单车吧。共享单车为城市环境做出了很大贡献，但同时为城市的市容造成了破坏。这个暑假，我便与几位大哥哥大姐姐志愿者，一起为城市“整容”。

骄阳炙烤着大地，就是在这样40多度的气温下，花儿怕晒蔫了花瓣不敢傲然绽放，鸟儿怕晒伤了翅膀不敢自由飞翔。我们一行人，来到了一处居民聚集区，开始为城市“整容”。

“哟！还没开始就开始打退堂鼓啦？”一位大姐姐拍了拍我的肩膀。

终于收工了！我一人坐在树荫下，望着手上留下的“伤口”陷入了沉思。无论是乱停放，还是对车辆恶意破坏，使用共享单车的各种不文明现象都反映出我们公民素质不高的问题。

I love to read. When I was three years old, my parents had taught me to

read. They bought me some books with funny and colorful pictures. Soon I was

attracted by these stories and fell in love with reading. Since I went to

school, I often went to the library and it was my favorite place. Studying in

我们需要政府及有关企业进一步深化改革，需要人与人之间的互信和监督，也需要个人坚守底线。相信共享是相信自我，拒绝固守是拒绝自我否定。

As summer vacation is coming, my parents have made some plans for me,

做志愿者工作，在工作的时期里，我们在他人还在睡懒觉的时候，便已经出现在了校园里，经受阳光的洗礼。所以，当别人问起我们是否疲累的时候，我感觉到了自己身上的重担。整个工作过程中，我们所代表的其实并不是个人，而是我们西北工业大学自动化的声誉。所以你做得越好那么这所学校，这个系给他人的映像也就越好。我们对每个人都一直在微笑着，衣着整齐的做自己的工作，在他人需要时总是第一时间给予他们帮助。今年我作为第六届“飞思卡尔”全国大学生智能车竞赛的志愿者，亲身体会了作为一名志愿者的无私和光荣。我们的工作分为几部分，前期主要是志愿者的培训和调试跑道的制作;中期就是迎接参赛队伍，安排他们的食宿问题，让他们熟悉学校的一些地方;后期就是比赛了，这个过程还是比较心酸的，大家白天还要引导参赛队员进入赛场调试车模，晚上还要制作第二天的跑道，每天晚上辛苦到凌晨两点。这些基本上就是我们为您志愿者的工作了。

虽然我们的工作大家看起来都是比较简单的甚至有的人不屑去做，但真正做起来还是有困难的，大家都成长了许多明白了很多道理。认识了许多新的朋友，学会了一些做人处事的道理。其实有的是看似简单，但是只有经历了才会有收获的，不要想着投机取巧，这样有可能会走很多弯路。

志愿服务是奉献社会、服务他人的一种方式，是传递爱心、播种文明的过程。对被服务对象而言，它是感受社会关怀、获得社会认同的一次机会。对社会而言，它是提升社会文明风气、促进社会和谐的一块基。

志愿者当以爱心为前提。服务社会，帮助他人不能流于形式，而是要发自内心，要用真心去关爱需要帮助的人，哪怕是一句温馨的话语，一个关爱的手势，都能给予人温暖的感觉，因为爱心魅力。

志愿者当从点滴小事做起。并非所有人都能成就惊天伟业，大多数人都在默默无闻中度过一生，工作着，奉献着，只要你不计得失地付出，那么你就是社会的志愿者，公共场所少吸一支烟，你就为净化环境出了一份力;办公室内少开一次空调，你就为节约能源献出了一份力;多一句劝慰和祝福，你就为社会和谐出了一份力，如此尔矣。

要成为一个合格的志愿者，就要在各个方面要求自己严格一点。虽然有的时候在工作中有所松懈，但是惟独在工作中成长起来，才能磨砺出一个成功的自己。还有不到三年的时间，我就要踏进社会，从事工作。从每一次的志愿者工作中逐渐地积累起今后所必须的社会经验和阅历，是我现在所需要的。

每一个人都有自己的惰性，如何控制自己的惰性，调整自己，克服自己的困难，是今后面对生活和学习的必要途径。志愿者工作就如同今后的工作，如果你对待每一件事情都能像志愿者服务时这么认真的话，我相信，成功的喜悦其实离你很近很近。我们是一个团体，需要每个志愿者辛勤的努力和有效的协作，才能取得预期的良好效果。

在我每次在那里工作时，时刻都把工作作为自己必须承担的责任和应尽的义务，无论如何都尽一切努力做的更好。因为这是我自己所选择的，我已做好的思想准备，没有任何理由不去做好。其实，活也不是很累，就是累心里总是觉得很知足了。

做志愿者就好像是一个工作岗位的小型平台，真正全身心投入地去工作，因为我们每一个志愿者都明白，此时此刻我们需要的，是社会经验与公共关系。作为志愿者，辛苦之余，颇有感想：志愿者，以振兴中华为己任，以尽忠人民为职责;勤于行动、善于关爱、乐于奉献、尽己所能;不计报酬、立足身边、帮助他人、服务社会。每个人之于社会的价值，不仅仅在于创造了多少物质财富，同时也在于为社会创造了多少精神财富。在付出爱心、奉献社会的同时，人生的价值就会得到充分彰显。

每位志愿者之于社会，无异于沧海一粟，而正是这无数的沧海一粟，构成了川流不息，构成了波澜壮阔。社会需要志愿者，人类的发展需要志愿者。

我想，做志愿者最重要的是成为一个有心人，也许我们做不出惊天动地的事情，但却可以从身边做起，从力所能及的事情做起，用这种方式来培养自己的一颗爱心、一颗好心。
