那么问题来了，共享单车屡遭大规模破坏，是否有可能是各家恶性竞争所为?

据第三方移动大数据监测平台Trustdata发布的《2016年中国移动互联网行业发展分析报告》显示，截止去年年底，摩拜单车占据了超过70%的市场份额。与此同时，OFO也传出了与700bike合作的消息，永久自行车投资了优拜单车……各大共享单车品牌正在利用资本和成本优势进一步收割市场。

天下熙熙皆为利来，天下攘攘皆为利往。除开同行之间的恶性竞争外，同为代步工具的其他车种也会为了竞争去“搞破坏”。有作者统计粉丝关于“为什么这么多人要破坏共享单车”的原因，其中有一条留言是一个摩托车司机为了生意去对共享单车做手脚。

而更多的留言是因为共享单车并不好用：关不了锁、退押金慢、客服服务差、扫不了码等一系列问题造成用户对它日渐冷漠。

何谓共享？共享的字典意是：共同享有，共同享用。现如今，越来越多的共享资源腾空出世，给人们的生活带来了极大的便利，也正在慢慢地被大部分人接受。许多商家也“脑洞大开”，使我们能共享更多的资源，所以说，现在，正是一个“共享时代”。

对我们学生来说，“共享书籍”、“共享篮球”这类共享资源给我们提供了很多方便。但相信绝大多数的人最先开始认识共享资源都是从“共享单车”开始的吧。确实，共享单车为大家提供了很多便利。从我们个人的角度来说，可以省去购买自行车或其它非机动车的钱，使我们的出行更加便捷；从对管理方的角度来说，投放共享单车对中国的环保有很大的影响，越来越多的人在出行时选择共享单车，低碳环保，绿色出行，节省了很多资源。

共享单车是共享资源的先行者，使我们的生活方便了不少。我和妈妈也是共享单车的大“粉丝”，周末去电影院看看电影，去商场购购物，或是去饭店吃吃饭……只要去的地方不远，每次出行都少不了它！

可是，在共享单车为我们提供便利之时，小部分人的私心开始“蠢蠢欲动”，它们想把共享单车占为己有，有人把共享单车停在自己家门口，有人破坏车身上的零件，有人抹黑车上的二维码……这样的行为数不胜数，这些人虽然给自己带来了好处，但是却为其他使用者的使用带来了困扰，这些人可真是自私之至！

就拿我举个例子吧，我们家门口的共享单车还算多，有一天我正要赶着时间去上课，我看到小区外面有许多共享单车，便赶忙向一辆单车跑去，不看不知道，一看吓一跳，在我附近的这几辆车，不是缺了踏板，就是少了刹车，还有的断了链条，少了扳手，缺了刹车……好不容易看到一辆好的，一扫二维码——正在维修……我跑到另一个路口，才骑上了共享单车，可这车骑起来“吱吱吱”的响，就像一群老鼠在啃车上的链条，但我上课要迟到了，管不了这么多了，只能快速地向前骑，现在想想，还真是危险啊！但这也揭露了一个问题——有些人不爱惜共享单车，甚至还会去恶意破坏！

每每在新闻上看到废弃的共享单车堆积如山，或是有人将共享单车停进小区，我都会感到无比惋惜：为什么有些人会不珍惜它，如此自私自利呢？为什么明明小区和手机上都有标识，有些人依旧我行我素呢？为什么有些人会将它占为己有，不愿共享呢？

我认为，从管理者的角度来说，过量地投放共享单车，对人行道的占用非常严重，使不使用共享单车的行人无法在人行道正常地行走。对于使用者来说，在共享单车给我们提供了便利的同时，我们更应该珍惜它们。在使用单车时尽可能地小心谨慎，在使用完后，将座位调整好并擦干净。与人方便与己方便，这样才能使共享单车的使用更加有序。有些的士司机因为共享单车“抢”了他们的生意便去恶意破坏单车。我们应该对破坏这些共享单车的人采取一些惩罚措施，如扣信用分等，只有让他们尝到苦头，才会珍惜，变得不那么自私。

在这个共享资源众多的时代，我们应该珍惜它们所提供的便利，按照规章制度来合理地使用它们，才能使我们的时代被当之无愧地称为一个“有序的共享时代”！

这么多竞争对手的出现，摩拜和ofo并不放在眼中。但是这头两大品牌，开始了自己的“第一名”竞争。摩拜开始了“进化”。从一开始的“大轮子”，到轮子越来越小；从一开始的“无篮子”，到车前装了一个银色篮筐；从一开始的“半银半橙漆”，到后来的银色为主、橙色为辅的造型……同学们口中从“第一代”，变到不知道更新了几代……

当然，ofo也不甘落后。它变化最大的是车锁。摩拜是扫码才能用车，ofo不然，它从普通锁变为转圈式密码锁。可是这种锁又有一个问题，有些人用完不会锁，便造成了一些用户不付钱就骑走的漏洞。于是，ofo又换锁了，换成了电子锁，终于解决了人为投机的可能。

眼看骑摩拜的人越来越少，摩拜公司又想了一个办法：红包。只要骑行超过规定时间，用户就能获得一天的免费抽红包的机会。Ofo也不示弱，施行了类似的方案，于是，我们的城市上空又掀起了一阵共享单车红包热风。当然了，两个品牌到现在仍在竞争，永不停歇。

共享单车虽然很方便，但疯狂的竞争造成的后果却适得其反，尽管各家竞争的手段令人眼花缭乱，但反而导致了很多单车疏于维护。一次回家，打不到出粗车，我和妈妈决定骑摩拜和ofo回家。我大了，脚已经蹬得到摩拜的踏板了，况且ofo越进化越笨重，妈妈就让我骑摩拜，她开ofo。那个夜晚，冷风刺骨，天黑漆漆的，几颗星挂在天上，摇摇欲坠。妈妈连开了几辆ofo都显示不能开，急得我们团团转。这个时候，ofo和摩拜的缺陷就体现出来了。摩拜虽然一直很好骑，一次只能开一辆；ofo由于用机械锁，越来越容易坏。那天晚上，我们只能顶着冷风走回家，那个滋味真是一言难尽。

而伴随的，越来越多的负面新闻接踵而至。例如“一市民给共享单车上私家锁”；“一名十岁男孩在骑行时被卡车撞到，不幸身亡”；“某地一天收到十万辆小黄车维修”等。

对于大多数问题，归根到底，都源于有些人不守公德！共享单车是大家的资源，我们应该好好保护它，爱护它，而不是刻意地损坏它！小黄车和摩拜等共享单车正慢慢成长，我也慢慢长大。我希望随着我年龄的增长，共享单车能回归正常，继续为这个共享时代增添一道靓丽的风景线！

different opinions about it. If anyone asks me what is success for me, I will

tell him progress is success for me. I can have small goal or great aim in my

在志愿者组织中，每一位志愿者都是平等的，大家在人格上，地位上都是平等的，大家为了一个共同的目标走到了一起，可以说是最为亲密的，没有血缘的兄妹!

一个团队，由人组成，根据人的能力必然有了一定的.分工，有的人适合做领导，有的人适合做宣传，而有的人乐于做一个普通的义工工作在第一线。

所谓人尽其才。

才尽其用!这样的团体才能蓬勃发展，蒸蒸日上!若硬是把志愿者依据能力、身份、地位的不同，分出个三六九等，所伤及的怕不只是一个人的情感问题，天长日久，团队的亲和力、凝聚力怕是要大打折扣!倘若志愿者的组成都是些达官显贵，那么志愿者的透明程度，就不得不让世人怀疑了。

虽说有穷则独善其身，达则兼济天下一说，可也并不排除会有一些并不富裕，能力不是很强，却愿意尽自己绵薄之力的人愿意加入这个组织，我想我们也要以一个宽容的心来接纳他们，因为我们的组织是宗旨是志愿、公平、平等!
