然而事实真的是这样吗?究竟是国民素质低下，还是另有幕后黑手?几天前，记者突然接到了一个电话。

电话那头是一个自称Trevor的加拿大人，Trevor告诉记者，自己才是北京一系列共享单车破坏事件的幕后真凶。于是，我们立刻放下手中的稿件去和Trevor见面。

Trevor看上去有30多岁，有些微秃，不修边幅。Trevor告诉记者，自己在加拿大出生，在美国一个叫洛圣都(Los Santos)的城市生活，曾经在军队服役。

Trevor自称是一个“侠盗猎车手”——也就是专业的犯罪分子。在洛圣都，Trevor无恶不作：打砸抢烧、杀人越货、贩卖毒品。Trevor曾经是FBI的四星通缉犯，是犯罪分子界响当当的人物。

第二是商家的“困惑”，有的是单车被恶意破坏，有的是被骑至远郊藏匿，有的是车辆停放不规范，更为尴尬的是，“作案对象”身份难以明确。

这些“困惑”，从表面上看，覆盖产品安全、资金安全、人身安全等不同层次，但深究其背后，投射更多的是用户和商家的诚信问题。与其拷问，谁来捍卫用户和商家的利益，不如思考“如何为共享单车模式增加诚信的保障”。

通过查阅资料和深入分析，笔者认为，可以通过社会宣传、政府指令规范、企业营销手段三种主要途径解决。

第一是面向全社会宣传引导，让大家正视共享单车的价值和意义。需要从社会主义核心价值观的层面，对“诚信”予以多角度、多层次的解读和宣导。

第二是由政府下达行政指令，对共享单车承租人年龄及行为、单车商家行为、相关竞争者行为进行规范。如，明确骑行造成重大人身伤害情况的权责，将押金退还列入企业经营规范要求。据悉，北京、深圳等地均出台相应政策，其中，《北京市鼓励规范发展共享自行车的指导意见（试行）》明确承租人须年满12周岁，涉及恶意破坏、盗窃等违法行为信息由公安部门纳入个人征信系统，值得借鉴。

第三是企业营销手段刺激，企业可以通过积分抵现、单价折扣等形式，对诚信用户进行激励，培养用户黏性。还可以发展“文明用车义务监督员”，由诚信用户帮助企业做市场行为监管……是不是有点儿“脑洞大开”？

__的夏天热情如火，为期两天的西部志愿者培训已经结束了，但是在这短短的时间里我原本忐忑不安的心情已经被安抚，我已经整装待发，做好了准备，对接下来的充满了挑战的服务西部的生活充满了斗志。

培训中，领导为做出征前的心理辅导，为我们细心讲解在接下来的工作中我们应该做的事情和传授我们这种社会新鲜人在工作中面对困难时应该采取的措施等经验，使我受益匪浅。

不管我们参加西部志愿者的初衷是什么，但是既然已经参加了，那么便要调整好心态，用平稳的心态正确看待现实与理想的落差，不当服务路上的逃兵，要坚持下去。我们西部志愿者将要到到基层去，到祖国的西部区。环境是艰苦的，但是我已经找好了自己的定位，做好了吃苦的准备。

在基层工作，志愿者需要奉献出自己的时间和精力，我们初入社会，没有工作经验，所能做的无非是一些小事，但是我们不能轻视小事，要培养自己的耐心和细心。还要虚心的请教领导或前辈，学习他们的工作方法和处世经验。坚持不退缩，一丝不苟的完成领导交代的任务。

什么是共享？共享就是共同分享。如果一件东西大家都可以用，而且能循环使用，这就属于共享。我们就拿共享单车来说好了。一天早上……

“快，快！要来不及了！”我大喊着。

早上一不小心睡过了头，眼看上课的时间就要到了，妈妈大步流星地走在前面，我一路小跑地紧跟着。我平时都是走路上学，可是现在都过这个点了，要是像平时一样走路去学校一定会迟到的。

“走，我们骑共享单车过去。”妈妈灵机一动。

走出小区，我赫然见到小区大门口整齐地摆放着一排各式各样的单车。

“呵呵，知道我会迟到，特意为我准备吧！”我心里暗暗窃喜。

那一头只见妈妈利索地从包里掏出手机，打开APP，扫描二维码，只听“滴滴”一声响，锁就这么轻松地被打开了。我双手紧紧的抓住把手，一只脚踩在踏板上，另一只脚在地上用力向后蹬了几下，顺势往上一跨，就这样稳稳当当地骑到了座椅上。

“妈妈，我走啦！”

我眼睛紧紧盯住前方，憋足了劲，拼命往前骑。耳边风声呼呼地响，道路两侧的树木快速地向后移动。我感觉单车骑起来又快又轻。一转眼的功夫，我就安全地抵达了学校，把车停好，一口气奔到六楼的教室。我惊魂未定，脚刚踏进教室，上课铃就响了。我长长地舒了口气心想：今天多亏了有共享单车呀！

共享单车让我们的出行变得更加方便，但是也带来了新的麻烦。

有了共享单车，我们不必再去购买自行车，出行费用更加低廉。可是共享单车经过反复使用，会出现一定的损坏。有时匆匆忙忙打开一辆车，却发现车是坏的，于是不得不停下来处理，反而浪费了更多时间。

前一段时间，几张“北京八王坟公交站被上千共享单车围困”的图片登上了各大媒体的版面，在图片中可以看到，各种颜色的共享单车将各个站台挤得满满当当，众多单车已经停在了行车道上，多达上千辆。单车投放过度、随意摆放不仅扰乱了正常的交通秩序，而且还影响了城市文明形象。

但不管怎么样，共享单车还是为我们提供了更加快捷、方便和低碳环保的出行方式。我们只要加以合理地规范和引导，相信它一定会使我们的生活变得更加美好！

共享单车，共享雨伞，共享书店……现在，在这个共享时代，日益增加的共享资源与我们的生活有着密切的关联，不断地改变了我们的生活理念，可它带来的不仅仅只是方便与快捷，更带来了自私与贪婪。

我想，“共享单车”这应该是大家最熟悉不过的吧，它随处可见：小区门口、路边、公交车站上等诸多公共场所。

共享单车不仅环保，而且便捷，引领了新时代的潮流，这是为什么？第一，无污染，现在科技高度发达，人们为了快捷不再喜欢骑自行车出行这种方式，取而代之的是一辆又一辆密密麻麻的小汽车，空气污染越来越严重，可自从有了共享单车，人们渐渐意识到了保护环境的重要性，使用共享单车的人越来越多了，我曾经做过采访，受采访的人中有老人、成年人、青少年、甚至儿童，他们的回答都惊人的相同，那就是：“共享单车挺好的。”第二，做运动，众所周知，随着科技的发达，人们越来越懒了，当然我也不例外，这时，我们就需要共享单车了，不仅便宜，而且能用做锻炼，我想，这正是我们真正需要的吧！

可有些人却耍起了小聪明，为了让自己一直有辆共享单车可以骑，他们把自己家里的锁拿了出来，先把一辆共享单车打开，一直不关闭，再把自己的锁给那辆共享单车套上。这样，这辆共享单车就成了他专属的了。

可令人更不解的是有一部分人似乎和共享单车有仇，随意的破坏它们，这不，我本人的小区里就发生过两场“命案”！

那天，我正在小区里散步，远远地看见了两辆ofo小黄车，凑近一看，发现了问题：一辆的车把来了个180度大转弯，想把它扶正，却怎么也扳不动，这可怎么骑呀！还有一辆更为悲惨，座椅不知去哪儿“旅游”去了，留下了一根光秃秃的杆子瑟瑟发抖，坐上去绝对痛得你叫妈！不仅如此，它前后的轮胎不见了，只剩下了车轱辘。这真是太悲惨了！在这里，我想对那些自私，乱破坏共享单车的人说：“请你们不要再这么做下去了，你们知不知道，这样做那一点点微乎其微的高兴与利益是没文化的表现，更凸显了你们素质的低差！愿你们别再执迷不悟下去了！”

我相信，共享单车将带来生活的便捷，人们的脸上将因为共享单车而挂满微笑！

Music is the important part of my life. The world needs music to amuse

peoples life. As they live in the fast pace, music can bring them the great joy

and relax. Since I was very small, I fell in love with music and every time when

I heard music, my body would move and feel relaxed. The function of music is

various.

There is a famous song, which called let the music heal your soul. A lot of

young people have their favorite singers. When they see their idols face to

face, they would say thank you to the singers, because their songs inspire these

young people to move on in the dark days. The songs deliver positive messages to

the public and inspire them to never give up.

Listening to the music is the main way for the young people to release

their pressure. Every day before I sleep, I will listen to the light music,

which helps me to take relax and make me sleep well. The reason why so many

people like to KTV after their work lies in releasing pressure. They need to

shout and then forget about the annoyance.

Music is favored by everyone and it is the indispensable part of our

life.

Every person needs sleep everyday. But with the high development of

society, most people have more and more things to do and have less time to

sleep. As a result, many people are lack of sleep. For a short time, they may

not realize the bad side of it, but it will bring something bad for them after a

long term. First of all, lack of sleep will do harm to people’s look. If they do

not sleep enough, they will get black eyes and bad skin easily, which will make

people look no so beautiful. Secondly, lack of sleep is bad for the spiritual

outlook. A person who lacking of sleep always looks tired and has no power to do

things. Last, not enough sleep for a long time will have bad influence of

thought. They always can’t be active in mind.

When talk about America, most people will think of the great buildings and

the lively parties, because the Hollywood movies present us the strongest

America. Whats more, the media always report how powerful America is and the

foreign media criticize China all the time, so people lose faith about our

country. Actually, every country is not perfect. Recently, I have learned a lot

about America, which helped me make the better judgment. A video was made by a

Chinese student who had studied in America for 6 years. He told people that some

part of America was like the big countryside and not every place looked like the

movies presented in the screen. He came to the conclusion that perfect country

did not exist. So we need to take the right attitude to our country, and dont

lose faith when we see the bad sides.
