Recent years have seen a tendency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban residents travel regularly, and 28% rural residents also make their tour across the country. The survey also shows that more people are interested in tourism, and will join the army in the future.

Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. 随着时代的进步与变迁，人们物品使用的范围已经不限于个人了。“共享……”这个词走进了人们的视线中了，这种新的事物由于它的方便与快捷得到了大家的支持与热爱。其中最普遍的物品——共享单车。它已经进入了大家的生活，但是有人却对共享单车说“不”。

这究竟是为什么呢？

在中国，共享单车主要在一、二线城市普及，由于这里有上、下班高峰，共享单车的停放会影响到道路的交通，导致交通拥堵，使得司机市民对其反感，要求减少共享单车的投放数量。

其次，共享单车的使用者大多数为80后、90后和上班族，停车地点主要聚集在一个地方，使得其他使用者为了骑辆自行车还要走不少的路。也使得这群人退出共享单车使用者的行列。

再则，停车的地点在同一个地方，停放问题又让不少市民反感。在上海，共享单车停放地点都占据了人行道和盲道，虽然大多数道路十分宽敞，足以能够容下车子和人的正常使用和行走，但是许多道路只能勉强让行人走路，加上又要停放单车，人行道变成了停车道。在北京，共享单车不仅占据了人行道，又由于停放不够美观，极大影响了北京这座城市的形象，市民也同样要求减少单车的投放数量。

看到这里，你一定认为共享单车是个影响中国公民生活质量的物品吧！其实共享单车拥有很多的优点：低碳、环保、方便、快捷……真正使共享单车背锅的人，就是其使用者中的极少数人的文化素养不够高；另一方面是由于这是近几年的新生物品，还不够完善，使其出现了这些缺点。

共享单车是好是坏，我们没有办法来言论。但是，只要再进一步的完善，总会拥有灿烂的明天！

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

that we can breathe the fresh air and suffer less from the second-hand smoking.

part next Thursday evening. That is owing to the fact that my younger brother

其次大家常说“共享单车是人性的照妖镜。”因为他们在这两者之间看到了太多人与车之间的恩恩怨怨、是是非非。难道因为人们的不合理使用就要对这一新兴产业进行打击吗？未免有些牵强。根本是在于人们在使用时，国民素质的不平衡，产生了现在的野蛮生长！从生活、个人和根本问题的产生这三方面来说共享单确实车为人们带来福音，但却也带来了烦恼……但积极的作用更大了一些！

共享单车遭破坏?治安跟进不就得了!没那么简单：其一，破坏公共设施被抓，轻则有行政处罚，重则有刑法介入，但共享单车不是公共设施，所有权明确，没有报案就没有立案，更不可能处罚;其二，运营商可以选择报案，但共享单车价值低，要构成盗窃罪等不够标准，报案不一定是最佳选择;其三，人为破坏的原因极其复杂，单车使用者不一定就是破坏者，“活捉”责任人无异于大海捞针，要做到精确打击，规制成本太大了。

如果治理层面都颇感为难，那么寄望于对单车的爱惜使用，则基本上更无可能。虽然行为最后都表现为破坏，但心理诱因可以说千奇百怪：有黑车觉得单车抢生意，也有人就是纯粹看不惯，有的人可能是图个乐，还有人就是拿它撒气。举例说，上海有个人连把三辆摩拜扔进黄浦江，当事人的理由是觉得车里有芯片，不安全;广州有扔车进珠江的例子，理由是喝酒之后图个好玩;还有人想把单车占为己有，竟然在座位上放针……凡此种种，要规制更无从下手。

对此，“素质论”是常用总结，但素质太抽象，没有抓住实质问题。关键在哪里?共享单车的模式问题。虽然名曰“共享”，但它确切来说是租赁经济，特点是使用者和所有者分离。来区分几种情况：1.如果你就是车主，你很难对爱车拳打脚踢;2.假如你坐一辆专车，司机作为车主盯住你，你恐怕难起破坏之心;3.但如果你仅仅在租赁和使用一辆单车，车主完全没有在盯你，你有什么理由要特别爱惜它?可见，共享单车产权和责任分离的状态，导致了很多人对它不怀好意。

既然如此，对症下药就是了，药方就是在研发和设计上多下功夫。摩拜的例子有代表性，要把产品设计成“防止所有意外情况”，二维码特别设计，你就刮不花;轮胎实心，你就无法扎带;极简化设计，你一个零件都拆不下;车子极其笨重，你想拿去卖都搬不走。再说价值性，一代摩拜单车的成本到了6000元，你敢破坏这样的车子够不够立案标准，当然够!上海就有判例，某市民觉得摩拜“高大上”就搬回家，结果被判了三个月。

同样，共享单车还存在违规驾驶和停放的问题，很多人觉得停哪就停哪，想冲红灯就冲红灯，原因太清楚不过——不必为这些行为负责嘛!因此，解决违停和驾驶的问题，也需要针对性施策，大体原则是要把责任明确给租赁人。怎么明确?关键还是在平台这里，通过设计信用分规则、举报机制等，记录租赁人的信用状况，对不守规则的人给予惩戒。如此，抓住单车研发、规则设计这个主体框架，单车破坏率将有效缩减。

由上观之，单车破坏行为至少涉及三个层面：在使用层面上，多数人不够精细化;在治理层面上，具有较大规制成本;在设计层面上，给了破坏者可乘之机。因此，需要三位一体来应对乱象：在使用问题上，把责任明确给使用人，引导使用规范化;在治理问题上，对一些代表性破坏行为报案，以儆效尤;更重要的是在研发和设计上发力，把潜在问题消灭于无形之中。

When I was very small, I was so envious about the adults, because they

could do whatever they wanted and did not have to depend on their parents. For

home, the village committee decided to close the quarry and invest 5 million

yuan to build it into an ecological park. Now there are Jinling, Qixingling,

Jiti stone, Qilin mountain and other scenic spots. When I came to the foot of

Maanshan, I stared at the top of Maanshan stupidly. In my mind, I thought of the

complacent expression of climbing to the mountain. After that, I cant wait to

follow the route to the top of the mountain!

At first, I was a living tiger, just like a hungry tiger, flying to the top

of the mountain! The road is getting steeper and steeper, and the fork road runs

across. Its half the way to the top of the mountain. After a long time, the

physical strength is naturally consumed and the knowledge is not much. Im

sweating!! Seeing thousands of houses, cars and pedestrians under my feet, I

secretly encouraged myself: there is still a little way to go, stick to it, and

soon climb to the top of the mountain, dont be discouraged, learn to stick to it

on this road! Only persistence can make people succeed! Time flows silently on

me. I climb to the top of the mountain. I am ecstatic and rush forward in one

breath. Finally climbed to the top of the mountain! Ah! The scenery at the top

of the mountain is so intoxicating and impressive!

As if everything under my feet is my world! The whole village can be seen

clearly. I learned a truth from it, that is: in life, whether it is laid-off, or

encountered difficulties, or be fired and so on. Dont be discouraged. As a human

being, we should learn not to be discouraged in the face of difficulties. In all

kinds of tests of life, just like climbing a mountain, we cant give up halfway,

as long as we stick to it, we will succeed!

With the coming of national day, I have a one week holiday. I really expect

to it, because I want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel

toJiuzhaiValleywith my parents for three days. I have heard that the scenery

ofJiuzhaiValleyis very beautiful in autumn and it’s the best time to travel

there. Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a

wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip. For example, I search the

Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting

place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey. There

are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to
