广东消委会认为，虽然共享单车的出现解决了居民出行“最后一公里”的问题，同时也因绿色环保、高效便捷、低价健康受到了消费者的欢迎，但仍存在法律法规规制不足、经营者应尽责任履行不到位、消费者自律不够、市政配套缺失、社会各界共享意识不强等“五大症结问题”，形成行业发展的阻力。特别在经营方面，存在涉嫌侵害消费者财产安全权、人身安全权、公平交易权、知情权、信息安全权等情况和隐患，直接影响消费者权益的保护。

然而，任何事物都有两面性，“共享单车”，也不例外。

这里居然有几万辆损坏的共享单车！如果说共享单车的本意是处于节约社会资源，减少碳排放的话，那么这么多损害的共享单车，是节约资源还是浪费资源？为了处理这些损坏的单车，是减少了碳排放，还是增加了碳排放呢？

然后，我又看到了一些丑恶的现象：有人将共享单车的座椅拿掉了，有人将共享单车挂到了树上，有人将共享单车扔到了臭水沟，有人甚至在单车的座椅上扎针。仿佛忽然间，共享单车就如同照妖镜一般，照出了隐藏在人性地下的“妖气”，不忍直视。

这句名言简直就是当下“共享单车”最好的写照。最好的年代，是共享单车已经成为人们生活的一种方式，而最好的年代，“共享”单车造成的巨大浪费和某些人的对于单车的丑恶行为。

诚然，共享单车给人们的生活带来了便利，这一点是毋庸置疑的，那么对于这一点，我们应该坚决的支持共享单车的发展。

然而，对于共享单车的负面作用，却要坚决的控制。试想，如果共享单车随意停放，严重的占用人行道，那么行人行走就诸多不便；如果共享单车太容易损坏，那么就造成很多的垃圾；如果不惩戒不良用户的不良行为，共享单车就会任意的破坏；如果不限制未成年人使用共享单车，就会造成潜在的危险……

自从成都兴起了自行车租赁方式以后，引起大量的关注，而做法就是把自行车内免费租赁给别人，可经过观察，人们的不文明行为与自行车损坏甚就是严重，所以我认为这个办法不可行，据我的实地调查的情况可以看出大多数人还就是认可自行车租赁的，但大多数都认为要专门去办理租赁卡非常地麻烦，都希望可以简单一点。虽然大多数的接受调查的人都说可行，但不会使用租赁的自行车，有些自行车站点甚至无人租赁，大多数人与我的看法相同，都认为自行车的租赁有利有弊，或直接认为不可行。那自行车租赁的办法到底可不可行呢?有什么利与弊呢?

我认为自行车租赁不可行，因为经过调查，大多数人竟不知有这么个自行车租赁，或不知怎么使用，可见自行车的租赁并不盛行，据我在三圣乡的调查，要办自行车租赁的卡，需要到乡政府办理租赁卡，可据我得知，自行车租赁卡已经停办，而有卡的人还在继续使用自行车租赁站共享单车的利与弊议论文作文。虽然就是自觉租赁，但三圣乡的人们素质还就是很高，到了调查完毕，晚上回家时，车辆都一个不差的停在自行车租赁站里，出了原来的损坏外无新增的损坏。

而且自行车租赁也就是有利又有弊，租赁的优点就是给要去远点地方的人带来便利，而且方便快捷，调查所知，人们认为自行车的优点就是方便群众，给没自行车的人带来方便，而且省下了买自行车的钱，而有些骑车爱好者也可借用自行车来骑，而我认为，政府与公司建立自行车租赁，我想，这不仅仅就是为了让大家方便，更加促进了人们对低碳与环保生活地认识，鼓励人们使用自行车与公共交通器械，少开汽车，美化环境。

万事有利便有弊，而自行车再为众人带来了方便的同时，且为大家带来了弊端，由于自行车就是免费租赁，虽然我就是一个地道的成都人，但我并不觉得我们这个城市的文明程度到底有多好，有多高

既然就是免费，那损坏就是一定了的。通过我拍的照片大家可以发现，不论就是在车尾的轮罩上，还就是在踏板上，都有不同程度的损坏，成都人有一种不就是我的东西，只要不追究到我身上，我便要损坏他，将它占为己有，便要做损人而又不利己的就是，也就就是宁愿害己，也要损人。不仅如此，还更有胜者：在都江堰还有人为了不让别人借走“自己的车”而私自在车轮上上了锁，以达到不让别人借走的目的。对于自行车的损坏甚就是严重，三圣乡的自行车租赁站里的自行车都有不同程度的受损，而且在车筐中会有多多少少的垃圾与杂物。有些自行车租赁站里有一～三辆自行车都以停用。

“谁要骑ofo共享单车？谁要骑ofo共享单车？”我也吆喝了起来。我接待了五位“客户”，因为我的小身板禁不起折腾，他们一骑上我，我就“散架”了。最令我气的是其他同学也学着我，做起了其他交通工具的“生意”。

我是一辆共享单车，去过许多地方。几百米外的写字楼，街那边的足球场。最远一次是在东边的拥挤的地铁口，却从未去看过这个区外面的世界。我想那一定会比这更美。

今天，我被停在这个小区的楼下，早晨七八点钟的太阳把明媚从树叶的间隙中传递给我，但这个位置下的我未免也太不起眼，我不知道今天我是不是有机会去那区外的世界，更不知道今天我是否会被谁发现，但我每天都期望着，我也想大喊一声，倾诉我的小愿望。

这种期待感持续了十多分钟，很意外的有人来了。我听到从那楼道里的小跑声，慢慢清晰。我看到在那门口下的一个人影，步履间正踏着轻快，向我靠近。我已经可以看清他的轮廓，那是个眉眼分明，举手投足间散发着阳光的少年啊。他清扫落在我身上的落叶，随后一声清脆的“滴”，他轻盈地骑上车，手机里的提示音不绝于耳，他却充耳不闻，一路上传来他欢快的笑声。

我突然发现街道的景色已经变了，那是我不曾抵达过的世界，我欣喜的看着这一切，想与他诉说我眼中的世界。

他在一家书店前停下，那是一家共享书店，人群也没有太拥挤，他索性就把我停在门口。随后与另一位少年攀谈起来。他们聊的饶有致，“哎，你听说了么，我们年级那个谁，成绩不是挺好的嘛，后来，上周那个期中考，落下他们班平均分十多分。”“可不是嘛，不过你说那个王者有那么好玩嘛？”另一个少年有些好奇。“谁知道呢。”这时他们传来快活的笑声，偶尔也传来纷争。

人来人往的街道上有另一位少年，他低着头，好似是朝我走来，却不曾看我一眼。我几乎都能看见他眼睛里频繁的聊天记录，里面正提到那些字眼。他跟那两位少年的穿着并没有什么太大的差别，但他们却是截然不同的两类人。他手捧一杯可乐，慵懒的走着。眼看那杯可乐就要撒出来，他的右手还在手机上不停地敲击着。我想要提醒他，可我并不能开口，在人类的自由散漫中无能为力。“啪”的一声，满杯的可乐几乎撒满了我的全身。他只是轻微看一眼，随后转向我身旁那辆单车，若无其事的样子。那阵喧闹也终于消失了。

两位少年走了出来，看到我的时候有些惊愕，也赶紧拿出纸巾把我的不舒适感减少的最小。嘴里说着谴责的话，叹了声气。我想跟他们说声谢谢。

后来啊，他们都走了，那是我所经历过的最漫长也最短暂的时光。最后那阵欢笑声只是被留在了这，也萦绕我心。

如果我可以说话，我还想说一句：来日方长。愿这共享时刻美好不再稀有。
