On October 1, I did not go out as usual.

万事有利便有弊，而自行车再为众人带来了方便的同时，且为大家带来了弊端，由于自行车是免费租赁，虽然我是一个地道的成都人，但我并不觉得我们这个城市的文明程度到底有多好，有多高。既然是免费，那损坏是一定了的。通过我拍的照片大家可以发现，不论是在车尾的轮罩上，还是在踏板上，都有不同程度的损坏，成都人有一种不是我的东西，只要不追究到我身上，我便要损坏他，将它占为己有，便要做损人而又不利己的是，也就是宁愿害己，也要损人。不仅如此，还更有胜者：在都江堰还有人为了不让别人借走自己的车而私自在车轮上上了锁，以达到不让别人借走的目的。对于自行车的损坏甚是严重，三圣乡的共享单车站里的自行车都有不同程度的受损，而且在车筐中会有多多少少的垃圾与杂物。有些共享单车站里有一～三辆自行车都以停用。

大家提出的意见建议中，大多都认为如果不是集体办卡，就比较麻烦，有些人只有临时居住证，无法办理共享单车卡，大多人认为不用办卡就会方便许多，我认为例如交押金，当财产，或是更为直截了当的方法比较好。

对于如何解决自行车损坏问题中，大多人都认为免费租赁是不可能控制自行车损坏的问题的，有人认为，需要提高公民素质，提高租赁自行车的人的素质，要租赁自行车的人自觉遵守规矩，爱惜自行车，他给你带来了便利，你应该爱惜它，但我认为这个方法是不可行的，人们的自觉性不高，所以这个方法基本不可行。

还有的人认为，在租赁站中，应该设置一个管理人员，加强管理，从而根本的改变自行车损坏的问题，而这个方法确实不错，可是成都那么多的共享单车站点耗费的人力物力财力巨大，这个方法也是不大行得通的。还有的人认为让那里的实行人多加修复自行车使自行车常新，这个方法从浅层想是决不可行的，这就不用讨论了。

在这其中还有大多的人认为要对这个共享单车加以处罚的方法，让骑车人赔偿自行车损坏的维修费或是像租其它东西一样，先交上押金，按损坏程度来扣取押金中的钱，或是将租赁人的各种信息注入租赁卡中，车损坏后或未归还可以找到当事人来进行处理，这一种方法比上述的所有办法都要好，都要可行得多，可以一下达到立竿见影的效果，虽然见到了效果，可还是失去了这个方法的初衷，丧失了共享单车是为了让大家了解低碳、环保的本质。

综上所述，自行车的租赁不仅仅是为了方便众人，而是为了教育大家，我们的地球正在陷入危机，而今眼目下最好的办法就是低碳生活，少开汽车，少开空调，减少二氧化碳与甲烷的排放，保护地球。

总之，共享单车必定是有利有弊，要保护好租赁的自行车，要靠大家的努力。提高公民素质，共建共享美丽蓉城！！！

但我们在谴责那些低素质人的同时，殊不知，那也是管理人员的漏洞。就拿ofo来说吧，它没有定位系统，每辆车的密码也是固定的，那坐车不要钱、车莫名其妙丢失也是家常便饭了。

小小的共享单车就像一面镜子，照出了国人的素质，如果大家素质提高了，管理漏洞补上了，那共享单车就能更好地被人们所用，服务以大众。

共享单车上树、违停……中心市区街头的共享单车不断增多，给市民带来便利之余，一些不文明现象也开始逐渐出现。近日，有市民拍下东湖街一辆哈罗单车挂在树上，文明借还车的话题再次引发关注。记者了解到，如果借车人给共享单车加装私锁，将会被扣光信用分，甚至可能被行政拘留。

目前，哈罗单车已投放3000多辆单车，3万多人通过APP完成注册，但一些不文明现象也在逐渐出现，比如单车被骑进小区停放或停放在公交站台前以及单车被挂上树等。

“目前泉州市民骑行总体情况良好，没有发现市民给共享单车私自加锁的现象。”哈罗单车泉州公司负责人王仕平介绍，如果出现私自加锁情况，用户将被扣光100分的信用分冻结账户，公司还将报警处理。泉州目前出现较多违反规定的情况是，用户将共享单车骑回小区内停放，这可能是有的用户对共享单车使用规则还不熟悉，王仕平介绍，哈罗单车APP内有详细规定，用户良好行为可加分，不当行为则会被减分，其中“违停一次(小区、地库、单位大院等)扣20分，加装私锁、忘记关锁导致单车丢失等将扣至0分”。

泉州“小黄人”自行车属于有桩停放，市民需将小黄人停到固定桩位站点才算完成还车，较少出现乱停乱放现象，但也有车辆遭破坏或丢失的情况出现。“以前有市民空踩单车导致车辆毁坏等不文明现象，经过媒体曝光后，情况已大为好转。”微笑自行车公司主任郑美玲介绍，现在感觉市民对“小黄人”还是很爱护的，目前较多出现的不文明现象是限单人骑行的“小黄人”被两人骑，车篮经常被塞广告单，一下雨便烂成垃圾等。

前两天，有市民拍下在领袖天地路口，一辆停放的“小黄人”车轮毂断裂，郑美玲说，经调查，这辆“小黄人”是凌晨被人骑电动车撞坏的，肇事者疑似喝醉酒，肇事后离开现场，公司维修人员已将损坏的车辆载回维修。

近日，北京两名女护士下班时刚要打开被自己私自上了锁的共享单车，就被附近的民警抓个正着。两名女护士承认私自占用共享单车，两人最终因涉嫌盗窃被处以行政拘留5日。

北京律师张新年接受记者采访时表示，“违停，上私锁，藏匿，破坏二维码、车锁、定位装置等行为，除了需要向单车提供方承担民事责任，还涉嫌违法乃至犯罪。比如，乱停乱放涉嫌违反交通管理法律法规，私藏私用特定情形下涉嫌盗窃，破坏单车则涉嫌故意毁坏财物，有可能被行政处罚，甚至追究刑事责任。”特别是破坏单车二维码、车锁，上私锁等行为，使得单车脱离了监管，排除了其他用户使用的可能，很容易被认定为盗窃行为，依照《刑法》的规定构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任;尚不够刑事处罚的，由公安机关依照《治安管理处罚法》给予处罚。

3月7日，一则男子直播扔共享单车的视频在网上传开，视频中一男子扛起共享单车扔进了河里。7日下午，天津市公安局发布通告称，经过调查取证，确定了视频中的嫌疑人王某某(男、21岁、辽宁省葫芦岛市人)、拍摄并上传视频的嫌疑人许某(男、20岁、辽宁省葫芦岛市人)。3月7日16时许，天津警方将刚刚潜回原籍的王某某、许某在辽宁葫芦岛绥中火车站抓获。

据悉，两名男子在3月6日将共享单车扔入海河，并用手机进行了直播上传视频。在视频里，男子还有不少“粗口”，在把共享单车扔下河之后开怀大笑，该行为引起了网友们的广泛关注。

多位网友对视频中的两名男子进行了谴责。7日下午6时许，天津市公安局发布通告称，经过调查取证，确定了视频中的嫌疑人王某某(男、21岁、辽宁省葫芦岛市人)、拍摄并上传视频的嫌疑人许某(男、20岁、辽宁省葫芦岛市人)。3月7日16时许，天津警方将刚刚潜回原籍的王某某、许某在辽宁葫芦岛绥中火车站抓获。

三、带头率先垂范，争做绿色出行的引领者。我们要以身作则，带头做文明的共享骑行者，遵守交通指示，不闯红灯、不逆行，不走不占机动车道，骑行前检查车闸、车铃是否灵敏、正常;我们要以身作则，带头做文明的单车停放者，骑行结束后要锁车，不要乱停乱放，不占用盲道、行车道、消防通道等公共区域，不要将共享单车停放在封闭小区、办公楼、地下车库等封闭区域，不把共享单车据为己有。

让我们共同携手，从我做起，从现在做起，更加自觉地参与到“共享、绿色、文明”出行活动中来，积极营造我院畅通、文明、和谐的交通环境，为再次争创全国文明单位贡献自己的力量!

作为共享经济的一种新形态，共享单车已经越来越多地引起人们的注意。共享单车的亮点在于“共享”二字，它既意味着资源的共享，也意味着文明的共担。共享单车就是整合，整合也是节约，既方便自己也方便别人。通过科学统筹配置各种资源，既可使有限的资源发挥出最大效用，也可协调各方互通有无，避免重复劳动和无谓的浪费。如果多一些整合意识，注意统筹兼顾，在经济建设和社会发展中，我们可以减少许多浪费。的确，共享单车为人们出行提供了诸多方便，但也存在不少问题，最明显的就是随便乱停，以及共享单车变成了“私享”单车。

当然，任何新兴事物，都不可能是完美的，不管是政府部门，还是共享单车运营方都要主动作为，及早出台管理办法，规范管理。只要大家都秉持“人人为我，我为人人”的理念，共享单车，就是一种共享文明。

However mean your life is, meet it and live it; do not shun it and call it

You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a

poor-house. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the alms-house as

brightly as from the rich mans abode; the snow melts before its door as early

in the spring. I do not see but a quiet mind may live as contentedly there, and

have as cheering thoughts, as in a palace.

My grandparents believed you were either honest or you werent. There was

no in between. They had a simple motto hanging on their living-room wall: "Life

is like a field of newly fallen snow; where I choose to walk every step will

show. "They didnt have to talk about it--they demonstratedthe motto by the way

they lived. They understood instinctively that integrity means having a personal

standard of morality and ethics that does not sell out to expediency and that is

not relative to the situation at hand. Integrity is an inner standard for

judging your behavior.Unfortunately, integrity is in short supply today--and

getting scarcer. But it is the real bottom line in every area of society.And it

is something we must demand of ourselves.

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

which consists of three key principles: Stand firmly for your convictions in the

face of personal pressure.

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

随着时代的改变，人们快节奏的生活越来越推进着全市的发展。上海，这个现代化的国际大都市，发展极其迅速，这也带来了更多的新事物和问题。

共享单车在年初以迅雷不及掩耳之势传入了上海，越来越多的人天天用它出行；越来越多的车被投入城市；越来越多的车也被损坏。共享单车显出了这个城市的素质，反映了城市的整体情况。

共享单车十分方便，只要你有手机和车，你就可以随时随地骑车。价格便宜和方便操作结为一体，成为了它出名的最大理由。但它越被使用，问题就越多。举个例子吧：有一天晚上我和妈妈计划骑车锻炼，心想小区附近肯定有车，于是就出去了。结果我们绕了一个大圈就只找到1辆车，倒也不是没有车，路上都看到几十辆了，不是被锁住当成“私家车”就是二维码被破坏了，还有就是零件缺失。

这个例子给我的教训和思考很多。教训当然就是不随便骑共享单车，但思考更多。现在的共享单车有一部分已经被占为己有，成为方便自己使用又廉价的“私家车”，使别人无法使用。也有的被停放在不恰当的位置，比如树上，还有躺在马路上的。最惨的是被拆的，缺筐的，缺把的，甚至还有缺脚蹬子和链子的。还有看着没有任何问题，结果二维码扫不了的。除此之外，完好如初的就不多了。那么为什么会有这些问题呢？也许是嫌麻烦就丢在路边，也许是想占便宜就锁在路边，也许是故意想毁坏的。我不知道。但总而言之，我们应该保护这些资源，爱护这些单车，是城市更加美好！
