4月28日早上，学校急急忙忙召集了我们沙排志愿者前往城市沙滩。我是第一次当志愿者，有点好奇紧张。第一天是训练，我们蹲在沙坑上听老师讲解我们的工作和一些注意事项。下午进行了一场实习赛，

比赛开始了，双方交战很激烈，球常常径直飞出场外。我扔完一个球又马上去捡另一个球。这时我站起身，只见运动员已经看向了我。“让他等着多不礼貌。”我这样想着赶紧拉出腰间的抹布，大概擦了一下就连忙抛了过去。因为着急，球一不小心扔偏了，砸在了地上。我紧张地撮着手，害怕他生气。还好他只是平静的捡起球。工作人员提示我要看准了扔，我默默记在心里。

接下来的几天，我对这份工作渐渐熟悉。每天都在给不同国家不同个性的远动员捡球。教会了我对于每一个人都要耐心礼貌。作为负责主场的小组，我们的工作很多，但既然决定要来当志愿者，不管多累我都不可以放弃!每天以充沛的精力，耐心的等待，热情的服务，贡献着自己的力量。每当完成活动后，回想运动员们脸上洋溢出灿烂的笑容，一切的汗水、辛劳和疲惫，都化为满足和欣慰。七天的志愿服务，付出的是关爱和行动，获得是快乐和满足。“赠人玫瑰，手有余香。”这何尝不是一种快乐!

I am in primary school now, and I like my campus so much. The first time I

walk in the school, I am attracted by its beautiful scenery. There are so many

green trees and colorful flowers around. The environment here is so lively. So

many students do the sports in the playground. The comfortable environment makes

me study in good mood.

对于共享单车企业而言，开发一辆好骑又好管理的单车是关键。尽管市面上充斥了几个品牌的共享单车，但是每款车的“技术含量”不尽相同。有的车自带定位功能，有的车仅仅只有一个二维码可以开启。所以，笔者认为，共享单车企业应当尽量提高单车的技术含量，例如安装定位功能，规定使用者只有将单车停在指定区域方可以结束使用。

Families will hang various herbs, called Ay Tsao, on their door for protection. The drinking of realgar wine is thought to remove poisons from the body. Hsiang Bao are also worn. These sachets contain various fragrant medicinal herbs thought to protect the wearer from illness.

ofo是最早成立的共享单车公司，2014年由来自北大的5位90后创始人创立，2015年6月，ofo共享计划推出，在北大成功获得2000辆共享单车，12月，ofo日订单接近2万单。金沙江创投合伙人罗斌到北京大学办事，看到路上很多辆小黄车闪过，他意识到这是一家值得投资的公司，抓住了学生的刚需，并且是高频次的，于是便有了2016年春节后的A轮融资。

摩拜单车则是一开始便有资本的身影，10年汽车记者背景的创始人胡玮炜只是一个普通白领，2014年的一天，一个在奔驰中国设计中心工作的朋友告诉胡玮炜，未来的个性出行工具会有一波革新潮流，蔚来汽车的董事长李斌问她，有没有想过做共享出行项目，后来又与极客公园创始人张鹏进行过探讨。胡玮炜一开始就有这些投资人的支持，并邀请从优步上海总经理离职的王晓峰担任摩拜的CEO。

两者都发展迅速，从下表的融资数量与估值可见一斑：

共享单车之所以发展如此迅速，几乎一夜之间，各种小黄车如雨后春笋一样出现在诸多城市街头，是因为这个商业模式，几乎完美回答了我上面提出的5大核心要件。

首先，短距离出行是绝对的刚需。特别是日渐拥挤的大城市和高峰期，一直都是巨大痛点，公交、地铁、出租、私车都无法解决。而过往一些城市(比如上海)尝试的公共自行车，由于各区政府各自为政，投入主体不清，自行车投放不足，还车困难等一些列问题，最后几乎都无疾而终。

摩拜为代表的共享单车，由公司投放车辆，打开手机APP就能查看附近的车辆，看到有合适的还可以提前预约。不用停车桩，不用办卡，二维码扫一扫就能开锁，不用的时候停在任意合法非机动车停车点即可，半小时收费一元，用车成本低到可以忽略。而且简单方便易用，几乎彻底、完美解决了城市最后一公里的困扰。

其次，市场巨大。截至2016年12月，我国网络预约专车用户规模为1.68亿，比2016年上半年增加4616万，增长率为37.9%。共享单车的潜在用户规模，无论如何不会少于这个。

哪怕你是一个丝毫不在意出行成本的土豪，一旦你体验过月朋友吃饭，开个私家车从东城到西城需要三个小时，然后再花一个小时找停车位的痛苦，你就知道绝大多数时候，宁可地铁。出地铁站后骑摩拜单车到饭馆路边，把车一扔，是多么痛快和潇洒。所以，你几乎可以把所有城市上班一族都视作目标群体。

第三，这玩意几乎没有触动任何旧世界哪个土豪的利益，摩的除外而摩的几乎是所有城市清缴的对象。而且，摩的全是地下党，没有一个组织，完全不成气候。

最后，也是最最令人膜拜的，是共享单车从一开始就有非常清晰的盈利模式：押金。想明白了这一点，你不得不对想出这个模式的人由衷赞服。

共享单车的盈利模式，是通过分时租赁来部分变现，通过收取押金来回收资金，实现现金流并进行扩张(见下图)：

分时租赁那个钱，其实一点不重要，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，我相信他们心里都门清：哪怕有一亿用户，每天用一小时，也就1个亿的收入，为此却需要面对超过1千万辆自行车的投放与硬件损耗，再加上其他管理费用。更重要的是，由于其短途特点，及对标公交和传统公共自行车，其定价上浮空间有限。所以，他们压根就没指望通过一小时1元的租赁费来赚钱。

通过什么?

押金这是一个无比天才的创新。

在你屁股跨上单车的前，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，你都必须把你的电话号码、真实姓名、身份证号(要实名认证)都发送过去，同时，你还得提交299元(摩拜)或者99元(ofo)的押金。

对任何一个互联网企业儿来说，能通过长期运营获得用户注册，以及一个电话，已经是天大的幸福。共享单车的玩法，等于泡妞，第一次见面，就拿到了对方的所有身份信息与电话这是对用户无比苛刻的要求，很多隐私意愿强烈的用户一定是抵制的，但共享单车用解决痛点的需求一次性实现了。

最关键的，还让用户掏了钱包这是所有商业模式最后的一个环节，也是最梦寐以求的环节。

之所以说这是个天才的创新，是因为299的押金：

1、可以退，所以多数人不会抵制缴纳这笔钱;

2、可以退，但公司不会自动退，多数人也不会主动要求退，因为下次用车还得缴，其结果就是大量资金沉淀在公司，等于无偿占用;

3、押金不能动用，不能用作租赁车费的支持。这等于这笔钱只会增加，永远不会减少;

4、由于一份押金对应一个注册用户，而非一辆车，这意味着投放一辆车，能锁定远超过1个用户。摩拜目前是一辆车锁定8人，等于投放一辆车，获得2400元(300*8)的存款。

从这个意义上，摩拜投放的每辆单车，都类似一个储蓄所。中国的网点最多的金融机构是农业银行，在全国有超过2.4万家分支机构，3万台自动柜员机。而2017年1月23日，富士康成为摩拜新的战略投资者。此次合作，将会有望大幅提高摩拜单车产量，每年总产能预计将能超过1000万辆而每一辆单车，都是一个移动储蓄点。

仅以1000万辆投放为假设，每辆车锁定8人，每人300元押金，沉淀总额资金将达240亿这是最经典的互联网金融的玩法。

不去着眼解决盈利，而是解决现金流，不出售硬件而通过收取押金来弥补现金流，减少了一般互联网企业为培育用户而通过海量补贴产生的现金支出，这是相当高明的一步。

在这个科技时代，越来越多的共享资源出现在大家的身边。如共享篮球，共享雨伞，共享单车等。

其中共享单车给我们带来的好处最大：因共享单车的大量投放，我们几乎随时随地都能在地铁、人行道等地看到它。并能快速地使用它，只要用手机上的共享单车软件扫车身上的二维码，交押金和租金，就能骑走单车。这大大缩短了我们的行程！

但在共享单车带来的好处之时，也出现了一些不良现象。

如我们常常看见小区内停放着共享单车；共享单车上的二维码被人划花；在新闻上我们也常常看见骑共享单车时发生的事故。为了防止这些不良现象的再次发生，经营共享单车的企业公司发出规定和提醒：不能将共享单车骑进小区内；不能私自改造或损坏共享单车，如发现此状况可举报于该公司；12岁以下青少年不允许骑共享单车。共享单车企业也想出了方法来处理共享单车没有停放在指定区域的状况，在指定区域周围装上电子设备，使该区域成为电子区域，这样一来共享单车，只要停在电子区域该公司系统就会得知你是否已经在一定时间内归还共享单车。

但还有一点，因为共享单车过于大量地投放，某些人行道出现了道路狭窄，行人不便行走，盲道被占据等问题。希望那些企业公司多加注意，更需要我们广大市民群众文明、自觉地使用共享单车！

共享单车在最热门的时候，一个月需要两百万辆单车投入运营，这远远的超出了城市的可承受范围。不仅会影响城市秩序，而且，不论共享单车“是死是活”都会占用土地资源。小黄单车每两公里就要一个维修工把车送到公司认为最合适的地点，这是一种高能效、高运营成本的病态商业模式。据了解，酷奇单车衰败后有柒亿元押金未退还，小蓝单车粗略估计也有大约拾亿元押金为退还。人们似乎在投资“破坏环境”。那些公司的失败，需要社会和政府去收拾“烂摊子”，而付出最大代价的确是我们本来就不堪一击的环境与资源。我们暂且不说制造单车所消耗的钢铁、橡胶、塑料、水等资源，单以其损耗率就远远大于以前的家用自行车。这种号称保护环境的交通方式，却变相的给我们造成了极大的损失。现在为止仅存的“小黄与膜拜”似乎也在这种“烧钱”的运营模式下努力抗争。

并不是否认共享单车给我们带来的便利与环境的改善，只是其弊端已经不容忽视，它需要的是正确的利用与合理的监管。值得人们思考是是否要为了一时利益而失去长远的考虑。

now living much longer than they used to. As a result, the population of the

world is increasing, causing lots of problems. Second, because of the

development of industry, lots of the wastes from factories pour into the air and

rivers, causing pollution of all kinds. Third, some terrorists are using science

and technology against mankind. They use biological, chemical and unclear

weapons to threaten world peace...

So its urgent that we find ways to solve these problems. But we should not

stop the development of science and technology because of these disasters they

bring, just as we should not give up eating for fear of choking. In addition, we

should make some rules to regulate our actions. As long as we use science and

We often say that the earth is our homeland and human society comes from

nature. Therefore, I think our society is a part of nature. People should live

harmoniously with nature. All the materials we need to live with come from

nature, but we should also repay the nature, rather than blindly solicit. For

example, we should plant more trees and take actions to protect the environment.

In addition, we have to control population. Due to excessive population growth,

human beings require much more natural resources than before, which lead to

The people I respect the most is my father. He is a doctor. He always busy

with work. Since I can remember, he never spent a whole weekend to stay with me.

In the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, more than 500 bicycles for hire have been found dumped in huge piles on the streets, according to reports.

"Some people these days just have really bad character," a man named He, who lives near where the stacks appeared, told the Southern Metropolis Daily.

"When theyre done using (the bike) they just throw it away somewhere, because theyve already paid."

In the past few days he witnessed people demolishing the bikes before discarding them on the side of the road, he said.

Residents told the paper that bikes had been piling up over the past week, either parked haphazardly by careless users or stacked by local security guards trying to clear narrow residential alleys and footpaths.

Zhuang Chuangyu, a representative at Shenzhens municipal peoples congress, said the city needed to step up regulation of the bike-sharing industry in order to improve traffic conditions and safety standards, especially since schoolchildren often used the bikes.

In 1980, almost 63% of commuters cycled to work, the Beijing Morning Post reported in 2015, citing government data. But by 2000 that number had plummeted to 38% and today it stands at less than 12%.

Car use, meanwhile, has rocketed. In 2010 China overtook the US to become the worlds largest car market, with 13.5m vehicles sold in just 12 months.

Important to save water

Water is a kind of liquid. It has no taste or smell. It is transparent, too. Water is useful and is important to us. Why? For example, we use water to water the plants. We use water to wash our face or to have a bath. We drink water or we will die…Water is also very important for China. There are 2.8 hundred millions of steres of water in China, but everyone can only use 2300 steres. It is only twenty–five per sent in the world.

Not too long ago, there was a man called Jacques Cousteau. He loved the beautiful colors, and the beautiful fish in the sea. However, when he returned some years later, the colorful coral reefs were dead and grey because the factory near the sea poured waste water into the sea. Jacques Cousteau decided to tell people how important it was to save the environment under the sea. He started the“ Cousteau Society ” to help protect life in the sea. Now there are over 30000 members all over the world. Since water covers most of the earth, Cousteau knew that we should keep the sea clean. We should not litter the sea, and should clean up the dirty parts. As water is very important to our environment, he encouraged everyone to take part in protecting our lakes, rivers, sea and ocean.

There are still a few people who are not protecting the water now in the world. For example, some factories pour waste things into the rivers, lakes or into the sea near by. The water there has become very dirty and we can’t use them at all. Although there are seventy–five per sent of water in the world, we can only use fresh water, that there is only a little. So we should use little water when we need to use it. For example, I do not use too much water when I am washing my face or having a bath… It is important for us to keep the water clean. You may ask yourself, have I ever poured or thrown dirty things into the water? If your answer is “No”, that means you have already helped to protect the environment. It is our duty to protect the environment. You may ask yourself again, have I ever helped to clean up the water? If your answer is “Yes”, that means that you have already done something useful to improve the water. If we use up all the water, it is difficult for us to get it from anywhere, including the universe. It is terrible to think that people are too thirsty to live! I believe, that if everyone helps to protect the water, the water must be protected. You do not want to “kill” your son or your grandson, do you? So now let us to protect the water! Please don’t let the last drop of water on the earth is we human’s tear!

Mandarin is learned by people from all around the world. The newest report

shows that more than 100 million people learn Chinese, which is the worlds

second language, and only ranks behind English. Chinese dream helps them to have

more chances.

市区的清晨，每当小区居民走出单元楼时总会看到门口整齐地排列着几辆摩拜单车，想必这带给他们的方便，从他们骑自行车时荡漾在脸上的笑容就知道了吧？的确，摩拜单车解决了小区居民出行与停放自行车的问题带来了诸多便利。曾经，我们家住在一个老式小区，正是共享单车解决了父母送我上下学的问题，只要扫一扫车上的二维码就能打开锁扣，骑着它穿越大街小巷。

共享单车给我们带来方便的同时，也可能带来诸多问题，因为事情往往具有两面性的。

两岸的街道干净而整洁，微风荡漾，树木花草随风摇曳，香气扑鼻而来，可就在这绿树阴浓夏日长的美景之中，几辆破旧的自行车随意地摆放在绿化带里总显得不和谐。走进一看，发现几辆单车早已绣迹斑斑、破旧不堪了。有的车把被调整了方向；有的轮框早已变形；还有的甚至被破坏了锁扣，这些显然都是人为所作。一次，我在路上看到有一位中年人在众目睽睽之下强用小刀撬开了锁扣，骑着它扬长而去。做出这种行为的人不仅破坏了共享单车，也破坏了城市环境，试问，如果人人都这样子自私自利，何来美好的共享时代？共享的前提就是要人们遵守游戏规则，保护好共享资源，互惠互利，让有限的资源合理地利用到最大化。从而让生活变得更加美好！

随着越来越多的人开始适应与接受共享单车，当然共享单车只是共享时代最简单、最直接的一个缩影，更多的共享资源会陆续推出。我相信在越来越多的人的参与下，这种破坏单车，有损于社会共享资源的不良风气定会逐步消失的！
