他那单薄的声音又唤醒了我。他说：“谢谢你听我唠叨，我这身躯怕是不久于人世咯！希望你好好对待那些新的共享单车。”我连忙应承，把车停到路边白线内，依旧想着些什么。

从私有到共享，不如说从自我到集体。共享，不在于享，而在于共。只有打破既有的思想桎梏，才算打开了新的一扇门。

溯回从之，道阻且长。内心思维模式的改变从来不是一蹴而就的。在这个共享时代，应有属于这个时代的模样。

提起共享单车，大家绝对不会陌生——20xx年，“一夜之间”，北上广深的大街小巷都停满了形形色色的共享单车：Mobike、小鸣单车、Blueggo、OFO单车……

共享单车是指企业在校园、地铁站、公交站点、居民区、商业区等提供自行车共享服务，是共享经济的一种新形态。共享单车已经越来越多地引起人们的注意，由于符合“低碳环保，绿色出行”理念，当局对这一新鲜事物也处于善意的观察期，不过有个别似乎对它们并不友好。

自从Mobike在深圳出现，小鸣单车、Blueggo、OFO单车纷纷把“磨爪”伸向了深圳。本来这应该是件挺好的事儿吧，结果——除了较为坚固的Mobike，小鸣单车和一代Blueggo之外，共享单车损失惨重：许多BLuegogo被撬开了锁堆在路边，OFO上私锁、无车座、掉链子、毁车牌和拆踏板等现象随处可见；还有许多共享单车被我们这个年龄的学生撬开密码锁，违法地独自骑走，酿成惨剧……本来是件好事，结果却成为了人们公德心和素质的“照妖镜”。

不得不说，除了现在人们的素质，共享单车的管理层，也是有一定的责任的。如果换做我来管理共享单车的话，我会做到以下几点：把共享单车的结构做得更加安全合理，像Mobike一样用GPS定位并且不设密码锁。当然，有一部分车可以使用密码锁，但密码是6位的，当你不扫码就试着开锁或移动车辆时，单车会自动报警；把共享单车的轮胎做成实心并且不设链条，如果有人涂掉二维码或破坏车牌，599元的押金立刻扣押，并且把该车冰冻（24小时之内无法使用）这样共享单车的安全系数就会高很多。

虽然共享单车确实给大家“最后一公里”的需求一个暂时满意的答复，但是请大家记住——共享单车的便利仅限于我们遵守规则并且不破坏公共秩序时，否则，它就将只是昙花一现！在此，我以一个守法公民的身体向大家着重呼吁：“请正确使用共享单车吧，只有我们遵守规则，爱物公物，这便利的新鲜事物才能走得更长更远！”

说到“共享”，也许很多人并不会陌生，共享单车，共享书店，共享篮球，这些可以给人们的生活带来便利的共享资源接连不断得出现在人们的视野中。今天，我们来谈一下自行车界的后起之秀——-共享单车。

共享单车有很多品牌，如：ofo，摩拜，优拜等等。品牌CEO在创始初衷是：为人们的生活带来便利。多家共享单车运营机构已在中国各个城市投放了数十万辆共享单车。只需用二维码轻轻一扫便可骑行，这样简单的操作方法可谓是极其方便。

在每一个街头，你都可以看到一排排放整齐的共享单车。夜晚，当你下班或放学时，你也可以选择骑行一会儿，它会给你枯燥乏味的生活增添一丝愉悦人心的色彩。当你上班或上学要迟到时，也可以扫一辆单车，如果准时到达的话还可以免了老师或上司的一顿责骂呢，哈哈，是不是特别"666呢！

然，共享单车给我们带来的不止有"利，也有"弊"。"某某地区一10岁儿童因拿砖头撬开开启共享单车而发生交通事故"只见电视上播放着这一则新闻。的确，这样的新闻已经屡见不鲜。我们所有人都不希望共享单车成为儿童的"杀手锏"，应加强对单车的锁头和停放问题。

共享单车从客观上改变着人们的生活，促进着人们的进步，希望那些破坏共享单车的人，不爱，请别伤害！

随着时代经济的发展，科技带给人们越来越多的便捷。比如说共享资源，它包含诸如共享单车、共享书店、共享篮球、共享雨伞等一系列共享资源。

共享单车，是最近两年出现的一项重大改革。它把“共享时代”引入一个高峰。“mobike”、“ofo”、“赳赳”就是共享单车具有代表性的品牌。

共享单车的优点是大家有目共睹的。以往，大家出行很多时候靠的是自行车，自行车是家家户户出行的必备交通工具，但一些高层居民却有一些自行车带来的困扰：楼层高又没电梯，自行车搬上搬下不仅很费劲而且也不方便；放在楼下又担心被偷不安全。这样高层居民出行时使用自行车的概率要比低层居民的要低。而今，共享单车解决了这一大难题，人们可以很方便的在马路边找到共享单车，只需手机一扫，就能骑走了，而且随时都可以在马路边还车。共享单车的使用费用也不昂贵，普通居民就能消费。有些是1元每小时，有些是0、5元每小时，甚至还有免费使用的，这对于广大上班族来说都能负担。骑车上下班可以避免堵车烦恼，节约时间的同时还可以锻炼身体，正可谓“一石二鸟”。最重要的是，现在家庭很多都有私家车，但共享单车出现后，越来越多的人短途出行都选择了共享单车，这样减少了汽车尾气对环境的污染，在一定程度上保护了“臭氧层”，让我们的天更蓝。

当然，共享单车给大家带来方便的同时也存在着一些弊端。一些共享单车遭遇了没有公德心的人的“黑手”。近期，上海市进行河道整治，发现在一些河流的河床上“躺着”很多共享单车的“尸体”。为什么应该在道路上“跑”的共享单车会“跑入”水底？那是因为有些人认为共享单车跟自己毫无关系，或是威胁到了他的利益，所以进行人为破坏。但其实共享单车与我们的生活有着密切的关系。有些人将共享单车随意乱停放，导致人行道被占，给行人带来了不便。我还见过市区的人行道上垒了一层有一层的共享单车，给市民的出行带来不便，也给需要用车的市民带来麻烦。这些都违背了共享单车创始之初的想法。

对于以上两点，必须采取防范措施。如有的共享单车公司已采取“最后一公里”的措施。在还车时，人们会收到一条温馨提示，提示大家把共享单车归还到就近的电子围栏里。我认为所有的共享单车公司都应当实施这样的方法，这样才能使共享单车的管理有序化、规范化。

共享单车优点多多，但弊端也不容忽视。人们要用好共享单车并且管理好，才能使它成为有利资源服务社会，才能不违背共享单车的初衷和“共享时代”的意义。

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

start off later. How ridiculous it was. How could she let all the passengers to

down, and water and air are polluted. As a student I try to have a low-carbon

life to save energy and reduce pollution.Firstly, I often walk to school. It can

reduce air pollution. Secondly, I always turn off the lights and fans when

21st century is the century of technology. Nowadays, technology is

everywhere around us. The development of technology has a significant affact

toward the society. Several technologies that we usually use are the internet,

computer, and cellphone. These new technologies make our life much easier and

better.

First, the development of computer changes our life. Decades ago, people

needed to do lots of complex calculation on hand because they did not have

computer, and more obvious, they did not have the software for calculation. As

the result of that, people spent hours on the equations that a computer can

solve in just a minute. Since the development of computer, people are able to

use some kind of software to compute lots of complex functions and mathematical

calculation. Computer becomes the most helpful equipment for the sciencists

because they can use their time more efficiently.

Also, internet is another useful tool for us today. The development of

internet brings a great impact toward the society. Instead of going to library

and fliping all the books to figure out some information, we can just simply use

a mouse and click on the website to do research. The internet leads us to a

place where we can find unlimited information and resources. It makes our life

much easier and better.

The last technology is cellphone. Nowadays, many people have a cellphone.

But it just appears on the market for about 10 years. It is very convenience to

the users because we can talk to anyone we want with a phone as small as a

wallet. Also, we can communicate with others by making a phone call instead of

sending letters. It is very fast and useful way to communicate.

In conclusion, I believe the development of technology brings significant

as air pollution, sand storm, extraordinary weather, and diseases etc., people

suffer from what they have done to the environment.

However. People have realized that it will be too late if they don’t do

anything to prevent things from getting worse. For example, there is an “Earth

Hour” on a Saturday of March of each year. It is a global movement, usually it

lasts from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. It is also called “Light-off for One Hour”. During

only to save energy, but also to warn the people to realize the importance of

近日，摩拜单车官方公众号曝光了一起摩拜单车遭人为破坏的事件：一男子将多辆摩拜单车扔进黄浦江，之后又砸坏了6辆。所以该公众号发出“摩拜单车已身负重伤，需要你们的救援”，向社会寻求目击证人。其实，摩拜单车自入市以来，曾多次被人为破坏，破坏方式五花八门，有的被扔河道，有的二维码遭喷漆，有的被从楼上直接扔下，有的车胎被割开。而据报道显示，在“共享单车”成为绿色出行工具，广受群众欢迎的情况下，恶意毁坏车辆所造成的损失，也成了企业难以承受的成本负担和共享单车健康可持续发展的瓶颈与障碍。

尽管网约单车的出现还很“稚嫩”，存在一些弊端甚至影响用户体验，但其具有的发展优势是显而易见的，单车租赁不仅利民便民、绿色环保，是时下最便捷健康的短途出行方式，与互联网的完美对接，更打破了传统固有的存取车方式，使得在一座城市的任何一处，都能借助手机的APP终端实现存取车和埋单缴费，同时，出行是高频应用，其分享经济模式也颇被资本看好，除了摩拜单车和ofo，这个领域还有小鸣单车和优拜单车等。小鸣单车10月份宣布已完成1亿元人民币的A轮融资;优拜单车计划11月份正式上线。由此可见，不用太长时间，网约单车就会在“占领”京沪等大城市的同时，迅速向中小城市扩展。非但会成为城市民众新的便捷出行方式，更有助于社会绿色环保意识理念的提升。

显然，网约单车租赁的便捷和“无人看守”，也成了一座城市文明素质的“试纸”，对共享单车进行“花式”破坏的丑陋行为也是频频上演，一直对单车租赁未来踌躇满志的摩拜单车企业似乎也有些招架不住，不得不通过公众号向社会“告饶”：摩拜单车已身负重伤，需要你们的救援。既有呼吁社会善待单车之意，同样更有对政府加强公共管理的期盼。相关数据表明，摩拜单车成本大概是3000元左右，在没有损坏正常运营情况下，需要2年左右才能收回成本。即便其他企业单车成本较低，在“满负荷”且无损坏的前提下，收回成本也需要半年，如果“花式”恶意破坏频率继续升高和蔓延，非但让共享单车企业呈现“负效益”，能否可持续下去，着实都很难说。

其实，因为用于租赁的共享单车多是由企业定制生产，与市场销售自行车有很大区别，又具有特制的定位扫码系统，能被个人占为己有的可能性不大，即便是故意隐藏或“花式”破坏共享单车的“肇事者”，也完全是一种“损人不利己”的恶意发泄而已，应对这种畸形心态驱使的恶意破坏，仅靠企业完善管理加强防范是远远不够的。实际上，网约单车企业不只是一种经营行为，同时也是向社会提供的一项公共服务产品，共享单车必须依靠政府和全社会共同来保护，笔者以为，经营企业应当与政府相关行政执法部门联手建立一套共享单车的保护机制，对于诸如像整车“扔进河道”， 二维码及整车喷漆等完全让单车失去共享价值的行为，警方更应当及时介入，将其列为损害公私财物案件来查处，总之，共享单车需要共同保护，既是在维护企业合法利益，更是在维护公共利益。

无论是由政府兴建的公共服务设施，还是由企业提供的经营性公共服务产品，市民群众有免费或有偿使用的选择，却没有随意甚至故意损坏的权利，共享单车遭遇各种“花式”破坏，更说明即使在北京这样的国家首都城市，市民的文明素质和修养也有待进一步提升，而随着社会经济的发展和互联网企业的不断涌现兴起，政府和企业为城市公共服务提供的各种“自助”设施、设备甚至代步工具势必会更多，文明素质提不上去，保护共享设施、设备的意识不能提高，不只会遏制城市文明进步的脚步，让城市公共服务的成本大幅增加，最终损害还是自己，北京如此，其他城市同样更不例外。

最近的一则新闻：上海一男子在上下班途中发现一辆共享单车长时间停放于路边，无人骑走，遂用电锯锯断其车锁并将车占为己有。该案日前在上海市金山区人民法院宣判，该男子被判拘役4个月、罚金2000元。

其实，将共享单车占为己有的事件并不少见，稍加留心就会发现，城市的各个角落里被锯断了锁的共享单车已经司空见惯。本来共享单车的租借费用已经相当便宜，为什么还有人索性将便宜变免费?还是人性里的贪念在怂恿，趁着共享单车监管上的漏洞，抱着侥幸心理，将“占便宜”的心态进行到底。

而说起共享单车监管上的漏洞，还有一个极为普遍的现象也不得不提——乱停乱放。如今，不少城市的地铁站、公交站等交通枢纽周边常常见到扎堆乱放的共享单车，显然，共享单车已经成为不少人出行时与公共交通系统相结合的纽带。

但很多车在被使用后并没有被整齐摆放，而是被人随意一扔，有的甚至干脆横在马路中间。如此一来，骑车、停车的人倒是“方便”了，但其他人的方便和城市的景观却被狠狠地打了折扣。

从根本上说，共享单车的发展是社会文明进步的表现——出行成本降低、环保意识增强，尤其是建立在社会诚信的基础上，以如此低廉的成本有租有还，并且使用有序，足以彰显一个社会中公民素质之高。

然而，伴随着这一文明产品出现的种种乱象，却恰恰暴露了我们社会的文明程度和管理水平尚未达到与我们的创意能力相媲美的高度。于是乎，如果说共享单车的创意和实践意味着理想的文明愿景，那么，现实中那些不尽如人意的现象则显得愈发赤裸裸和碍眼。

而这恰恰是中国社会公民素质亟须补上的一堂课。毕竟，社会文明的进步是以公民个人素质的提升为前提的。方便别人才能方便自己，这个幼儿园里就开始讲的道理，并不是一句教条主义的空话。

但同时，有共享单车用户接受在采访时表示，随地还车本来就是共享单车一个最大的卖点，但现实情况是，很多地方无停车点，停放就是乱停乱放。这种情况下，用户不得不到相对较远的地方去停车，便利性大大降低。

对于这个问题，大家应该怎么看？新事物的超常规发展，往往会暴露基础的薄弱。

媒体近日报道了多起破坏、霸占共享单车的新闻。从“狂飙突进”，到遭遇“倒春寒”，共享单车面临的尴尬警示大家：拥抱共享经济，大家可能还没有做好准备，特别是文化观念上的准备。

按照经济学家的解释，共享是指“使用而非拥有”，是在不改变物品所有权前提下的分享模式，其优点在于使资源获得最大限度的利用。这种模式与我国当前努力推行的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念恰相契合。顺应潮流又开风气之先的共享单车，自然而然地受媒体热炒、资本热捧，在短时间内取得了快速的发展。

新事物的超常规发展，往往会暴露基础的薄弱。共享单车频遭霸占、破坏的事实，就印证了这个道理。

首先，共享单车面临着制度支撑不足的尴尬。没有规矩不成方圆。共享单车要健康发展，离不开完善的内外部的制度支撑。从企业来说，共享单车运营公司要不断完善管理体系。比如，建立诚信用车的奖励机制和不当用车、无序停车的惩罚机制。从政府部门来说，对于适应发展趋势的新形式、新业态，应该扶持与规范并重，主动介入，制定规则，加强监管。对于扰乱道路秩序和城市管理秩序的乱停乱放问题，一方面要兼顾便民和城市管理两个方面利益，提供单车停放区域，另一方面，对于故意毁坏、窃取单车的行为，也要依法处罚，在维护企业利益的同时，放大警示效应。客观说，从媒体反映情况来看，这两方面做得都不够。

其次，共享单车面临着观念文化基础不牢的尴尬。大爷大妈将共享单车圈起来收看管费，孩子肆意破坏单车，这可能不单单是个别人私德缺失、私欲作祟的问题，而是反映出大家在公民素养和公德教育上还有薄弱环节。共享是“使用而非拥有”，共享的前提是对他人权利的承认和尊重。权利意识和诚信意识，是共享经济得以充分发展的观念根基，法治文化和诚信文化是共享经济繁荣发展的文化土壤。假如忽视了思想文化的土壤培育，共享经济的发展就会成为沙上建塔，共享单车的单兵推进就会夭折。这才是应对共享单车发展难题最需要直面的问题。

面对突出的新问题，不仅仅是提供国民个人素质这么简单，更关注到政府监管、社会监督等其他方面。今日关注的重点不仅仅只是共享单车这一新事物，日后与共享经济相关的其他新事物都会层出不穷。
