childhood. When I went there, I was shock. The river is no longer like before.

It was full of rubbish. It seemed that the rubbish is from the villagers

Last year, I went to Guilin for travel. On the train, I felt so bored. A

girl who sat next to me was reading a book, which caught my attention. I asked

her about the book, I found that I had read it before and then we discussed

about the novel. We talked happily, when the train arrived, we got off together.

culture.

It is universally acknowledged that Chinese culture has a history of more

than two thousand years, which once had great influence on the world, such as

Japan, South Korea and other Asian and European countries. As one of the four

ancient civilizations,China creates many splendid cultures,such as the four

ancient Chinese inventions,which benefited human society in the history.

Although China risks copying the Western lifestyle’s worst aspects,

especially of unhealthy eating and drinking,Which once gave rise to many

problems.Fortunately,Chinese begin to realize the importance of Chinese

traditional culture.Such examples might be given easily,Chinese traditional

culture was added into our CET4 and CET6 ,which help us get hold of it

better.

__的夏天热情如火，为期两天的西部志愿者培训已经结束了，但是在这短短的时间里我原本忐忑不安的心情已经被安抚，我已经整装待发，做好了准备，对接下来的充满了挑战的服务西部的生活充满了斗志。

培训中，领导为做出征前的心理辅导，为我们细心讲解在接下来的工作中我们应该做的事情和传授我们这种社会新鲜人在工作中面对困难时应该采取的措施等经验，使我受益匪浅。

不管我们参加西部志愿者的初衷是什么，但是既然已经参加了，那么便要调整好心态，用平稳的心态正确看待现实与理想的落差，不当服务路上的逃兵，要坚持下去。我们西部志愿者将要到到基层去，到祖国的西部区。环境是艰苦的，但是我已经找好了自己的定位，做好了吃苦的准备。

在基层工作，志愿者需要奉献出自己的时间和精力，我们初入社会，没有工作经验，所能做的无非是一些小事，但是我们不能轻视小事，要培养自己的耐心和细心。还要虚心的请教领导或前辈，学习他们的工作方法和处世经验。坚持不退缩，一丝不苟的完成领导交代的任务。

事实上，能够回到家乡，支援家乡的建设，我感到非常高兴。虽然我现在能力有限，但我会迅速的实现角色的转变，总结学习基层工作的方法，迅速熟悉工作。

在志愿服务期间，或许志愿者会觉得自己的付出与收获是不成比例的。但是，通过老师的开解，我们可以知道，虽然付出与收获或许不能量化，但是志愿者在服务期间付出的是时间与精力，收获的却是别人所没有的人生阅历和宝贵经验，它会在潜移默化间促使志愿者在工作和交往中成长与进步。因此，志愿者要正确看待付出与收获。

要从容地着手去做一件事，但一旦开始，就要坚持到底。也许到今天很多志愿者仍然回答不了这个问题：你为什么选择“西部计划”?但是，有些事情是不需要回答的，它只需要你在选择了志愿服务西部计划以后，坚定不移的做好基层工作，不断地服务群众，为服务地的发展贡献自己的力量就够了，这就是最好的答案。

我们要一直贯彻执行“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神，体会志愿服务过程中的酸、甜、苦、辣，要活出我们志愿者的骄傲与风采。

Today, we have a health class. The main content is the harm of haze.

We watched a movie called "the harm of haze", which mainly explained how

terrible haze is.

Haze passed through our bodies, just like games. It comes to the blood

Haze has a great influence on us. With haze, we cant play in the

playground, cant have physical education class, and we need to wear a little

annoying mask. Therefore, we should protect the environment and nature. As long

as you start little by little, you will be able to achieve the results you

want.

On May 12, 2008, there was an earthquake happened in Wenchuan, Sichuan

province. More than 69000 people had lost their lives, 374643 people had injured

and 17923 people could not be found in this earthquake. After the earthquake had

happened, people from all the field joined the rescue teams. At that moment,

people only care about one thing, that was to save more people from this

disaster and encourage the injure to be strong. After seven day, the chairman

declared that May 19 is the national day of mourning. Flags were at half-mast

everywhere on the day of mourning for victims of Wenchuan earthquake.

The mourning day is to remember the people who lost their lives in the

earthquake, on one hand, is to remind people do not forget that day, don’t

forget about the past and look into the future; on the other hand, is to

encourage the survivers to stay strong. Life is worth living for.

Although Earthquake had destroyed our home, but we can build a brand-new

one. We can rebuild our hope. Just as Nixon said so, our destiny offers not the

cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity. So let us seize it, not in fear,

but in gladness. Just have a little faith. Just try to remember that everything

will be alright. We will find what we are looking for in the future.
