一、从自己做起，争当“文明骑行(停放)”的践行者。自觉遵守交通法规，不上高速(高架)路，不闯红灯、不逆行，不走不占机动车道，文明礼让行人;提升安全意识，不戴耳机、脱离车把、嬉闹追逐、赌气赶超、酒后骑车;未满12周岁不骑车上路;遵守社会公德，骑行结束后不乱停乱放，不占用盲道、消防通道等公共区域，不将共享单车停放在小区、办公楼等封闭区域，不把共享单车据为己有。

二、从身边传递，争当“文明骑行(停放)”的宣传员。珍惜自己的文明骑行信用记录，用自己的行为带动身边的人，积极宣传共享文明理念以及文明骑行、有序停放的重要意义，以点滴力量助力城市秩序，用社会合力促进城市的文明与进步，把文明风尚传播到城市的每一个角落。

三、从说“不”开始，争做“文明骑行(停放)”的监督员。监督举报不文明使用共享单车行为，提醒人们爱护公共设施，见到乱停放的共享单车自觉扶起并停放好，及时劝阻、制止破坏共享单车的不良行为，并大胆举报故意破坏行为。同时，主动提醒那些不符合骑行条件的朋友不要骑行共享单车，以免造成意外伤害。

The Spring Festival, Chinese New Year,is the most important festival for all of us. All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal.At the same time, everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 oclock,some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly. On the first early moring of one year, many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door. Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cutlings.

The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days. So during the fifteen days, we always visit our relatives from door to door. At that time, children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents,grandparents, uncles, aunts and so on. The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival. It names the Lantern Festival.

So the Chinese New Year comes to the end.

在一年的第一个清晨，许多老年人早早起床，贴上颠倒的礼物，或在前门挂上对联。一些房子的窗户上贴上红纸。

中国新年持续十五天。所以在这十五天里，我们总是登门拜访我们的亲戚。那时，孩子们最快乐，因为他们可以从父母、祖父母、叔叔、阿姨那里得到很多红包。春节的最后一天是另一个节日。它把元宵节命名为元宵节。

所以中国新年就要到了。

近两年，共享理念及其产品成了人们嘴边的热门话题。我们俨然已进入了一个新的时代－－共享时代。

在我个人看来，从字面上来说，所谓共享，就是公众都能享有的。就拿共享单车来说，免去以往繁杂的租车手续，只需交付一定的押金便可随开随用随停随锁，省去了大量的时间。许多商家一看这共享理念竟好评如潮。于是，共享汽车、共享宿舍甚至是共享空调也都应运而生。可以说，当今无事不可共享。但，人们真的“享”了吗？

拿共享单车来说，犹记刚问世时风光无限，怎落得今日遭人唾嫌。乱停乱放、大量堆积、缺胳膊少腿成了常态。有些车甚至叠罗汉似的挡去行人的路，更有甚者被大卸八块。这一切的一切都令人心寒和感叹。本该是为百姓服务的共享产品无一幸免地开始耽误百姓的日常生活。这不禁引起了社会的广泛讨论。

使用者的不规范使用是这一社会恶疾的罪魁祸首，要想对症下药，就得从治根治本抓住元凶开始。许多人使用共享单车就是为了图方便，所以把车停在路边既能节省自己的时间，又能方便下一个用车的人。本来是一桩两全其美的好事，却随着一些人的乱停乱放成为了人们的一大心事。占道挡道。占用机动车位的情况比比皆是。然而还有些人为了自己的利益或拆或搬，要么把零件拆了去卖钱，要么把车子搬回家上私锁据为己有。可以说，他们没有保护公共设施的责任感，或者说，这些人根本就是在破坏公共财产，实在是可恶。对于这样的用户，商家可以采取一定的措施比如说举报有奖。但要想真正杜绝这些行为，用户和商家都还有很长一条路要走。

难道仅仅是用户的不规范就造成了这样的后果吗？我想答案是否定的。古语有云“宁缺毋滥”，而现在的共享单车已经完全泛滥，各种颜色各种款式各家品牌层出不穷，同一家一种还不够，还要不同造型不同技术不同花色，可谓“百家争艳”。就在这种每天都有成山的坏车被运走的情况下，各路商家不甘落后，争先恐后地投放着。这样下去，车比人多的前景很不乐观。商家是否可以多把重点放在质量而不是数量上呢？研制出让所有人都心服口服自觉遵守规范的技术该是目前所有品牌的当务之急。

记得前些日子，在网上看到一个谴责不规范使用共享单车的帖子，里面有一句话让我记忆犹新：很多人就是“键盘侠”，网上说的好听，说别人说的正义凛然，自己用的时候谁说得清。是啊，很多时候我们只是大放厥词，指责着别人都不是，殊不知自己的所作所为也令人不齿。人们目前还没有形成要保护共享产品的意识。我们要把共享的西当成自己的看，如果每个人都这么想也这么做，又有谁会破坏自己的东西？不仅要严格要求自己，还要时刻提醒他人，学校老师和家长都应对孩子学生进行思想教育，孩子也应该告诉他们的父母及身边的人，只有互相制约、相互提醒，才有可能使社会有深刻的认识，形成良好的社会风气。

归根结底，还是那句话，共享产品是为大家服务的，至于是服务还是耽误，这取决于所有人的努力，用户、商家和整个社会。

我打听到这个消息后，就兴奋地跑去告诉妈妈。妈妈不以为然地拿出她的公交ic卡，说：“你才知道呀，我早就做好卡了。” 周末，我拉着老爸老妈去和丰创意广场———那里有宁波公共自行车租赁网点。哇!这些自行车真好看!橙红色的车身、蓝色的挡泥板、银色的车轴，车头前安装了坚固耐用的车篮。自行车的锁止器比较低，上面有一个可供刷卡的感应器。在旁边还有一台可以查询到公共自行车租赁网点信息的触摸屏电脑。我手直痒痒，于是将ic卡放在感应器上一刷。只听“嗒”的一声，就解锁了。我观察了一下自行车，发现车座下有缉常光端叱得癸全含户一个把手，可以随意调节车座的高度。在前轮胎的斜上方，有一把钥匙，原来自行车还自带了一把锁呀。在车篮上，挂着一张卡，上面详细地写明了各大网点的位置。我也终于找到了锁，就在车轴内侧，还附上了详细的使用说明。只一会儿工夫，我就已经完全掌握了它的性能。妈妈说，我家小区后门也会有一个公共自行车租赁网点，到时候我想骑它就更方便了!

共享单车虽然给我们带来了很多便利，同时也出现了一些弊端。比如说，有些家长喜欢把孩子放在篮子里，这是非常危险的行为，如果突然刹车，孩子可能会因为惯性被抛出去，后果不堪设想。还有一些人可能因为赶时间，随便就把车子停在路边，甚至有些单车被恶意毁坏。 共享单车出现的初衷是方便大家，希望我们能够好好爱护它。

nowadays.

We all have dreams, and we all work hard to realize them. But there will

always be some problems and setbacks to stop the pace of advance. When they

现今的街头上，到处都可以看到一辆辆摆放整齐的ofo共享单车。它们成为了这个城市流动的一道风景线。但是共享单车在给人们带来便利的同时，也带来了许多不可避免的交通烦恼。

有时候，共享单车没有按照规定停放在它所应该停放的地点，而是随处乱扔乱放，这样就给车辆安全及行人带来了非常大的安全隐患。经常看到这样的报告，有些骑车子的人在路上，突然紧急刹车，不慎撞到街边一辆乱停共享单车，到了导致车毁人伤的事例比比皆是。另外，共享单车对年龄的限制也不是很严格。网络上频频传有有一位十二岁的儿童骑共享单车玩，最终导致了交通事故。这样的事例并不罕见，其实共享单车的初衷是好的，但是在相关的制度限制方面还是有待加强。

还有，共享单车是检验人品道德的一个重要标尺。有些农民或者是百姓，以自己的经济困难买不起车子为幌子，私自将共享单车上了锁，涂了二维码，把锁破坏以后都带回家，当做了自己的私人财产，这样是很不道德的！甚至有人将共享单车卸掉轮子或者卸掉骨架，将它们私自卖掉。或是扔在偏僻的地方，挂在树上，我们生活的环境，经常存在这类不道德的行为。社会本来就是一把天平，有道德就有光环，有光环就有人性的底线，这样做既违反了道德，也违反了法律，是得不偿失的，难道一辆自行车就能贱卖了良心？我想，这是国人最大的、最大的悲哀！

共享单车，在当今的中国十分的流行，这是中国发展的见证，也是中国制度创新的一大创举。共享经济像春风一般，刮遍了神州九地，人们骑着共享单车，乘着微风，穿梭在城市的各个角落。享受着共享单车带给人们便利的同时，也应该考虑到共享单车所应该遵循的规章与制度。因为早有古话讲，没有规矩，也不成方圆——只有在遵守的共享单车所应遵守的规章制度下，才能将共享单车的利用价值达到最大。

在带有公共服务性质的共享单车方面，政府的监管更应该被看成是一种服务：政府并没有投入资金就获得了其本来就应该提供的一种服务。从这个角度讲，监管应该更多从服务着手，面对乱停乱放，在一时没有圆满办法解决的时候应该更注重疏导，而不宜画地为牢，否则将导致便利程度的下降。监管应该等一等技术，等一等这些企业，没有人比它们更希望用户能够有秩序地停放，没有人比它们更想尽早找到解决用户毁坏单车的办法。

面对单车出现的问题，监管不能急，为行业留下足够的发展空间，甚至是试错空间，真正实现用户、企业和政府的三赢。

共享单车火了。不到半年，在北京、上海等大城市，大街小巷随处可见橙、黄等各色共享单车。与公交车、地铁站等交通枢纽接驳，解决出行最后一公里，无论是缓解交通拥堵，还是保护环境，共享单车都很有用。然而，在单车数量飙升的同时，停车问题也日益突出。

在北京一些地铁站周围，共享单车“任性”停放现象明显：有的横亘在人行道上，妨碍行人走路;有的无序摆放，让本来就狭窄的非机动车停车区域更显紧张;有的直接停在出入口台阶下，挡住进站通道;有人甚至将车**绿化带里、锁在栏杆上、靠在大树边。在南京，共享单车进驻才半个月，仅是闹市区新街口一处就有近 600辆单车因违章乱放被管理部门拖走。在成都等地，共享单车也因“占道”等问题屡被城管部门扣押。

共享单车为什么停不好?这与租车者素质参差不齐有关系，一些租车者只顾骑、不顾停，不愿意花时间认真摆放单车;这也与单车公司跑马圈地、过量投放、管理粗放有关。有的街头地方狭窄，一下子容不下 那么多单车，一些故障车长期摆放在街头，而单车公司又顾不上管理，加剧了停车乱象。

除此之外，也要看到，共享单车停车乱，与城市规划、设计、 建设的不合理很有关系——抛开老城区不讲，很多城市的新城区在最初交通规划时，压根儿就没给自行车、步行等慢行交通系统预留足够的通行与停放空间。前期规 划缺位，后期管理失位，让停车问题“雪上加霜”：君不见，多少自行车停车棚被摩托车、燃油助力车占据，多少城市主干道两侧的人行道与自行车道停满了小汽 车，城管、物业、保安等各种管理主体，对这些问题已经“**以为常”了。

打造优质城市慢行交通系统，共享单车是一个创新。想要共享单车用得好，前提是“停”得好。政府完善配套服务是治本之策。当好“服务员”，政府大有文章可做。

停好车的前提是有地方停，这就要做好加减法。机动车占道，要做“减法”：交通、城管等工作人员加强巡逻频次，加大处罚力度，定时定点“清障”;自行车停 放区不够的问题，要做“加法”：规划、城建、交通等部门，做好顶层设计，编制车道规划，完善停放导则，从总量上增加非机动车道、自行车停放区的供给数量。

共享单车流行，主要得益于无桩，随借随还。但自由泛滥成乱停乱放，原先引以为傲的方便，反而成为新的出行梗阻。不妨退回一步，借鉴传统公共自行车“空间 划定性”的特点，在一些有条件的枢纽和地铁站周边，政企联手，共建一些自行车推荐停放区。依托运营企业的大数据，推动各物业按需求设置非机动车停放区域。

想要停得好，还要管得好。维护好共享单车的停车秩序，离不开有效的管理。对行业内恶性竞争、暴力破坏行为，对某些人公共意识缺乏、任意折腾单车的行为， 有关部门要做好“善后”服务，追究相关肇事者的法律责任;推动征信机构和单车运营商合力共建租车人信用管理系统，奖罚分明。鼓励用户对违规停车者拍照举 报，核实后奖励信用积分;对恶意乱停、滥用、损毁、盗窃单车等行为，将租车人纳入失信黑名单。

共享单车是新事物，政府部门应该以服务思维引领，多呵护，多扶持。配套服务好了，单车停放有序了，人们愉悦、方便出行的生活小目标才能更好地实现。

在这个科技进步迅速的时代，共享这个词印入了每个人的脑海里，但是使用次数最多，频率最高的当属共享单车了。

人们出行离不开它：工作、上学时的每一个清晨，总能够看见一大批“骑车族”来来往往的身影；下班，放学时，共享单车因为价格低廉，总是大家的首选。若没有共享单车，人们将不能够便捷出行，不能解决“最后一公里”带来的困惑，也没有了茶余饭后津津乐道的话题，有人甚至认为，没有共享单车，他们将寸步难行。放眼望去，单数上海，注册“小黄车”、“摩拜”等企业类共享单车账户的有多少人，更何况有些共享单车也不拘泥于国内，已经走出中国，走向了世界。也不必说：共享“为他们带来的巨大利润，就仅仅是广泛的热度，大肆宣传的广告就能让他们名誉大增。

先说说共享单车的利。共享单车主打“共享“牌，”共享“顾名思义就是多人共同使用一件物品。共享，节能环保，也培养了人们的团结心。”共享“是今年的崭新词汇，也满足了人们的猎奇心理，人们自然会去尝试。何况，还有不菲的租金，这时“第一个吃螃蟹的人”——共享单车创始人，自然也是名利双收。

一件事有利就有弊，一些不怀好意的人恶意损坏共享单车，即使修好，也不再使人骑得舒服了。还有一些人，撕下共享单车的二维码，进而换自己的带病毒的码，让人受骗上当。更过分的是，有些人居然在坐垫上放置毒针，只要人一坐上去，就会被传染恶疾。正因为有些人的恶行，造成了坏事的发生，发生了如此的事故，共享单车公司赔偿，造成了使用者的不爽，发起者的无奈，而这一切的根源，就是人们不善良的心啊！

大街上，共享单车整齐地排放着，安静祥和，似是未发生过什么，现在，越来越多的共享资源正于我们每个人产生密切关联，也在逐渐改变着人们的生活理念。去年，“共享”一词如一滴水珠。进了中国这片海洋，似是无任何波动，但是激起的一圈涟漪，使海洋里水珠们无不感到惊讶。

共享单车的成功，使人们感到惊讶，但是也在预料之中，使21世纪增添了一抹夺目的光彩，是炎黄子孙感到骄傲。而它们没有归于平静，而是大胆创新，我认为在不久的将来，它将立于不败之地！
