而就是这使人便利的共享单车，却出现了众多缺点与漏洞。因为小黄车其制造价格相比摩拜，较为低廉。但正是因如此，就出现许多不文明及违法现象。首先漫步街头，可以发现许多早已损坏及被人为破坏的车辆四处分散。有的坐垫，车筐，链子早已不翼而飞。使许多居民使用起来非常不方便。同时对于保修，虽然很多人发现有问题并及时报修，但其报修速度及收取时间可是非常缓慢，从而导致了，许多损坏的车无人修理。其次，关于小黄车及其他共享单车乱停乱放现象，也一直给出行带来不必要的麻烦。许多路边非机动车道和人行道早已被共享单车堵得水泄不通。许多交警只好将大量车辆靠边摆放，保持路况畅通。但仍然有许多人恶意乱停放，将车辆停在车道上，店铺门前及许多安全通道口。最后，共享单车，是以共享为核心，倡导人们文明用车。但却有人私自战友公共财产。给车上了私锁，破坏其二维码及车锁，使其变成独有财产。让许多人都无法使用。

而应对许多问题，各个共享单车也做了变化。从小黄车说，从一开始的旋转密码锁，且其密码是唯一到不断变化的实态锁也有而改变相比之前略少了很多私车。而其他车辆，学习摩拜，改为二维码扫码开启减少了大量车辆损坏。可以说摩拜非常成功。而这些问题的根本所在于人们如何合理文明使用。

对于共享时代的到来，共享单车及其他共享设施给人们带来了许多方便，但却也用很多不利的问题。要好好使用共享设施，不仅是商家的责任，更是每一个居的义务。有一颗共享的心，不能用私心，要有保护共享物品的意识。这样时代与生活才会变得更加美好。

一辆辆崭新的小黄车，停放在城市的各个角落，成了石家庄街头的一道亮丽的风景。在我的软磨硬泡下，妈妈也下载了APP，从此小黄车成了我的出行最爱。

周六，阳光灿烂，我和妈妈商量好骑上小黄车去公园赏秋。可是接连看到几辆小黄车，不是没了车座子，就是少个脚蹬子，好不容易远远看到一辆好一点的车子，我兴冲冲地跑过去，拿起手机准备扫码，却发现二维码被人故意破坏了！一辆辆破损的小黄车就像一张张受伤的脸，在哭诉着它们悲惨的遭遇！我们出去玩的好心情完全被破坏了，我冲着妈妈直嚷嚷：“怎么这样呀，太缺少社会公德了！”妈妈刚张嘴说什么就被眼前的一幕打断了。

不一会，倒地的小黄车都被我们扶了起来，排得整整齐齐的，就像一条黄色的长龙。我问小弟弟你怎么想起去做这件事情呢？小弟弟说：“小黄车是为我们服务的，我们应该爱护它呀！”

对于共享单车企业而言，开发一辆好骑又好管理的单车是关键。尽管市面上充斥了几个品牌的共享单车，但是每款车的“技术含量”不尽相同。有的车自带定位功能，有的车仅仅只有一个二维码可以开启。所以，笔者认为，共享单车企业应当尽量提高单车的技术含量，例如安装定位功能，规定使用者只有将单车停在指定区域方可以结束使用。

此外，使用者选择开启共享单车时，便相当于同意了单车的使用规则。所以，企业应当对单车的使用规则进行更明确的提示，可以用骑行优惠作为对规范使用者的奖励，用金钱代价作为对违规使用者的惩罚。

据了解，有的单车企业已经和相关管理部门达成协议，将共享单车的诚信记录纳入诚信系统。这涉及到另一个问题，就是整个社会诚信体系的健全完善，在此不做更多讨论。

幸运的是有很多人已经意识到这个问题并开始采取行动了小区门口贴着“共享单车禁止驶入小区”，单车系统提供提醒和举报服务，把手架上醒目地写着“未满14周岁，禁止使用共享单车”……。相信总有一天，车辆整齐码放，使用者们微笑交流，天是湖蓝色的，白云悠悠，而我正骑着小黄车感受着城市的微风。

今天共享单车不仅仅是一辆辆可以分享的交通工具，它已经从大城市走向了小城、乡村，甚至海外。我们也看到有人自发的把单车整理排列、甚至免费为单车加装坐垫套。单车不仅引领未来的共享经济，也在不断地考验着人性。共享经济的初衷是美美与共，便利你我。在没有监管和约束下，共享也许会成为一种灾难，别因为走得太远，而忘了启程时的本意。

共享单车上树、违停……中心市区街头的共享单车不断增多，给市民带来便利之余，一些不文明现象也开始逐渐出现。近日，有市民拍下东湖街一辆哈罗单车挂在树上，文明借还车的话题再次引发关注。记者了解到，如果借车人给共享单车加装私锁，将会被扣光信用分，甚至可能被行政拘留。

目前，哈罗单车已投放3000多辆单车，3万多人通过APP完成注册，但一些不文明现象也在逐渐出现，比如单车被骑进小区停放或停放在公交站台前以及单车被挂上树等。

“目前泉州市民骑行总体情况良好，没有发现市民给共享单车私自加锁的现象。”哈罗单车泉州公司负责人王仕平介绍，如果出现私自加锁情况，用户将被扣光100分的信用分冻结账户，公司还将报警处理。泉州目前出现较多违反规定的情况是，用户将共享单车骑回小区内停放，这可能是有的用户对共享单车使用规则还不熟悉，王仕平介绍，哈罗单车APP内有详细规定，用户良好行为可加分，不当行为则会被减分，其中“违停一次(小区、地库、单位大院等)扣20分，加装私锁、忘记关锁导致单车丢失等将扣至0分”。

泉州“小黄人”自行车属于有桩停放，市民需将小黄人停到固定桩位站点才算完成还车，较少出现乱停乱放现象，但也有车辆遭破坏或丢失的情况出现。“以前有市民空踩单车导致车辆毁坏等不文明现象，经过媒体曝光后，情况已大为好转。”微笑自行车公司主任郑美玲介绍，现在感觉市民对“小黄人”还是很爱护的，目前较多出现的不文明现象是限单人骑行的“小黄人”被两人骑，车篮经常被塞广告单，一下雨便烂成垃圾等。

前两天，有市民拍下在领袖天地路口，一辆停放的“小黄人”车轮毂断裂，郑美玲说，经调查，这辆“小黄人”是凌晨被人骑电动车撞坏的，肇事者疑似喝醉酒，肇事后离开现场，公司维修人员已将损坏的车辆载回维修。

近日，北京两名女护士下班时刚要打开被自己私自上了锁的共享单车，就被附近的民警抓个正着。两名女护士承认私自占用共享单车，两人最终因涉嫌盗窃被处以行政拘留5日。

北京律师张新年接受记者采访时表示，“违停，上私锁，藏匿，破坏二维码、车锁、定位装置等行为，除了需要向单车提供方承担民事责任，还涉嫌违法乃至犯罪。比如，乱停乱放涉嫌违反交通管理法律法规，私藏私用特定情形下涉嫌盗窃，破坏单车则涉嫌故意毁坏财物，有可能被行政处罚，甚至追究刑事责任。”特别是破坏单车二维码、车锁，上私锁等行为，使得单车脱离了监管，排除了其他用户使用的可能，很容易被认定为盗窃行为，依照《刑法》的规定构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任;尚不够刑事处罚的，由公安机关依照《治安管理处罚法》给予处罚。

不知不觉间，“共享单车”时代早已成为这一年的热点。它的“盛行”无碍乎于“随用随骑，随停随置”。沿路边四处都有共享单车，若你想骑，便可用手机扫描二维码解锁后出行。若到达目的地，就将车停放于一边等待它的下一任主人到来。

同时，相比起乘坐其他交通工具，或是自己买一辆自行车，“共享单车”的出现何尝不是人们的福音？仅仅只需几元，便能畅行一天。这便宜的费用，让更多的人都能负担得起，也让更多的人出行方便了。

在我看来，“共享单车”不仅仅是便利了人们的生活，更是提高了人们的生活质量。

随着这股潮流的掀起，越来越多的人出行选择骑“共享单车”。从久坐书桌，宅于家中的孩子，再到花费大量时间在办公桌前的白领职员，周末的骑行不仅锻炼了身体，舒展了筋骨，也是千载难逢的一次与大自然亲密接触的机会。没有尾气的排放、鸣笛声的嘈杂，低碳绿色的出行方式更丰富了人们两点一线的生活。

虽然共享文化在逐渐融入社会，被人们所接受，但有利也有弊，一些自私的人们正钻着空子“贪图便宜”。

单车的零件遭到损坏、盗窃，用完就被丢弃于草丛之间，或是被上了私锁占为已有的新闻层出不穷。越来越多的人破坏着公共财产，不尊重于公共财产，使得共享文化再次遭到人们的质疑。

的确，这些新闻中人们的行为确实过分，负面影响极大。但在我看来，也并非于一件坏事，可以说，也多亏了有这些新闻，才使人们了解到社会的发展、风气以及人们的“共享理念”，文明程度仍存在于欠缺。通过这些反应，才会有更多的宣传教育，也会让更多的人重视到现在的问题所在，从而弥补漏洞。

如今的21世纪新社会，早已不是散乱的个体，而是由无数公众群体编织而成。越来越多的共享文化将会出现，促进着人们的发展，也方便人们的生活。因而，对“共享”理念的宣扬也极为重要。

在此，我想呼吁大家，让我们一起骑共享单车，护共享资源，赏共享文化。

from serious air pollution. As the environmental pollution is more and more

strict, the temperature of all the world has dramatic increased. Gradually, some

disaster such as drought, floodandGlaciers Melting follow. How terrible it is!

Therefore, we need to protect our earth and fight against the disaster

together.We should start from the trivial side. Making contribution to

protecting our home.

When students are going to high school, they are under great pressure,

because their main goal is to enter the college, so they need to work so hard.

The school will test them so often that they want to get the best scores.

Cheating on the exams is many students’ choice, as they could not do well on the

exam, so they want to find the confidence by getting the high marks. Other

students even buy the exam answers, what they do is totally wrong. Frist, it

will cost students a lot of money on buying the answer, it refers to spend their

parents’ money, it is not easy to earn money. Second, the answers that students

buy are not accurate all the time, most of the answers are wrong, students are

easy to get cheated. Students should work hard to improve their study.

随着科技的发展，人们也紧跟着时代的脚步，来到“共享时代”。“共享单车”是最流行的一种，并且越来越多的共享资源正与我们每个人产生密切关联，也逐渐改变我们的生活理念。

“共享单车”，我们生活中最常见。在某个大型商场或学校旁总能看见一排“共享单车”。在马路上，总有几抹绿色穿行在“尾气缭绕”的汽车群中。

“共享单车”也有许多好处。因为它的常见与方便，深得人们的喜爱。我们只要用手机扫一扫，并且按时归还，这比自家买轿车强得多，而且老少皆宜。它只需交押金，钱会还回来的。“共享单车”是绿色出行，它可以美化我们生存的环境，减少空气污染，这个优点促使爱环境的人宁愿用买车的钱来做“共享单车”的押金。若我们有急事，却打不到车，我们可以使用“共享单车”，而且它随处可见，方便归还，这能节省大把时间。

它也不是没有缺点。“共享单车”是有时间限制的，这对于长途旅行的人不是个好的选择，虽然它随处可见，但若要去偏僻点的地方，不仅很难找到归还处，还要扣押金。但它最大的缺点是因为有很多人使用，并不能一直保证它完好如初，对于“共享单车”它也很少进行维修。

在这种时候就要靠我们大家，如果我们能做到在用“共享单车”时好好爱护它，就这么短短的一段时间，我相信它会变得更好使用，人们之间也会互相信任，产生好感。

在“共享时代”，若人们能保证物品的完好，并一个接一个用，这种散发出的情感对于我们来说是非常可贵的。分享是一件美好的事，如果人们能珍惜别人给予你的东西，那么世界上，总会有一缕阳光，沐浴着人们的心灵，使娇弱的心灵感受到温暖。

科技不断发展，人类不断进步，如果人们的心能一直保持在为他人着想的境地，我想并不止在“共享单车”一个部分，整个“共享时代”都会变得令人愉悦，使人感到温暖。
