五十三中学青年志愿者活动，是以倡导和推动爱心助人、奉献社会为宗旨，是学校对学生进行思想政治和传统美德教育的重要途径，并成为我校共青团工作和青年工作的有机载体。充分调动青年学生志愿服务的积极性，立足校园，走进社会，开展了一系列丰富多彩的活动。

一、建立健全青年志愿者组织机构，确保志愿者活动的组织力、凝聚力。

五十三中学青年志愿者活动由校团委直接领导，具体工作由青年志愿者协会和学生会外联部策划、组织和实施。建成以校团委为总站，志愿者协会为龙头，以23个班级为分队的多层次的服务体系，组成了一支不断壮大发展的有序的青年志愿者队伍。

目前有我校共有青年志愿者128人，在学校形成了“人人都是志愿者”的良好活动环境。其中有四支常年服务的青年志愿服务队：“爱校护校”志愿服务队29人，“一助一”青年志愿服务队31人，“3月文明月”青年志愿服务队41人，“保护市政设施”青年志愿服务队55人。

二、加强青年志愿者队伍建设，确保志愿者活动的专业性、创造性。

由于青年志愿者服务活动是一项长期的活动，是一项不断进步的事业，在服务过程中，志愿者、服务对象、以及社会环境等几方面，都在不断地变化，因此，必须提高志愿者服务技能、服务水平和认识程度等，才能有助于服务开展，服务水平的提高。

1.结合高初中学生学习压力较大、课外活动时间较少的实际特点，采用“走出去，请进来”的方法，邀请社会各界的先进青年志愿者到我校为志愿者做讲座，增加了我校的志愿者对青年志愿者活动的热爱，极大地调动了志愿者的积极性。

2.将志愿者以班为单位开展理论学习与实际活动相结合的方式，共同学习、探讨志愿者活动方向以及自身的感受;以活动为基础，以志愿者的交流为纽带，创立专题讨论学习制度，充分鼓励并大力支持志愿者发挥自主性和创造性。

我校在进行青年志愿者培训的过程中，一直把加强爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义教育，倡导尊老爱幼、勤俭节约的道德风尚，关心他人、无私奉献的崇高精神作为培养青年志愿者思想道德素质培养的重点。

三、认真开展形式多样的青年志愿者活动，提高志愿者活动的参与性、基层性。

我校开展的青年志愿者服务活动充分体现了“自主教育”的特点，各项活动均以学生为主体，独立策划、组织和开展活动，让学生在参与志愿者社会服务活动，接触了社会、了解了现实，磨练了意志，展现了青年学生蓬勃向上、敢于实践的积极的精神状态，提高了与人交流、懂得妥协、善于协作等方面的能力，学会了奉献、学会了负责，学会了追求，对于青年志愿者的内涵的理解也随着活动和实践的深入而不断加深。

1.立足校园，当好53中人。

(1)53中青年志愿者协会建立了“校园文明公约”,并组织成立校园文明监督队，对校园内部某些不文明现象如随地丢垃圾、教室内吃零食、践踏草坪等进行纠正、实行摄像并在校园电视台播放;帮助所有需要帮助的师生和家长，如同学生病送医院、学习困难感到很苦恼想找人帮助介绍学习方法，心理压力很大想找人倾诉;上传和清理张贴栏信息等。青年志愿者协会在学校校风建设、精神文明建设等方面积极参与，喊响了“有困难找志愿者”的服务口号。

(2)开展“青年绿色文明校园”主题志愿服务活动。

号召全校青年志愿者在校园内广泛开展植绿护绿、清扫垃圾、美化环境等活动，收到良好的效果。每周星期三下午第二节课后，青年志愿者班级服务队都将轮流到学校各部门进行义务劳动。协助老师打扫阶梯教室、电子阅览室、图书馆、体育馆等场所，每次活动后，各部门老师对志愿者的服务给予的书面意见反馈均为“优”.

(3)认真组织开展校园“一助一”长期结对活动。

“一助一”活动是我校青年志愿者的特色活动，在校园内以班团支部为单位开展，“一助一”的对象有些是本班的同学，有些是本年级的同学。要求青年志愿者利用课间、周末、节假日对受助同学进行心理辅导、功课补习、捐资助学等。根据统计，从20__年至今，参加人数从825人增加到3876人，结对数从800对增加到1900对，而且效果很好。

在青年志愿者协会的大力倡导下，学校建立了“爱心助学基金”,各团支部都建立了“班级爱心基金”,对生活有困难的的同学，给予适当的经济资助，并且协助他们摆正心态，认真学习。

2.走向社会，做好社会人。

(1)广泛开展社会公益服务，建立活动基地，打出具有一定社会效应的服务项目。

(2)开展社区活动，拓展社会“一助一”长期结对服务工作。

我校青年志愿者以班级团支部为单位联系各社区，利用寒暑假到社区定点服务，并由一个班为一个困难家庭提供经常性服务。青年志愿者们不仅在物质层面给予受助对象直接服务，更在精神层面给予他们服务，他们深入社区居委会宣传与居民息息相关的法律、法规，如交通法规、禁毒宣传等;打扫街道、清扫垃圾、修剪花草、搜集废旧电池、发放宣传单、辅导小学生等。

(3)开展“敬老尊师”志愿服务活动。

每年9月以重阳节为契机，以班级为单位，组织学生看望慰问退休教师，帮助他们解决生活中的实际困难。部分班级与退休教师进行“一助一”结对，定期到退休教师家打扫卫生，看望老教师。

(4)开展扶贫助学活动，为民族地区教育做贡献。

青年志愿者积极参与到帮助民族地区学生的行动中来。

(5)积极参与环境保护，大力开展“保护母亲河”青年志愿者绿色行动营计划。

四、建立激励机制，鼓励同学积极参与，确保志愿者活动的长期化、经常化。

科学的激励机制能激发学生积极参与到青年志愿者活动中来，我校通过一系列奖励评比活动，突出青年志愿者活动在校园中重要地位，利用校园校园广播站宣传阵地树立典型，弘扬正气。每学年评比优秀青年志愿者，每年评选校园“十佳”,校内的其他评比都和青年志愿者活动挂勾，杰出的志愿者推荐到市级评比。

照片上，崭新的共享单车被“低素质”的使用者折腾得够呛。有的被大卸八块，可以家用的部件，比如篮子被悄悄拿走;有的是被上了使用者自带的锁，成为“专车”。

在这种“消耗战”中，你并没有足够的资源来改善服务，比如提高单车信息系统的管理效率、购买更多的单车和租用更多的停车位等。从而，你可能陷入了恶性循环，使用者抱怨你体验差，而你认为使用者“素质低”。

甚至于，你都“不敢”设计一个机制，来规范使用者对服务提供者和后续使用者的损害行为——让大家不要乱停车、拆车、把车搬到办公室，否则会有一定的经济“惩罚”。不能因为你做不到，所以使得消费者就被“低素质”了。

“好的商业”，会让坏人变好

经济学家对经济学最经典的定义是：在稀缺的条件下，进行最优的选择。资源的稀缺性和产权的界定，这是经济学最永恒的两个命题，这两个命题之上，经济发展的基础是对产权的独占。

唯有排他性的独占，才能让人奋斗，让人进行理性的选择。刚需，在某种意义上就是一种对资源独占的需求。共享，只不过是基于时空错位，对独占状态的一种相互交换。

在中国的互联网界，成功的故事都来自于拿“独占”做文章，而不是“共享”。中国最成功的互联网公司，无不一直在改变对某些重要资源的独占格局，只要能改变，成功的商业模式也就来了。《南风窗》曾有一个观点概括了BAT三巨头的“成功秘诀”：

百度，改变传统媒体——电视台、报纸和广播对中小企业“广告推广”的独占。它在2013年超越了中央电视台，成为中国最大的“广告公司”，一些特殊行业的企业(比如莆田系医院)对它的竞价排名上了瘾，如同是在吸食毒品。

腾讯，改变了通讯运营商对通讯收费的独占。QQ和微信，改变着一两代人的联络途径、行文风格、语言方式，乃至中国人感情发展、男女婚配的旧有路径。

阿里，则是解决了传统零售业中商业地产商对最大利益环节——地租的独占。网购的廉价，并不一定是商品很糟糕，而是你作为消费者正在和中小网商分享属于原本应该“王健林们”的利润。

共享的故事，从来不是商业社会的主题，相反，基于独占的博弈才是。明白了这一点，你才能更加深刻地理解这个道理——“好的商业”会让坏人变好，而“坏的商业”让好人变坏。

中国人在某些方面，的确有所落后，的确是“低素质”的，比如全社会的信用体系形成方面。但是，好的、具有创造性的商业模式却可以让中国人的素质顿时“高起来”。中国互联网行业对第三方支付的创新，就是这样一个堪称伟大的商业案例。

在网购的时候，你会发现但凡有点规模，甚至于刚起步的商家都是相对靠谱的。商品的质量、服务的体验，未必好，但它们的“道德底线”是有的。为什么?最简单的道理是，第三方支付通过十余年的时间，已经培养出了中国网商良好的信用习惯。

第三方支付，它通过第三方作为中介来收付款，降低了货款收付中买卖双方的道德风险;同时，也通过从付款到入账的时间差，控制了商品的质量，货不对板，质量太差，可以退款、换货乃至拒付。因此，可以说，第三方支付真的让中国人一下子“高素质”了，不是吗?

共享经济的乱象，这不是责怪中国人“素质差”的理由。要反思的，恐怕是管理的无能，以及如何改善商业模式的紧迫性。

I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we have had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks. 60% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee do not meet people’s expectations, for a park is considered to be a place where the public can have a good time when they are not busy either at home or at work. If an entrance fee must be paid by the visitors for a park, it will be necessary to build a gate and surrounding walls. In the end a city will take on a bad look. 40% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee can be accepted, but it must not be too expensive. The money from ticket selling can be used for paying the gardeners in the park and buying some other kinds of flowers and trees.

With regard to myself, I think an entrance fee is useful, for it can be used to protect a park. Do we share the same opinion, dear editor?

In our daily life, we can learn something from some cases. However, from my

point of view, I think that it is essential for us to know ourselves in a right

way. People who have a full awareness of the importance to improve themselves

will discover themselves continuously. Therefore, we can say that if we want to

change ourselves, we must bravely reveal ourselves.

Every coin has two sides, and we are no exception. When we experience some

situations, we will find that there are many advantages of us. Thus, we can have

a huge sense of satisfaction. We may have a little pride, because we are happy

that we can make good use of our advantages to solve more difficult problems in

the future. However, at the same time, we also can realize that there are still

some disadvantages of us. These disadvantages will bring us different

influences. I’d like to point out that people who can bravely accept and remove

their disadvantages will gain a bright future. On the contrary, people who

choose escape or ignorance their disadvantages will indulge themselves, and they

no further progress.

Don’t indulge yourself. If we indulge ourselves, we will meet more terrible

suffering in our later life. I know that when we find our weakness, we may say

that I will never do that again, and regret doing so meaningless thing. I am

such a fool. But when we meet similar situations next time, we will still tell

ourselves that it doesn’t matter that I do it again. Then we will indulge

ourselves to expand our disadvantages. It shows that some people who have no own

principle will fail to realize their promises. When we can overcome our

laziness, we will understand that solving some problems may be not so difficult.

Therefore, we should try our best to control ourselves to pursue higher

development.

There are no any excuses to indulge yourself. We should tell ourselves that

we are capable to overcome our weakness, though it needs much time. However, if

we succeed once, then we will be successful again. Last, we don’t indulge

ourselves. We will become more complete.

Everyone can take actions to improve themselves. Don’t indulge yourself. If

you succeed, you will acquire a huge wealth, and your life will become more

brilliant.
