如果说公民的参与意识是公民的自身问题，那么作为共享单车的自身的管理，那就是社会问题了。当公民们在使用共享单车时，城市空间是否配有相应的停放空间，当我们发现某一个地方出现大量停滞的共享单车，有些地方十里方圆却是一辆南寻。我们可以问问是不是投放有问题。如何去提高共享单车的管理，是作为共享单车的经营者在共享单车的投放实践中应该不断去考虑的事件。

其次是破坏了城市中的那些小手工业者比如修车匠及电动车或自行车经销商的切身利益，共享单车的昌盛是以断绝他们的生计为前提代价;

第三，共享单车不同企业之间的竞争性问题日趋严重，现已知的25家共享单车企业都期望分一杯羹，占有一定的市场，于是大量的资金开始投入市场，但最终结果是要么小资本退出这个竞争市场，要么就被更大的资本所收编，最终经济利益上的分裂会导致更强大的马太效应，与当初电商行业关于生鲜子行业的竞争类似;

第四，私有化与共享化的相对矛盾，中国城市的文明谁都不敢说它是完全成熟的，共享单车的私有化现象屡见不鲜，从共享单车沦为“独占”单车。笔者于昨天请教过张鸿雁教授关于中国古代“夜不闭户，路不拾遗”的现象的真实性，张鸿雁教授解释说道，“那只是一个理想假设，更多时候是因为没得偷”;

最后，从笔者自身作为计算机专业的学生出发，针对于共享单车企业提出的“互联网+”理念表示深刻的质疑——例如ofo单车采用的机械锁，实际操作与App完全分割开，更无须多言“互联网+”的概念，其他的不多做列举。

究其以上，我认为——

1、共享单车的核心是共享文明，只有将个人、城市、社会文明提升到一定高度，才有所谓共享单车的未来;

2、共享单车的定位是公益项目，但何为公益?是对公众有益，但更多的却是负面评价：安全隐患、个人钱财威胁、个体户逼迫停业等等，如何提高公众的满意度才是首要解决的问题，而不是分割用户，讲求可持续性发展;

3、共享单车的营销模式亟待提升完善，英国《金融时报》称中国的共享单车是全球创新的典范，也是最新向外输出的成功案例，但只有在悠悠岁月中存活下来才是成功的创新模式。

最后，一言以蔽之，2017年共享单车将迎来大爆发，但高速扩张往往会掩盖发展的弊端，必须对产品质量、技术之于运营、监管政策走向等核心问题倍加关注。

There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, basketball,travelling and so on. 今天早上看新闻的时候恰巧看到一个关于共享单车模式的评论，我前几天在杭州出差的时候也看到街上有很多共享单车，这就引起了我的兴趣。在网上查了下，共享单车模式是平台将单车租赁出去或C端用户在平台上共享自己的单车，然后平台按照使用时间或里程计费的一种模式，主要是为了解决用户出行的需求和痛点，现在主要有摩拜、ofo等单车共享平台。单车的来源主要有两个：一是平台自购的单车;二是平台用户共享出来的单车。在这里，我主要想讨论一下共享单车平台的使用场景。

毫无疑问，共享单车模式肯定能够解决用户的部分出行需求，但是它会有滴滴、uber这样广泛的使用场景么？思考了一下共享单车模式的使用场景，主要有以下几个方面。

1)某个固定小地域的出行需求，如旅游景区、校园，ofo就主要是在校园市场，在这些固定的小区域里使用单车往往是最方便和惬意的，如在校园通过单车能够方便的去上课、去图书馆、去食堂等，而在某些旅游景区的时候，沿着湖的周围骑车也是最惬意、最享受的，在这个场景下，共享单车无疑是解决了用户的出行需求和痛点。

2)上下班，有些用户离公司很近、短时间骑车能够到达，或者用户上班需要中转几次，骑车能够解决中转的烦恼，或者用户出于环保等原因骑车长距离上下班，对于这些用户，共享单车带来了很多便利，用户只管骑车，不用管后面的事情。

3)骑车锻炼，有些用户单纯是出于锻炼的目的骑车，也有可能使用共享单车，但是这种单车深度用户往往会自己买品质好的单车;

以上是我想出来的共享单车的使用场景，能够看出，总体来说，使用场景还是比较单一，不像滴滴、uber，它们基本能够解决用户所有的出行需求。

当用户有长距离通勤需求时，他们不会选择单车;当用户赶时间的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户不熟悉路线的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户自己有车的时候，他们也较少会选择单车;当天气下雨、太热、下雨时，他们也不大可能选择单车;当用户觉得骑单车太累时，他们也不会继续选择单车。

能够看出共享单车是一种使用场景较窄、会消耗用户较多能量的一种模式，当然这对爱锻炼、爱环保的用户当然是好事，不过这些用户对自行车的品质要求一般都较高。

除了使用场景窄外，我还能想到的困难有：自行车被人人为破坏了怎么办？自行车被用户直接偷走了怎么办？自行车解说码被人破解了怎么办？自行车中途坏了怎么办？用户在使用途中发生事故怎么办？没有那么多真实用户怎么办？如果在景区推行，势必会遭到景区租车商户的抵抗甚至破坏，怎样拓展景区市场？

总的来说，共享单车是用户出行领域中的一个很小的细分市场，难以跟滴滴、uber等整体出行解决方案平台比较。

作为新时代中学生的我们，“共享”这个名词开始时高频次的出现。“共享汽车”，“共享书店”，“共享雨伞”，越来越多的共享资源正在刷新着我们的生活。而“共享单车”正是当下最为热门的名词之一。

共享单车的出现，为各个城市不同的人们提供了许多便利。

对于朝九晚五上班族来说，每天清晨和傍晚的出行方式便是地铁，公交，步行，驾车。清晨，伴着初升的阳光，上班族们总要硬着头皮挤上公交与地铁，穿梭在拥挤的人群中。驾车出行的上班族，更是要体会堵车的繁闹。这拥挤的早晨，会对上班族一天的心情都有所影响。傍晚，在结束一天的工作后，迎接他们的又将是拥挤的人流，堵塞的交通。共享单车的出现，给他们带来了很大的便利，每天清晨拿出手机扫一扫，傍晚下班扫一扫，便可短时间内拥有一辆属于自己的单车。只要有一部手机，变可以自由的穿梭在城市的大街小巷，快速安全的回到家中，享受下班后的喜悦，不必再承受密密麻麻的人群和车水马龙的街道，更是绿色出行，为城市的环境增添一份力量。共享单车不仅为上班族提供了便利，更为学生们提供了很大便利。每天上学，出门扫一扫，放学扫一扫，既快捷又便利，可以让结束了一天繁种学习的我们，看看这座城市的风景，吹吹凉爽的微风，体会这座城市的独有的特色。

在各大城市，例如北上广等一线城市，在地铁站口，大型商城门口，电影院门口，“成片成片”的共享单车随处可见。而随着时间的变化，在马路边的花坛中，路边的树木旁，小区门口的街道上，共享单车随处可见。越来越多的共享单车被损坏，甚至被占为己有。

共享单车被改造，共享单车车锁被损坏，这些新闻在人们的日常生活中层出不穷。由共享单车的问题，却体现了人们对于“共享”理解的不透彻，更体现了，在当下的“共享时代”下，“共享”的事物需要被管理。市政府可根据各城市使用状况进行相关部门的管理，增加管理措施，也可出台相关法律条例。对于共享单车投放厂家来说，更可才取积分制，对于每次人们都使用情况进行检测与记录。在共享单车APP上进行进一步规划，提高“共享单车”使用效率，更好的诠释和加强“共享”的意义。

我们的时代在不断发展，“共享”事物也在逐渐改变人们的生活理念。由“共享单车”给我们带来的好处与问题，加强共享事物的管制，使人们的生活更加美好。期待，“共享”能给人们的生活带来更多便利。

2017年1月,郑州市加入了共享单车联盟,ofo宣布首批投入5万辆单车,分布在郑东新区、二七广场、紫荆山、绿城广场的地铁口沿线,这些车辆被统一刷成亮亮的黄色,被大家唤作“小黄车”。

扫码骑车,随骑随取,对于在“堵城”郑州生活工作的人来说,非常值得一试。这不,郑州小伙儿张先生就是“尝鲜者”,可尝试的结果却让他哭笑不得。

2月12日,张先生在共享单车软件上租了一辆自行车去附近吃饭。“我在网上付了租金以后,在国贸360推车准备走,可看车的大爷拦着非要1元停车费。”张先生说,自己给大爷解释了半天,愣是没走成。“我解释说这是公共自行车,可他就是不听,还把在场的其他小黄车都上了锁。”无奈之下,张先生只能付费走人。

如果第一次遭遇收费是偶然,那么晚上第二次用车的经历就是无奈了。

“晚上9点多,我想租一辆自行车回家,结果正在看车的两个40多岁的男的把我摁在地上了。”张先生哭笑不得,“他们看我用手机一扫就把车推走了,以为我是偷车的。”无奈之下,张先生选择报警,等警察来后事情才解释清楚。

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

在多种共享单车投放市场的情况下，只选择其中一种，还是很难满足需要，只能采取多选的方式。这就是，注册多家，使用多家，遇到哪家的就骑哪家的。代价是，交各家的押金。太原现有的自行车我都用了，除太原市本地的公共自行车外，最近进入太原的共享单车，我看到的有3家:酷骑，押金299元;ofo，押金99元;百拜，押金99元。共交押金500元，获得三种单车的使用权。押金还是自己的，就像在银行存了活期存款一样。但相比之下，这要比存款好多了，换取了多种共享单车的使用权，获得了出行的更多便利。

当然，如果换一种思维，用这些钱自己买个自行车不是随时都可以骑吗?不是。骑自己的自行车外出，办事时没地方存车，车子如果好一些随时可能丢掉。而共享单车目前停放比较方便，也不需要承担丢车的风险。我们交的押金，实际上是买了一个自行车停放权，同时也支付了避免丢车的治安保险。

至于押金数量的多与少，这个账不好算。如果使用单车节省了时间，提高了办事效率，一件事办的顺利，省了的可能绝不止是500元。同时，提供单车的各家企业收取押金的数量不同，投放单车的方式、数量等服务也有不少差异，在使用过程中会形成竞争，消费者可以做出选择。这样算账，只要能换取一个用车的方便，交这个押金我不觉得心疼，就是再有几家，我还会交，因为我喜欢骑自行车，同时也希望拥有更多出行的便利，如果没有一种更好的办法，这样做就是一种合理的选择。

至于公众关心的另一个问题，即押金的管理、使用和单车企业的信誉问题，我选择信任，这种信任基于对政府的信任，我们大家能够想到的，相信政府也能够想到，相信政府有能力管好。即使可能会出现什么意外的情况，也没有什么大不了的，不必顾虑重重。当然，是否选择购买这种服务，还是要从实际出发，根据自身的需求和支付能力确定。

共享单车的出现，毕竟是为百姓的生活提供了新的便利，无论还有多少不完善之处，我还是为之高兴，满腔热忱地支持，希望这一新生事物能够健康发展。

Which is better, shopping online or traditional shopping? Different people

have different attitudes towards it. Some people think that online shopping is

very convenient, for it can save them a lot of time and energy. It’s especially

helpful for those who are always busy with their work. Besides, through the

Nevertheless, I’m not keen on online shopping at all, since most

Tennis is the world’s third sport, it ranks after football and basketball.

Every year, a lot of audience keeps their eyes on the four grand slam

championships. It is known to all that Wimbledon has the oldest history and the

tennis players treat it as the greatest honor to win it. This year, the local

player Murray won it again.

The famous male tennis players are Big 4. They almost won all the important

championships during the last ten years. But Murray was in the awkward situation

though he was one of the Big 4, he never won the grand slam, what’s more, people

in England put so much hope on him to win Wimbledon Championship. When Murray

made it he cried out and felt relieved.

When the second time he won, he cried out again though he did not have so

much pressure as before. The fans knew that he had a hard time after his first

great honor, people started to qustioned about his ability. But he proved

himself again.

Every player has his honor hour and the bad time, the more important is to

never give up, then honor will come again.

For the first time in everyones experience! For example: the first time to

ride a bicycle, write a book, play a computer for the first time, keep a dog for

the first time, etc! And my first time is climbing!

On a sunny holiday, our family unanimously decided to take exercise -

climbing Maanshan! Maanshan ecological park is located in the south of Yangwu

village, Daling mountain. The main peak is 329.2 meters above sea level. It is

divided into two small peaks at the front and back. It is named Maanshan because

of its shape similar to Maanshan. It used to be a quarry. All the stones mined

were transported to all parts of the city as building materials, bringing

considerable economic benefits to the local area and seriously damaging the

ecological environment. In order to build a civilized, harmonious and ecological

home, the village committee decided to close the quarry and invest 5 million

yuan to build it into an ecological park. Now there are Jinling, Qixingling,

Jiti stone, Qilin mountain and other scenic spots. When I came to the foot of

Maanshan, I stared at the top of Maanshan stupidly. In my mind, I thought of the

complacent expression of climbing to the mountain. After that, I cant wait to

follow the route to the top of the mountain!

At first, I was a living tiger, just like a hungry tiger, flying to the top

of the mountain! The road is getting steeper and steeper, and the fork road runs

across. Its half the way to the top of the mountain. After a long time, the

physical strength is naturally consumed and the knowledge is not much. Im

sweating!! Seeing thousands of houses, cars and pedestrians under my feet, I

secretly encouraged myself: there is still a little way to go, stick to it, and

soon climb to the top of the mountain, dont be discouraged, learn to stick to it

on this road! Only persistence can make people succeed! Time flows silently on

me. I climb to the top of the mountain. I am ecstatic and rush forward in one

breath. Finally climbed to the top of the mountain! Ah! The scenery at the top

of the mountain is so intoxicating and impressive!

As if everything under my feet is my world! The whole village can be seen

clearly. I learned a truth from it, that is: in life, whether it is laid-off, or

encountered difficulties, or be fired and so on. Dont be discouraged. As a human

being, we should learn not to be discouraged in the face of difficulties. In all

kinds of tests of life, just like climbing a mountain, we cant give up halfway,

as long as we stick to it, we will succeed!
