共享单车的维护需要推动。如今的单车猎人便是共享单车的衍生物，在发现违规停车时就拍下照片发到网上，因此违规车在此使用单车的价格便会成倍上涨，直至取消使用资格。“猎人们”更是因为“打猎”结识了志同道合的朋友，推动了共享的车的规范，带动了更多的猎人，提升了社会公民的公德心，所以共享的车的共同维护对于我们来说十分重要。

当然，共享单车的维护不能仅仅靠“猎人们”，还要靠大家的真心的维护。我们在考虑自身便利的同时，不应忘掉他人的利益。不能因为共享单车损害了自己的利益就肆意加以破坏，不顾社会整体利益。国家要加强宣传，保护新兴的共享单车，制定相关的法律维护共享单车的运行。

It has been billed as a hi-tech bike-sharing boom that entrepreneurs hope will make them rich while simultaneously transforming Chinas traffic-clogged cities.

But, occasionally, dreams can turn sour.

In the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, more than 500 bicycles for hire have been found dumped in huge piles on the streets, according to reports.

Pictures showed jumbled stacks of vehicles nearly three metres high, with handlebars, baskets and other parts scattered on the ground.

City streets around the country have seen an explosion of the colourful bikes that users can rent on demand with a smartphone app and then park wherever they choose.

The sharing economy is taking off in China, where ride-sharing and Airbnb are increasingly commonplace.

From Shanghai to Sichuan province, bike-sharing schemes are being rolled out in an effort to slash congestion and air pollution by putting a country once known as the "Kingdom of Bicycles" back on two wheels.

Companies such as Ofo and Mobike, with their rival fleets of bumblebee yellow and fluorescent orange bikes, have been locked in a cut-throat battle for customers.

But problems have arisen when clients have abandoned their cycles.

"Some people these days just have really bad character," a man named He, who lives near where the stacks appeared, told the Southern Metropolis Daily.

"When theyre done using (the bike) they just throw it away somewhere, because theyve already paid."

In the past few days he witnessed people demolishing the bikes before discarding them on the side of the road, he said.

Residents told the paper that bikes had been piling up over the past week, either parked haphazardly by careless users or stacked by local security guards trying to clear narrow residential alleys and footpaths.

Zhuang Chuangyu, a representative at Shenzhens municipal peoples congress, said the city needed to step up regulation of the bike-sharing industry in order to improve traffic conditions and safety standards, especially since schoolchildren often used the bikes.

In 1980, almost 63% of commuters cycled to work, the Beijing Morning Post reported in 2015, citing government data. But by 2000 that number had plummeted to 38% and today it stands at less than 12%.

Car use, meanwhile, has rocketed. In 2010 China overtook the US to become the worlds largest car market, with 13.5m vehicles sold in just 12 months.

今天早上看新闻的时候恰巧看到一个关于共享单车模式的评论，我前几天在杭州出差的时候也看到街上有很多共享单车，这就引起了我的兴趣。在网上查了下，共享单车模式就是平台将单车租赁出去或C端用户在平台上共享自己的单车，然后平台按照使用时间或里程计费的一种模式，主要是为了解决用户出行的需求和痛点，现在主要有摩拜、ofo等单车共享平台。单车的来源主要有两个：一是平台自购的单车;二是平台用户共享出来的单车。在这里，我主要想讨论一下共享单车平台的使用场景。

毫无疑问，共享单车模式肯定能够解决用户的部分出行需求，但是它会有滴滴、uber这样广泛的使用场景么?思考了一下共享单车模式的使用场景，主要有以下几个方面。

1)某个固定小地域的出行需求，如旅游景区、校园，ofo就主要是在校园市场，在这些固定的小区域里使用单车往往是最方便和惬意的，如在校园通过单车可以方便的去上课、去图书馆、去食堂等，而在某些旅游景区的时候，沿着湖的周围骑车也是最惬意、最享受的，在这个场景下，共享单车无疑是解决了用户的出行需求和痛点。

2)上下班，有些用户离公司很近、短时间骑车可以到达，或者用户上班需要中转几次，骑车可以解决中转的烦恼，或者用户出于环保等原因骑车长距离上下班，对于这些用户，共享单车带来了很多便利，用户只管骑车，不用管后面的事情。

3)骑车锻炼，有些用户单纯是出于锻炼的目的骑车，也有可

能使用共享单车，但是这种单车深度用户往往会自己买品质好的单车;

以上是我想出来的共享单车的使用场景，可以看出，总体来说，使用场景还是比较单一，不像滴滴、uber，它们基本能够解决用户所有的出行需求。

当用户有长距离通勤需求时，他们不会选择单车;当用户赶时间的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户不熟悉路线的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户自己有车的时候，他们也较少会选择单车;当天气下雨、太热、下雨时，他们也不大可能选择单车;当用户觉得骑单车太累时，他们也不会继续选择单车。

可以看出共享单车是一种使用场景较窄、会消耗用户较多能量的一种模式，当然这对爱锻炼、爱环保的用户当然是好事，不过这些用户对自行车的品质要求一般都较高。

除了使用场景窄外，我还能想到的困难有：自行车被人人为破坏了怎么办?自行车被用户直接偷走了怎么办?自行车解说码被人破解了怎么办?自行车中途坏了怎么办?用户在使用途中发生事故怎么办?没有那么多真实用户怎么办?如果在景区推行，势必会遭到景区租车商户的抵抗甚至破坏，怎样拓展景区市场?

总的来说，共享单车是用户出行领域中的一个很小的细分市场，难以跟滴滴、uber等整体出行解决方案平台比较。

第一次，我睁开双眼，以新生儿般好奇的目光打探着周围的世界，只见四周都是模样与我相同的伙伴，穿着鲜艳明亮的外衣，挺着笔直的腰板，整整齐齐地排着队伍。听主人说，我们有一个新奇的名字——共享单车。

我和许多同伴被投放到了一处安静的街角，那时，天空还笼罩着一层鱼肚白，灰蒙蒙的一片让人提不起精神来。当第一缕曙光冲破天际暖暖地洒在我们身上时，零零星星的人们的脚步声近了，隐隐约约传来谈话的声音：

“这就是网上所说的共享单车吗？”

“咦，看上去还蛮不错的样子！”

“我昨天刚刚下载了共享单车APP，我来试试看……”

我正在胡思乱想着，“吱——”，轮胎与水泥地面相互摩擦发出一声长鸣。紧接着，我只觉得身子一轻，我被“高跟鞋”抬了起来，藏进了路边小树林的灌木丛后面，“咔嗒”一身上了锁。高跟鞋的声音渐远了，而我的心变凉了，她明显是想将我占为己有，可是，我是一辆共享单车，不是只为一个人服务的。这时周围变得黑黑的，我不得不倚着灌木丛，听着树上蝉鸣和地上虫嘶，合上眼在夜色中慢慢睡去。

就这样，我被困了好几天，也许“高跟鞋”把我也忘记了吧。终于有一天，当我睁开朦胧睡眼时，却发现自己已经不再藏身于树丛之间了。我是被工作人员通过GPS定位解救了出来。并且，小区的大门口已经贴上了“共享单车禁止入内”的标语。再次回到同伴身边的感觉真是棒极了。多日不见，同伴中多出了好几辆颜色式样与我不同的新面孔，不禁令我十分感概，这世界变化就是快！

又过了些日子，我听说，我的一位好朋友在载着一名学生穿行过马路时，不幸与另一辆电动车相撞，那孩子落得个手臂骨折，我那可怜的好朋友也别撞得面目全非。此刻，我心里又多了些说不出来的情感，既是对那孩子的愧疚，也是对共享单车安全问题的担心。

时光飞逝，不经意间，我们已经成了这座城市中一道独特美丽的风景线，就连老外也对我们赞不绝口，竖起了大拇指。他们说着我听不懂的语言，骑着我去看外滩历史悠久的建筑，去体验南京路“不夜城”的热闹与繁华，去陆家嘴感受上海城市的发展和进步……传统与创新科技的碰撞、相融、互补，在我的身上得到了实现。如今，我的同伴们已经开始漂洋过海，走向世界了呢！

“人之初，性本善”，一开始，“共享单车”开始实行时，人们兴奋得不得了，也很好奇，就也报了一丝敬畏之心去使用它。我还看见过一个大叔，用完之后，还用手把轮胎里的小石子给抠出来呢，爱护得要上天。可不，“共享单车”的作用十分之大呢。

“共享单车”它只需扫码即可使用，以小时计费，一小时也花不了几块钱。而且因为它每几十米就有个站头，短距离的路程嘛，自然有不少懒人与急着用的人会去使用。其实还有一个好处：那就是环保，但很少人是因为这条好处才去使用“共享单车”的，所以，那个最初的目的，到了大众手里，也变得无足轻重了。他们最看重的还是前几条原因。呵呵，最最主要的，那还不是钱么。

作用越大，好评如潮，人也越多。可是，有些用久了的人和一些有着歪脑筋的人就开始不正经了。不少人竟把“共享单车”停在门口！更有甚者将其直接拿进家中！为什么？因为有些人的家离“共享单车”的地方还是有一点距离的，虽然只是一点距离，可他们实在是懒人中的战斗机呀，才导致了如此后果。而有些人呢，是因为有时去得晚，都抢不到车子，都被人用光了，也才那么做的。可是这样“共享单车”的意义就已经没了，他已经不再是“‘共享’单车”了，而可以改名叫做“免费成为您的‘个人’单车”了。太自私了，于是不少存有正义感的人也主动化身为了“单车猎人”。

“单车猎人”往往会在有空时在街上“审查”，寻找那些违规使用“共享单车”的人，并拍照上传至软件。当然，那些违规使用者会被扣信用值，从而费用上涨，相应的，“单车猎人”则会提高信用值，从而费用减低。不过，我相信他们并不是为了便宜钱而去做“猎人”的。更多的，还是一种使命感。记得有一位“单车猎人”说过：“作为一名猎人的终极梦想是‘无猎可打’。”

从“单车猎人”的产生中，我们就可以看出，“共享单车”的违规者，确实并非少数。他们的错误或大或小，可能都不在意，但都在一点一点地摧毁“共享单车”。但“共享单车”真的帮了我们很多忙，我们也应该“礼尚往来”不是吗？

最后我想说的是，做的错事，不是没算，而可能是以后要爆炸性的反击。我隐约有一种预感：“共享单车”因为维修量太大而耗资不计其数，最终可能会因亏本而取消“共享单车”。

在一期《新闻周刊》中报道了这样一群人，他们有一个响亮的名字——“单车猎人”。他们中有大学生，也有小白领，他们自发地形成了一个团体，帮助将“离家不归”的单车连上定位系统，以便寻回并举报违规用户。没有薪金，没有单位，只靠着一颗文明的心灵，节目中一位“猎人”说：“共享单车给咱们的生活带来了很多方便，我就想咱们是不是也能为它做点什么。”

我想，这就是一个社会最佳的文明体现，社会惠我，我报社会，是文明推动了社会的美好循环，“猎人”们的行为值行咱们的尊敬，也应让那些不和谐的行为者心生愧疚。

追逐，维护自己的利益是人的本性，但当这种行为危害到他人甚至社会时，主动做出正确的取舍才是社会人应有的体现。共享单车，更应共享的是文明，共享事业的发展应与社会文明的建设相互促进，共同发展，随着人们意识的提高，更多的“共享”也会渗透，便利咱们的生活。

除此之外，商家亦可主动采取措施，雇佣专业“猎人”，完善租借机制；政府也应积极参与进来，协助监管。政、商、人，整个社会应当团结一心共塑文明，共创美好。

目前，披露融资消息的共享单车创业公司已经有多十多家，入局资本多达30家。

这些共享单车的共享模式都大同小异。都需要先交一定数量的押金才能使用。使用之后的押金将会在一定的时间内退回。

而引发争议的是，共享单车给押金退还到账设置了相当长的时间。摩拜单车的押金，就需要 2-7 个工作日才能到账。这个过长的时延，引发争议。

有业内人士认为这是共享单车的商家在故意扣押用户的押金，利用时间差可以合理地获取押金的衍生利息收益。

此外，还有一些法律业界人事认为摩拜、ofo 等共享单车有非法集资嫌疑。因为未经有关部门批准，违规向不特定公众募集资金的行为，涉嫌非法集资。

共享单车的押金在退还的这一段时间内是不是一个“灰色地带”?这时间差里，这些押金在干什么?

目前广州主要有4个品牌的共享单车，摩拜押金为每人299元，ofo单车的押金为99元，小鸣单车押金为199元，优拜单车押金为298元。以摩拜为例，去年12月活跃用户量已达313.5万人，每月活跃用户押金总额超过9亿元

但押金退款均不能实时到账，提交退款申请后要等待1到7个工作日才能成功退款。企业还要求，在押金申请退还期间，不能使用该公司共享单车。

共享单车现如今可是无人不知无人不晓：学生骑车上学，扫一下共享单车；上班族上班，扫一下共享单车；就连七八十岁的老太太，买菜也是依旧骑共享单车；共享单车的出现，可以说是为我们的生活方式带来极大的改变，只要随身携带一部智能手机，就可以骑着自行车穿梭于大街小巷中，而且不论你在何地，都可以看到它的身影。黄色，红色，绿色，五彩斑斓的共享单车也成为都市的一道专有风景线。

共享单车好吗？“当然好。”一些人这样说到；“不是很好。”另外一些人这样说到。确实，共享单车虽然十分便利，但是在给予我们利的同时，也给予了我们弊。你是否见到过这种场景：在一条马路之间，数不胜数的共享单车成群结队地霸占了一整条马路，让过往的人车无法通行；再例如是在某一个小区中，大门前虽然贴上了“共享单车禁止通行”的标示，可小区中依然有着几辆共享单车在路上光明正大的伫立着；又或者是有些人将共享单车带上锁链，由“共享”车变成“自家”车。更甚者，一些漂亮的单车被不法分子拆的七零八落，面貌全失，疲惫不堪的躺在路边。更多的坏车进入了单车坟场占用了大量的土地资源；还有更多的共享单车被贴上了各式各样的广告，成为了城市里的“牛皮屑”。

可见，某些租车者的素质可以导致共享单车成为妨碍别人的凶器，使“共享”转变为“独占”。这些租车者只管自己的利益，而破坏了别人的利益。也导致了环境、市容的“污染”。同时，租车公司在车辆损坏和乱停乱放的情况下，也不及时维修维护。

于是，我非常痛惜的同时，不得不扛起了小区内的坏车停到了路边。但是，最终能有多少人像我一样，去向共享单车伸出援手呢？又有多少共享单车等待着我们的“救援”呢？

想要让共享单车重新拾起往日的光辉，我向大家倡议—共享单车解救计划。首先，我们自己要做到：不乱停乱放，不将共享单车占为己有，不蓄意破坏，遇到破损车辆及时报修；然后，租车公司需要加强对共享单车的看护，宣传文明用车；最后，社会应该多多关注共享单车，加大对共享单车的监督，社会应该让废弃的共享单车回收再利用，不要让它们占用土地资源。

社会发展到现在，我们以是文明人，步入了非常先进的文明时代。共享单车是我们这一代人看着长大的，它丰富了我们的生活。更是中国人走向强大的象征。在祖国生日到来之际，我希望我的倡议，能使共享单车重放光彩！使我们都市风景线更加迷人！

共享单车这面“照妖镜”照出的是国民素质

一篇《共享单车，真是一面国民照妖镜》的文章在朋友圈里火了起来，共享单车从一种出行工具，变成了一面“照妖镜”。

有人说，这面“照妖镜”照出的是国民素质。原本应该乖乖停在路边的共享单车，有时竟横七竖八地挡了行人的必经之路;有时竟会出现在树上、绿化带、河里等匪夷所思的地方;有时甚至被脱去“共享”的衣服，出现在一些人的家中，变成她或他的独家坐骑。

有人利用破解开锁密码方式不付费使用共享单车;用加挂车锁方式将共享单车变为私用品;破坏甚至盗取共享单车等。这些使用陋习大大提高了共享单车的维护成本。

随着时代的发展，共享资源普遍可见，从最初的共享单车，到现在的共享篮球，共享图书馆，人们在共享资源的影响下，改变了生活的理念。“共享”二字它既意味着资源的共享，也意味着文明的共担。

“什么共享单车？天天占着人行道不说，政府还因为这件事把这么窄的人行道的停车线划到了三分之二，还让不让人愉快的走路了？”

“要不是使用者乱放，又怎么会乱七八糟呢？要不是共享单车的泛滥，又怎么会有这样的事情发生呢？”

“对啊，你看现在大街小巷到处是自行车，车多也就算了，你知道么？听说有人把共享单车停在了自家小区的车棚里，让别人家的车都没有办法停了。本来共享单车就是为了让人们更方便，这下好了，不仅没有方便，而且还变得更加糟糕了。”

共享单车当然利大于弊，在大街小巷的普及是为了给人带来便利，而造成现在的这种情况，说到底，其实还是人为的原因。

之所以周围的人都热切地讨论着共享单车的到来怎样冲击我们的生活，因为我们已经明显的感觉到共享时代来临，共享文明考验着每一个人。每每这时我就有点感触，也有一思惭愧。

记得有一次，我的自行车出了一点故障，于是就火急火燎的飞奔下楼，刷了一个小黄车，一蹬就走，到了学校，我把自行车随便一停，就跑上楼，跑到了一半又折了回来，觉得我有义务和责任把这个自行车“老老实实”的停进停车线内并摆放整齐，但一看手表，还有5分钟就上课了，如果我再放好车的话，哪怕我有飞毛腿刘翔的速度，也是会迟到的。左思右想，然后猛地下了决心，往电梯门跑去，我，最终还是选择了去上课。一整节课我都坐立不安，满脑门子都是大街上人行道乱停乱放的共享单车，还有行人和城管不耐烦的脸，我想我已经成为给别人的生活带来了麻烦的人了，我心急火燎一门心思都在想下了课要赶紧把车停在它应该在的地方。当老师宣布下课，我就像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，用手不停的按着下楼的电梯按钮，就好像可以让电梯来的更快一样，其实我知道这无济于事。我奔下了楼梯，猛地一转弯，看见这辆车还原原本本地停放在哪里。我又欣慰又疑惑，欣慰的事我终于可以弥补我的过失，疑惑的是为什么一个自行车停在人行道中央，却没有一个人把它放回去。我赶紧把车推进停车线内，有几个路人看见了，还向我投来了赞赏的目光，却使我更加羞愧。

共享单车让我从自私变得有责任，让我从明白道理到实施行动，它改变了我。其实如果更多的人把自行车停放好，就不会有泛滥的情况。共享单车是这样，共享的所有资源亦是这样，共享的资源让人们更加方便，也信任我们用好能及时归还或是保护好公共财产，举手之劳而已。用一句很通俗的话：“我们每人迈出一小步，社会就将迈出一大步！“
