大到国家、民族，小到家庭、个人，唯有良好的素质能使我们不断发展，我们每个人从小就在学习。小的时候在学习基础知识的同时，我们就被教育要诚信、友爱等，长大后，我们更重要的是把所学到的良好品质践行到生活中。只有每个人的素质得到提高，整个国家的才能有所提升，如果一味地按自己的想法做事，不考虑他人的感受和利益，那么人人都这样，又何来国民素质的提高。

再来看看一场世界杯，当所有观众都散场时，国外的观众留下的依旧是干净整洁的座位，而中国观众留下的是数不尽的垃圾，也许这些观众在观看世界杯时心潮澎湃，但他们并没有为他人着想的观念，他们没有想过烈日炎炎下清理垃圾的工人，没有想过这样的行为给中国的国际形象带来怎样的破坏。

时间很神奇，它能改变一个人，那么我想它也一定能够改变中国国民素质低下这一社会现象。

“从我做起，从我们做起。”一句微不足道的话有着它的魅力。前进的路就在脚下，即使我们无力改变终点，但却能决定脚踏出的方向。

“材料：今年2月份，网络中一篇名为《共享单车是一面国民照妖镜》的文章火了。这篇文章以大量图片，呈现了诸多使用共享单车的不文明行为，如盗窃、加私锁、违规使用共享单车等，因此作者将这些不文明行为归根于中国人整体国民素质太低，并引发了网络热议。”

时评：共享单车“让每个人随时随地有车骑”的愿景，给了一些人“免费午餐”的侥幸心理，也开展了一场大规模的公民素质试验。很多人高喊：“低素质的人，不要糟蹋共享单车”，但其实，很多国人的观念里，依然只是简单区分，这个要么是我的，要么就是别人的，别人的和我没有关系。不可否认，对公用概念缺乏认知，是我们早已存在的文化陋习。就像某网络热文所言，共享单车确实“照”出了部分市民个人素质的短板，共享单车的出现，利用了人人图一己之便，漠视公共秩序的人性弱点，这“照妖镜”，照的不仅是国人用户，也“照”出了共享单车自身和城市规划、监管等方面的缺憾。

对于共享单车企业自身而言，不同共享单车品牌之间的恶性竞争破坏，对于单车用户信用监督体系的约束力不强，也是造成乱象原因之一。

对于当地政府相关管理部门而言，没有协调管理城市交通方式，导致同为代步工具的其他车种如在车站、地铁站接客的摩托车、电动车司机为了竞争恶意破坏;对共享单车“非法占道”等乱象行为出现后的处理不当;企业和城市管理者均不主动对接导致沟通不畅，双方的沟通形成“真空地带”，让破坏乱象的解决遥遥无期。

而对于单车用户而言，天下没有免费的午餐，共享单车企业也不可能一直烧钱，破坏单车的行为提升了企业成本，最终也会提升自己的出行成本。如果要长期稳定地享受共享单车服务，用户也应该提高自我服务能力，善待共享单车。

of health and life of people. Thirdly，we consumers must attach importance to the

things we eat and develop an awareness of how to protect our legal rights if

cheated。 Only in this way will we be able to build a more secure and harmonious

然而有那么一部分人，觉得共享单车简直是天上掉下来的大馅饼！不用花钱，那一把工具，破坏掉共享单车的智能诉锁，一辆“免费”的自行车就到手了。把共享单车占为己有，破坏单车零件，乱停放单车，还封自己为“单车开锁王”，这那还符合“共享”二字？偷偷摸摸“抢”来的“免费”单车，其实是付出了自己的良心与诚信！原本造福人类的事物，为何不尊重它呢？政府又为何头痛这件事？因为有太多太多的市民乱停放、乱拆卸，那么市民又为何要做这种违逆自己良心与公德之事？那就要问市民本身了。

共享单车好是好，可管理不加强，只会引起动荡。治安不加强，那么随处停放的单车将横遍街头，或是被锁在市民自家里。

共享单车有利有弊，我们又能做什么有利于它的事呢？其实很简单。做好自己，严守本分，不做偷鸡摸狗之事，仅此而已。让我们携手共进，保护街头之文明，人之诚信，创建魅力上海家园！
