“叮铃铃，叮铃铃”一阵阵清脆的铃声飞入耳中。呀！原来是最近红遍上海的共享单车啊！看，一个中学生，背着一个硕大的书包，飞速跨上单车，向学校“疾驰”而去，想必是快要迟到了吧；一位年轻的小姐，从地铁站出来，骑上共享单车，解决了她到公司最后一公里的出行；远处，几位阿姨骑着共享单车，手臂上挂着刚买完的东西，说说笑笑地回家……共享生活已经悄无声息地来到了我们的身边，它正在和我们“友好”地挥手哩。

今天，我以一个志愿者的身份来到了乡下，到了陈爷爷家。

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

一个房间里走出来一位老奶奶,她热情地招待我，问我：“小朋友，你是谁，是来干什么的?”“我是志愿者，来帮助陈爷爷的。”“哦，陈爷爷在那个小房间里呢!”说着，她便向一个小房间指去。

我向奶奶指的地方走去，看见的却是在厨房忙东忙西的陈爷爷，我叫了一声：“陈爷爷。”陈爷爷回过头笑咪咪到看了我一眼，我发现陈爷爷既是一个残疾人，真是不可思议，赶紧走上前说：“陈爷爷，你歇会吧!我来帮你吧!”“小朋友你真懂事，谢谢，不过我的身子还硬朗的很。”看着，我真为陈爷爷心痛。

我趁陈爷爷在厨房里，我拿起拖把、扫把、撮箕，开始打扫卫生，爷爷看见直夸我棒。

那一天，我和妈妈一起去吾悦广场逛街，汽车被爸爸开走了，家里的电瓶车也没电了，于是，我和妈妈决定走过去逛街。

为什么说，共享单车成为新的城市垃圾呢？因为在杭州，有很多人经常把骑完的单车随处停放，所以经常可以在路上看到各种品牌共享单车，有些更夸张的是把这些单车叠起来，堆得像一座小山似的，十分影响我们的城市美观。原本，设计共享单车的目的是非常好的，第一让大家少开车，多汽车，减少二氧化碳排放，使城市空气变得越来越好，第二可以让大家便捷的使用自行车，不用像公共自行车一样需要定点拿车，定点还车。但是随着越来越多的共享单车品牌出现，导致路上的自行车越来越多，但是停车的地方始终就是那么多，所以就出现了到处乱堆得情况。我希望，不要再生产新的共享单车了，其实我们的城市需要的单车数量是有限的，不要因为可以赚钱，就把这些共享单车全都丢进我们的家。也希望用过单车的人，可以把车子整整齐齐的停放好。

What is the definition of success? I believe different people will have

different opinions about it. If anyone asks me what is success for me, I will

tell him progress is success for me. I can have small goal or great aim in my

whole life. If the goal what I set is too large for me, I will not taste the

feeling of success. Or I always set small goals, so I will feel success all the

time, which may make me become autophilia and without ambitions. Therefore, I

think if I can be better than yesterday or last time, then I am successful.

共享单车在给人们带来方便的同时，也给城市管理带来了巨大的挑战。

前阵子，黄浦区车辆管理公司扣留4000多辆共享单车的事情轰动网络，航拍照片显示4000多辆红色、蓝色、黄色的共享单车停留在制造局路停车场的场面着实壮观。笔者粗略计算，以一辆车2000元成本计算，4000多辆车成本逾800万，且一直被扣留无法产生收益，对于共享单车企业造成的损失是巨大的。

面对社会的质疑，黄浦区车辆管理公司表示了他们的困扰。负责人解释称，之所以扣留这些共享单车，并不是针对共享单车企业，而是因为这些共享单车违章停放在禁止停放的区域。

的确，共享单车的发展是在太快了，短短几个月内，上海就投入了不计期数的共享单车，涉及的品牌也越来越多，摩拜、ofo、小鸣、永安行……一夜之间，大街小巷充斥着无数骑着共享单车的人。

笔者也十分钟爱共享单车。有时候出门办个事，两公里的距离，步行需要二十几分钟，坐公交需要等很久，这时候骑单车最是方便不过了。使用时用手机扫码即可开锁，停止使用时，锁上车锁即可结算费用，从一开始的一小时1毛钱，到后来半小时5毛钱，到现在共享单车企业经常推出充值优惠、骑行免费等促销活动，短时间内，共享单车的使用就得到了普及。

但是，共享单车在给人们带来方便的同时，也给城市管理带来了巨大的挑战。路边随处可见乱停乱放的共享单车，有的骑车人会骑上禁止骑行的道路，甚至有的人会把共享单车带回家，或者加上锁，占为己用，失去了“共享”的本意。

笔者看来，改善共享单车的管理，需要政府、社会、个人齐动手。

管理部门可以做的

其实，“共享单车”的概念很早就存在了。多年前，政府就推广公共自行车，通过在社区、公交站台附近安设公共自行车停车位，市民刷卡既可免费使用公共自行车，使用完毕只要停在指定停车位就可以了。这种做法的好处在于，公共自行车必须停放在指定停车位方能结束使用，不会存在乱停乱放的现象。这样的缺点在于，受制于停车位的位置和政府投入公共自行车的数量，便利性打了折扣。

现在，共享单车由于停车的便利性，比政府推广了十几年的公共自行车还要受欢迎，值得深思。笔者认为，共享单车是市场化的产物，政府不应当打击，而应发挥有形的手的功能，加以正确的引导和管理，既达到便捷市民的目的，又能够保持良好的交通秩序。

共享单车企业可以做的

对于共享单车企业而言，开发一辆好骑又好管理的单车是关键。尽管市面上充斥了几个品牌的共享单车，但是每款车的“技术含量”不尽相同。有的车自带定位功能，有的车仅仅只有一个二维码可以开启。所以，笔者认为，共享单车企业应当尽量提高单车的技术含量，例如安装定位功能，规定使用者只有将单车停在指定区域方可以结束使用。

此外，使用者选择开启共享单车时，便相当于同意了单车的使用规则。所以，企业应当对单车的使用规则进行更明确的提示，可以用骑行优惠作为对规范使用者的奖励，用金钱代价作为对违规使用者的惩罚。

据了解，有的单车企业已经和相关管理部门达成协议，将共享单车的诚信记录纳入诚信系统。这涉及到另一个问题，就是整个社会诚信体系的健全完善，在此不做更多讨论。

使用者可以做的

由于共享单车的普及借助于手机APP操作，所以使用共享单车的人大多是年轻人。笔者注意到，大多数人都能够按照规定使用共享单车，并且停放在准许停放的区域。有少数人为了自己的方便，将单车乱停乱放。这一方面需要管理部门的监管和共享单车企业的监控，另一方面更需要使用者增强文明用车的意识，提高自身素质，自觉地将车辆停放在规定区域。

共享单车的火爆，看似是一夜之间的事情，其实反映了很多的问题，比如公共交通的不发达、交通拥堵情况的严重、市场缺乏相当的监管和自觉、管理部门缺乏市场意识……相信随着时间的推移，这些问题一定会逐步得到解决的。

Now, the new semester has begun for more than one week. I gradually adapt

to my new life in senior school. In senior school, my biggest feeling is busy,

for I have classes all the day and teachers leave us a lot of homework. In the

morning, I have two periods for morning reading, Chinese and English, beginning

from 7:00. After that, I have four periods in the morning and four other in the

afternoon. There are many more subjects than in middle school, Chinese, math,

English, physics, chemistry, history and so on. Sometimes, I am afraid of seeing

so many textbooks in my desk. In addition, the contents are much more difficult

than before. Math and physics are the most difficult ones for me. No matter how

hard I work, I still can’t do well in them, which makes me frustrated.

Therefore, in the new beginning, I must change my learning strategies to make my

work more effective. All in all, my new life in new school is good and rich,

though it’s busy.
