就在ofo加入红包大战之前，还发送了“4.14-4.16小黄车免费!”的消息。通过ofo、摩拜给用户发送的通知可见，从今年2月起，两家共享单车就相继推出“免费骑行”、“分享红包”等营销方式，号召用户使用自家单车。比如摩拜在骑行后可以分享“免费骑行天数”给好友，好友可拿到数天的免费骑行券;而ofo除了分享得“打折骑行券”外，也常推出免费骑行周等活动，用户不论使用时长都可以0元骑行。

两家单车企业的你争我夺，堪比当年滴滴快的、滴滴优步等网约车领域的烧钱大战。2014年，当时国内网约车市场的两大巨头滴滴率先开启红包大战，快的随后加入，有数据显示，最终双方共“烧”掉近20亿元，这也为两家公司带来巨大订单流量。去年，滴滴、优步引发新一轮网约车价格战，折扣券力度大，能达到1/3左右折扣。

实际上，红包大战的背后是资本的支持，滴滴、优步等公司进行多轮融资，融资额度超过100亿美元，涉及到国内外众多私募股权基金和产业资本。不过，红包大战最终导致了企业的合并，此后，快的、优步中国都被滴滴合并，网约车出行市场一度呈现近乎垄断的格局。而此次摩拜、ofo等公司的红包大战，背后也有强大的资本在支撑。目前，两家企业都宣布了5轮融资，融资金额各超过30亿人民币。

拼红包是市场份额之争?

DCCI互联网研究院院长刘兴亮对北青报记者表示，共享单车领域的红包大战，虽然企业的说辞是为了解决单车的潮汐现象，但其核心还是跑马圈地，这跟之前网约车领域的红包大战本质上是一样的。“因为在这个阶段，大家是一个清理市场、抢占市场份额的阶段。通过简单粗暴的补贴、烧钱的模式，把一些没有实力的玩家淘汰，从而提高自己的市场占有率。”对于红包大战的最终局面，刘兴亮认为，“最终会形成相对垄断的格局，最多不超过3家”。

不过知名IT评论人磐石之心却认为，特定的红包车无助于共享单车大战。“这场战争不是靠红包解决战斗，靠的是运营能力，靠的是谁先找到盈利模式，谁能更大范围的运营，更好地降低损坏率和成本。”他解释道，“我们应该认识到一个非常严重的问题，那就是用户骑车的目的是到达目的地，并不是为获得红包。这和滴滴打车，快的打车当时推出的红包还不同，那时候你只要使用滴滴打车或者快的打车都会获得红包，那是为了培养用户的使用习惯、抢夺市场份额。难道这些共享单车企业是为了雇佣免费的车辆调度员吗?”

In my family, there are only three people, my parents and I. because of my

parents’ work, they could only have one child at that time, so I don’t have any

siblings. I felt so lonely when my parents went out for their work. Now the

government changed their policy, people can have the second child. But some

people refuse because they think they can’t afford it. Despite the expense,

there are many advantages to have the second child. For one thing, the only
