我相信，如果看到垃圾堆放在你走过的路上，如果看到河里原本清澈的河水被肆无忌惮排放的污水污染，如果踩到别人吐在地上的痰，如果一大早就被高音喇叭吵得无法安宁，如果……你肯定会说：“这些人的公德心都喂狗了！”其实，每个人都需要一个良好的生活环境，你说，是吗
