对于保护环境而言，首先可以多植树，多种花草美化环境，在城市多摆放垃圾桶，将可回收垃圾和不可回收垃圾分类，建立垃圾回收站，可以把垃圾进行处理多次循环使用，这样既保护了环境又节约了资源，二是将污水进行处理，达标后再排放，这样就不会污染水资源了，还可将废水多次使用。

空气污染对人们的健康造成越来越大的威胁，而这些有毒气体70％出自汽车尾气。据医学界研究分析，汽车尾气的主要化学成分是二氧化硫、一氧化硫、氮氧化物、铅。它能引起呼吸道感染和哮喘，使肺功能下降，严重的可引起肺气肿。汽车尾气中的铅一般分布于地面上方1米左右的地带，正好是青少年的呼吸带，因而铅污染对青少年危害更重。汽车尾气中的一氧化碳与血液中的血红蛋白结合的速度比氧气快250倍。所以，即使有微量一氧化碳的吸入，也可能给人造成可怕的缺氧性伤害。轻者眩晕、头痛，重者脑细胞将受到永久性损伤；氮氧、氢氧化合物会使易感人群出现刺激反应，患上眼病、喉炎，尾气中氮氢化合物所含苯并芘是致癌物质，它是一种高散度的颗粒，可在空气中悬浮几昼夜，被人体吸入后不能排出，积累到临界浓度便激发形成恶性肿瘤。听听，多么可怕呀，可这一切又都是由人类自己造成的。人类呀，改变你们的生活方式吧！难道你们要做自己生命健康的杀手吗？

诚然，取缔生产性污染企业，作为普通百姓，你我都是“心有余而力不足”。但是，治理大气污染我们也不能完全依赖政府，一些来自生活性的污染，你我都有责任和义务承担。其实，早几年我们就一直在倡导低碳生活，绿色出行，可遗憾的现实生活中有多少人真正付诸行动？。君不见，都晓得机动车排放尾气污染大气，宁可每天抱怨道路堵停车难，也不愿少开一天车；都知道烧烤食品即污染空气又伤害身体.可那一家露天烧烤不是顾客满盈；明知道生产装饰材料会造成大气污染，损害健康，却有多少人在“豪华”的装修；如此这般，是否在做自己害自己“傻事”。如果你我少开一天车，少用一度电或少用一吨水，这些细小的行为看起来微不足道，但是，倘若每个人都能自觉的杜绝铺张浪费，养成勤俭节约的生活习惯，相关企业就会减少产量，就会间接的较少污染。唯有政府的治理和你我的参与，我们的生存环境一定有所改善，天空才会越来越蓝。

家乡变了，真的变了！天空变暗了；小鸟变少了；小河变浑了，就连鱼虾都“躲”了起来。

家乡变的原因还是冒滚滚浓烟的烟囱和污水。这几年来，工厂不断的生产，废气从烟囱里冒出来，污水不断从管道里淌出来。还有就是人们乱堆垃圾，把地球的“外衣”破坏了。就这样，家乡被污染了。

小河在哭泣，哭泣自己没有伙伴；小鸟在呼吁，呼吁自己美好的家园；地球在痛苦，痛苦自己没了外衣；

我知道，原来家乡不是这样的。原来的家乡天是一片碧蓝，河是清澈见底，鱼虾自由自在，鸟儿成群飞翔。而现在呢？现在的家乡已不是昔日的家乡了，现在……

小鸟呼吁人类：人类，请你们不要把树木砍伐，让我们无家可归，四处流浪。我呼吁人类：请你们不要把垃圾四处乱丢，让空气变的浑浊，请你们为自己想一想，如果哪一天空气没了，你们会怎么样？

让我们一起保护自己的家园，不要让家园的环境再变难看，而要让家乡的环境变得更美！一起行动起来，为自己创造一片蓝天吧！

We cant live without water, but now the water was polluted. It is the biggest problem. It influences our daily life. So we should find a way to solve this problem. Water is important resources. In our daily life, we often leave the tap on after cleaning hands. Sometimes we often drop litter in the river. So the water was polluted by us. I think we could use a bottle of water two or three times. We have to turn off the tap after cleaning hands.

Lets try to form a good habit and save things around us. Lets do it from now on!

夜晚，明亮的路灯、大楼上的装饰灯、汽车灯光、广告牌的灯光以及公共设施的灯光等都会造成光污染。白天，我们同样会受到光污染的侵扰，如：楼房上的玻璃和大理石等做成的外立面，对日光的反射也会影响我们的生活。你可能会有疑问，那么就请带着疑问看看光污染带给我们的危害吧。

不适当的照明会让我们感到烦躁，我们的生物钟一直按照日夜循环的自然规律在运转，不论是新陈代谢、心率还是体温，都和生物钟息息相关。在它的指挥下，我们在白天精神百倍，而到了晚上就要睡觉，所有器官的活动同时也会减速休息。试想，本来是晚上睡觉的时间，可是由于过度光照的影响，生物钟发生错乱，误以为是白天，它的活动就不正常，那么我们的身体肯定会受到影响，如心情烦躁、睡眠障碍、头疼等。

不适当的照明致使天文台被迫搬家。日本东京的天文台自1878年建成以来，曾多次搬迁，原因就是大型望远镜在光污染的影响下能观测到的天体已经寥寥无几了。现在，只有在没有光污染的偏远山区，才能看到满天的星星。

不适当的照明也是全球气候变暖的罪魁之一，全世界每年照明的耗电量在两万亿度以上，如果燃煤生产这些电会排放20亿吨的二氧化碳和6000万吨的二氧化硫，而全球变暖主要是二氧化碳造成的。除此之外，照明设备还会释放很多热量，这也是城市温度不断上升的一个重要原因。

光污染造成的负面影响如此严重，该如何补救呢？

首先，每个人都要有减少光污染的意识，积极参加环保活动。

另外，要设计更合理的照明工具，改善照明条件。还可以增加遮光罩，使需要光照的地方很明亮，又不会给周围环境造成光污染。减少使用玻璃、大理石等反光材料作为建筑物的外立面。

减少光污染刻不容缓，让我们行动起来吧！

星期天，我去乡下亲戚家玩。走在路上，一望无边的田里，农民正忙碌着收割庄稼。突然，一阵阵黑烟飘来，呛的我直咳嗽。我一边跑一边问：“这是哪儿来的烟?呛的我快受不了啦!”旁边的人也直抱怨：“是呀，这几天焚烧麦杆，我们坐在附近的也倒霉了!”另外一个人也连忙接话：“是呀，这样下去世界会变成啥样子呀!”

看着滚滚浓烟，我仿佛看到了许多年以后的情景： 早晨刚开门，一阵黑烟直扑进来，人们不得不戴上厚厚的口罩。回家一进门就要赶紧把门窗关紧，否则全家人就得不停在咳嗽。尽管室内空气混沌，人们却不能打开窗户透透气，也不敢出门游玩。从窗户望出去，浓烟滚滚，空气再也不清新了。花草树木有的熏死了，活着的也一个个耷拉着脑袋。公园里最漂亮的景点也折腾的不成样子了，儿童乐园、麦香村等商店有时一个人也没来，最后只好倒闭。人们在家里没事做，快闷死了，小孩更是哭着闹着，大人也无可奈何地唉声叹气。我想着想着，不禁大叫：“人们，不要再污染环境了，这样下去我们怎么受得了啊!”一旁的农民说：“你说的倒好，草杆不焚烧怎么行?”我愤愤不平道：“谁能发明一个自动焚烧器多好呀，焚烧的又好又不污染环境，照这样下去，世界真变得不知成啥样子了!”农民嘲讽道：“你来发明呀，你发明出来，我把全部家当送给你!”“我一定能发明的出来!”“你试试呀!”我大声叫道：“我长大了一定要发明一个!”

说完，我转身上了公共汽车，车开远了，农民们还在后面嘲笑：“输了吧……”

Today,my topic is environmental pollution. As the world get more and more modern, pollution presents a serious problem. More people make more waste. All this waste is polluting our environment. Pollution has a bad influence on our life. There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. The most serious problems is the pollution of air, water and soil.

Air pollution is one of the major problems of the modern world. Because some waste gases is coming from factories, cars, power plants put out.The polluted air is harm to people’s health.

The polluted water causes diseases and death. With the development of modern agriculture and industry, more and more waste water is being poured into rivers. It has caused serious pollution. The river is becoming so dirty that no living water pollution is one of the major problems of the modern world.There are nothings can live in it. The river is giving off a terrible smell.

Soil pollution was very serious. The garbage has become an important problem in major cities, ten million tons of garbage every day, a lot of garbage is not incineration and corruption, such as plastic, rubber and so on.

In conclusion, the environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious, affecting every aspect of our lives. For our health, we should protect our living environment.

随着地球资源的渐渐减少，呼吁环保的呼声日益增多。但是仍有大部分的人类肆意的破坏着生态平衡。有人高呼环保，背地里却干着见不的人的勾当；有的厂家对外宣称合理排行污水，却把江河当做污水排放厂······随着人类社会的高度发展，人类已进入了空前的文明时代，但我们面前的却是乌黑发臭的河水，成片的沙漠，光秃的土坡，作为90后的我们，应该把环保做的更好。

白色污染

伴随着人类生活文明的进步，白色污染日愈严重起来。塑料袋，塑料包装等虽是我们日常生活中必不可少的东西，它价格便宜，质轻，耐用，防水的几大特点被人们所看好。在中国的市场极大，我国也是世界上十大塑料制品生产和消费国之一。但处理这些东西比想象中难得多。一般塑料垃圾在自然界停留的时间可达200~500年。所以对于塑料类制品我们要抵制使用。

汞污染

汞是唯一在常温下呈液体的金属元素。俗称朱砂。汞可溶于水，空气中。它巨大的毒性令人谈之色变。它主要来源于电池等物品。据统计1970~1979年全世界直接向水体排放的汞总量达1.6万吨！排向大气的汞量也达10万吨。当水中或空气中的汞浓度过高时，会导致树木枯死，人类患上因汞摄入过高引发的病症，如日本南部九州湾有一个叫水俣的小镇，这里居住着4万居民，以渔业为生。1939年开始，日本氮肥公司的合成醋酸厂开始生产氯乙烯，工厂的生产废水一直排放入水误湾。该公司在生产氯乙烯和醋酸乙烯时，使用了含汞的催化剂，使废水中含有大量的汞。这种汞在水体中，被水中的鱼食用，在鱼体内转化成有毒的甲基汞。人食用鱼后，汞在人体内聚集从而产生一种怪病：患者开始时，只是口齿不清，步履蹒跚，继而面部痴呆，全身麻木，耳聋眼瞎，最后变成神经失常，直至躬身狂叫而死。1972年据环境厅统计，水误镇共患水误病180人，死亡50多人，就在新线县阿赫野川亦发现100多水误病患者，8人死亡。据报到，患者人数远不止此，仅水误镇的受害居民，即达万余人。

环保事业说大很大，说小很小。往大的说，可以造成成片的水域污染。往小了说，只要我们每人从身边的小事做起，人人环保低碳，环保事业也可以是一件很小的事。如果我们少用些塑料袋，少乱丢些垃圾，那么这个世界上便会少些随风飘舞的白，多些生机勃勃的绿；也会少些乌黑肮脏的河，多些碧蓝清澈的湖······

如果我们每个人在地上看见一个塑料袋不是直接走过，而是弯腰拾起；如果我们每人不是随意乱丢垃圾，而是做到合理分类垃圾；如果我们每人都少用些塑料袋，多用些环保袋。那么我相信地球母亲会少些愤恨的泪水。。。。。。

Last Sunday my father and I went fishing along a river. We found the water so dirty that we could hardly catch fish in it.

A lot of factories along the river always poured their waste water and rubbish straight into the river which made the river water polluted. In this way most of the fish in the river were killed.

If the river water all over the country is polluted like this， no living things will exist in the water. As we all know， environmental pollution does great harm to living things and human beings. Now more and more people have come to realize how serious this problem is. Our government is doing her best to take measures to fight against pollution. We expect that the water in every river will be made cleaner and cleaner before long.

上个星期日我和爸爸一起去钓鱼。我们发现水太脏了，我们几乎不能在它的鱼。

如果这个国家的河水都被污染了，水里就不存在生物。我们都知道，环境污染对生物和人类都有很大的危害。现在越来越多的人开始意识到这个问题有多严重。我国政府正在尽最大努力采取措施打击污染。我们期望在每一条河流中的水将在长时间内变得更清洁，更清洁。
