为了让社区居民了解人口计生的重要性，河南街道白桦社区以“世界人口日”为契机，7月7日，计生协会在辖区内开展“7.11世界人口日”计生宣传活动。

工作人员通过在社区公示栏中张贴宣传海报、写宣传板报、并向社区居民发放《吉林省人口和计划生育条例》、计划生育新政策新法规和全面实施二胎政策的宣传单、免费为流动人口育龄妇女提供避孕药具，我们并有针对性的向育龄妇女提供他们所需要的生殖健康科普知识和咨询服务，让世界人口日的有关知识和优生优育的常识传遍千家万户，让更多的居民认识到人口计生的重要性。

通过活动的开展，使男女平等、生男生女顺其自然的好思想深入人心，加强了计划生育知识的宣传和教育，营造了有利于人口和计划生育工作顺利开展的浓厚舆论氛围。

中国的人口问题和环境问题几乎是同时被人们重视起来的。人们将中国人口数量过多作为环境恶化的根本原因，将人口与环境对立起来，使很多人认为，要想从根本上解决中国的环境问题，就应该努力地削减中国的人口。但是，我们可以举个简单的例子：中国的森林面积在逐年减少，沙漠面积在逐年扩大，空气和水体质量越来越差，如果我们单纯地与俄罗斯、加拿大、美国、澳大利亚等国家相比，是很容易得出“人口少则环境好”这样的结论的。然而如果我们与日本、新加坡这些国家相比，就只能承认我们在环保意识和环保工作方面的差距。所以，我们可以说人口数量不是根本问题!

要创造和谐的人口与环境，我认为提高人口素质是减缓环境恶化的关键。它一方面受遗传因素的影响。比如“母强儿壮”反映了先天因素对人口身体素质有重要影响。再如白化病等很多疾病都属于遗传病，两个携带致病基因的人结合很有可能给下一代造成不幸。所以社会提倡优生优育，禁止近亲结婚。另一方面受社会和自然因素的影响。比如我国封建社会妇女裹足对人身健康的摧残;古巴比伦王国由于社会伦理道德的败坏导致文明的衰落等等。人类社会发展到今天，人口身体素质的高低，越来越取决于社会环境因素。人们对身体素质的要求越来越高，到处可见人们晨练的身影，并且平时的问候语也经常听到：“身体好吗?”这样的话，人们不再追求吃饱，而是讲究吃得健康，“有健康才有将来”已经逐渐成为人们生活的信条;比如电信业的发展具有的微波辐射污染，现在家庭电脑普及，手机泛滥，电器设备应有尽有;交通业建筑业等噪音污染，特别是日益发达的交通事业，汽车成为代步工具，虽然加快了生活节奏，但也加速了尾气的排放，加大了环境污染;日益发展的工业企业排放的有毒物质，严重影响了土壤、森林、气候，破坏了生态平衡。导致很多地方出现泥石流，山体滑坡现象。以上这些引起的环境问题都会通过空气、呼吸携带传染物，传染到人体，给人造成致命的伤害。这些自然环境对人口身体素质的影响也都是决定性的。

所以，人口与环境的问题不是决定与被决定的关系，而是相互统一的关系。提高全民的人口素质，会使我们的环境更加的美化;同样创造更加美好的社会和自然环境会让人口素质迅速提升，只有这样，我们的社会才更加和谐，更加美丽!

“建设节约型社会”是我们珍惜、节约资源时喊的一个口号。可是，又该怎样才能真正做到节约资源呢?为什么要大力推荐节约呢?下面请听听我的心声吧!先说水资源。我国水资源总量为2.8万亿立平方米左右，居世界第六位，人均占水量为2100多立方米，只占世界人均水平的四分之一，属于缺水国家，全国600多座城市中就有400多座缺水。特别是西部地区缺水非常严重，一些山区地方连人、畜饮水都非常困难。我国的用水面临着严峻的问题，所以我们要珍惜水资源，节约用水。比如：用完水后，要拧紧水龙头，以免造成“一江清水向东流”的浪费现象，如果发现水龙头坏了，要及时修理，避免损失大量的水，大家也别小看废弃的电池，因为一粒纽扣电池会污染600吨的水，如果你把它扔到水里，水将无法饮用。我们应该把电池收集起来，送往回收站，这样既可以避免污染水源，又使电池得到回收，一举两得。大家不能只是口头说说而已，要行动起来呀!不仅仅要节约用水，还要节省森林资源。我国森林资源总量不足，森林覆盖率只有18.21%，相当于世界森林平均覆盖率的61.52%;全国人均森林面积和人均森林蓄积分别不到世界人均水平的四分之一和六分之一。森林质量不高，平均每公顷蓄积量只有84.73立方米，相当于世界平均水平的84.86%。这就是森林资源向我们发出的警报!我们要节约利用森林资源，首先，不能乱扔稿纸，也不拿没写过的纸张折飞机之类的小工艺品，更不要乱砍乱伐，任意践踏花草树木，要植树造林，爱护花草树木;不使用一次性的东西，如纸杯、木块等等。在学校，我们要建立“绿色银行”，捡起以前丢弃的纸屑、小手帕等。外出就餐时，自带勺子、筷子。

同学们，我们一起行动起来，节约利用我们有限的森林资源。我们生活中到处都离不开电。电，给我们带来各种便利，但是我们要节约用电，因为电几乎是由烧标准煤产生的，而在我国储藏的煤只够开采100年了!大家想想，100年以后，我们的子孙后代该怎么办呢?所以，我们要节约用电。首先，从自我做起，我牢记“人来灯开，人走灯灭”，盛夏时节，开空调时，不要把温度调得太低，适合就可以了。平时的照明灯，尽可能用节能灯，因为普通灯泡把大量的电能转化为了热量，只有小数转为光线，而节能灯把电能几乎转化为了光明。“珍惜资源，崇尚节约”，是我们每个公民的义务。为了我们的明天更美好，请快快行动起来吧!

“盼望着，盼望着，东风来了，春天的脚步近了……”是地球母亲，给我们带来了一个又一个美丽的春天。4月22日，当第37个“世界地球日”踏着春天的舞步来到我们身边的时候，我们不能不想一想：我们应该如何善待地球母亲，应该怎样珍惜地球母亲赐予我们的万里春光。善待地球——珍惜资源，持续发展，是这个春天的主旋律。但是，当前在我国，无论土地资源还是矿产资源，其保护、利用和永续利用的形势，都不容我们乐观。我们不得不问一问：地球的春天，是永远的吗?尽管我们实行的是世界上最严格的土地管理制度，可在一些地方，乱占乱用农地和基本农田的事，还时不时地发生;我们大大小小的城市，由钢筋混凝土铺就的“大饼”，仍在一个劲儿地向四面八方扩张，吞噬着周围的万顷粮田……尽管矿产资源供给已经成了经济快速发展的制约瓶颈，可在一些地方，以浪费和破坏资源为标志的无证小矿山，仍在不停地乱采滥挖;即使在大矿山，“吃一半扔一半”的粗放开采方式也还在继续;乱堆乱放的尾矿，不但使本来可以利用的矿产资源惨遭抛弃，还可能在雨季形成泥石流，变为摧毁田地、庄稼和百姓生命财产的杀手;矿山采空区的地面塌陷和地裂缝，不但使农民失去了赖以生存的土地资源，也威胁着他们的居住安全;我们本是世界上最缺水的国家，可生产和生活用水还在被随意地挥霍着，珍贵的地下水被过量开采或者污染着;我们的能源已经十分短缺了，可雨后春笋般新建住房的粗放供暖，仍在浪费着油和煤炭资源……在土地、矿产资源供求全面紧张的今天，我们必须改变国土资源利用粗放、效率低下、浪费严重的现状。党中央和国务院高度重视国土资源节约集约利用，要求我们在战略机遇与矛盾凸显并存的关键时期，有高度的历史责任感、强烈的忧患意识和广阔的世界眼光，准确把握我国发展的阶段性特征，立足科学发展，着力自主创新，加快转变经济增长方式，把节约资源作为基本国策，发展循环经济，保护生态环境，加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会，促进经济发展与人口、资源、环境相协调。为了建设节约型社会，“十一五”期间国家立下了几个必须达到的约束性硬指标：耕地保有量保持1.2亿公顷，单位国内生产总值能源消耗降低20%左右，单位工业增加值用水量降低30%，农业灌溉用水有效利用系数提高到0.5，工业固体废物综合利用率提高到60%(预期性)。

现在，各级政府和企业正在为实现这些目标努力，我们每一个公民都要为实现这些目标努力。资源短缺、能源危机就在我们身边，“电荒”、“油荒”、“煤荒”、“水荒”等等，正无时不刻在困扰着我们。珍惜资源靠你我他。只有全社会共同努力，才能使我们摆脱快速发展中的资源困境，走向资源节约、环境友好的社会。珍惜资源，保护资源，节约资源，人人有责。让我们从现在做起，从我做起，从点点滴滴做起，珍惜地球母亲赐予我们的一切自然资源，使我们的家园年年春光灿烂……
