星期六下午六点半，我们在元宝山公园踢足球。嘿！又是那个可怕教练，他每次来都会让我们做俯卧撑、深蹲、仰卧起坐。你别以为他就是这点可怕，他只要看到一个人做不好，嘿，前面做的都不算，或者是这样数：一二三三三三三三！简直没完没了。救命啊！那可怕的外教来啦！他先让我们跑步。什么，跑步可是我的弱项。我奋力向前跑去，竟然才是倒数第一名。当我精疲力尽的时候，才发现最前面的那几个已经超过我了，幸好这时候不用再跑了。告诉你，训练的时候我虽然觉得很累，但是累并快乐着。

开始训练了，教练先让我们走天梯，我看着教练走的奇怪步伐，心里想：这步伐真奇怪！到我走了，就因为我走得太慢了，并且还走错了，结果被教练罚了二十个仰卧起坐。我一边做仰卧起坐一边想：希望下个训练不会太累。

到了下个训练，什么，竟然是跳雪糕筒，跳得我脚都快断了，还好顺利过关，没有被罚。

终于开始踢足球了，教练把我们分成两队比赛。首先我方的前锋带着球躲过了其他人，我们正欢呼着，忽然对方不知哪个人“啪”的一声把球踢出界，嘿！就差一点可以射门了，真可惜。啊，不好！敌方带着球冲向我方龙门，我这个后卫本来想先守住，可是，我方前锋和中锋又赶回来把球抢到了，重新往敌方跑去。没想到敌方又带着球向我方冲来，还好我方队员赶回来防守，再次把球抢回去……我终于松了一口气。比赛结束，比分是0比0。
