由于最近我非常的烦闷苦恼，就在昨天，我狠下心来充了一个冷水澡，感觉非同反响，我感觉人家特种兵或者武警都练抗寒，在冰天雪地里的雪上，总比这个冷水澡要冷上好几倍吧，我就鼓起勇气，心里想这点冷算什么?

鼓起勇气开始冲冷水澡，从头顶开始冲，就是有种感觉，你不仅仅是冷，而且有点呼吸困难，如果你从你身体上抗寒能力比较强的器官，比如说脑袋手脚的时候还行，但你要是全身冲了冷水澡，你就感觉会非常的非常的有点呼吸困难，导致自己实在无法坚持下去，看来冲冷水澡还是有点难度啊!所以呢，千万千万不要尝试，因为你尝试一次，现在还不是政治下属的时候，如果是特别热的时候，可以试一下。

In high school, Chinese students study very hard to fight for the future

ways to spend high school time, they make the decision and take charge of their

life. This is the best age to learn knowledge, their brain can remember words

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of

city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed

in the afternoon。

when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the

thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a
