October 1st is the national day of our country, which is a public holiday for the whole country. It’s an important day that marks the beginning of PRC. 其实当一名军人一直是我的梦想，当我紧绷双腿，笔直站立时，望着朝气勃发的教官，不禁开始幻想：几年后，我会不会成为一名英姿飒爽的军人?我能否再回到二中，为高一新生做出榜样?梦想总会实现，想着自己的梦想，甜在心里。

早在入学前我就听学姐说过，高中军训与初中不同，严格严厉严要求，训练完毕后只想说一个字：累!我明白，梦想没那么容易实现，不先苦怎能后甜，追逐梦想的过程就像品野菜，苦涩后是沁心的清爽。

想必人人都知晓吃完辣椒的滋味，那是品味之后的热血沸腾，就像听罢主任训话后的感觉。我希望能在二中度过活力四射的三年。

汗水肆意地顺着发丝流入口中，咸咸的，回味无穷。

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

On Sunday morning, my parents took me to the zoo. We dint go there for a

long time. Last week, my classmates told me that the zoo added some funny

entertainment facilities. I was very curious. So, I asked my parents to took me

there and they promised to. We got there at 9 oclock. There were many people.

Most of them were parents and children. We first went to see the animal. I like

parrots most. And then we saw the animal shows. Elephants, tigers, lions and

monkeys did wonderful shows for us. People were happy, especially the children.

After that, we went to experienced the entertainment facilities. My mum was too

scared to be with us. So, only my dad and I played. It was so exciting, but I

was a little dizzy. However, I was very happy. It was a great day.

I have a lovely dog, its name is Lulu. I like Lulu. Its very docile. It

has white fur, so it looks very nice. It’s my best animal friend. It is also

very friendly. Every time I go home, it will wag its tail to me. As long as I am

angry, it will run to me and make me happy. It seems like my blood sister. I

should take good care of Lulu and protect her. Last, I think we human beings

should fulfill the responsibility to look after our pets.

Kelly is one of my classmates. She is a pretty girl but a little bit shy.

She seldom talks to others. But my classmates still like her very much. Smiles

are always on her face and she is friendly to others. Her study is very good.

When we ask her some questions, she is always ready to help. Singing is her

favorites and she sings well. I think she is a talented girl.

Today, i opened my free forum and i was very happy because i could do a lot of things there.I decided to upgrade my forum and make it interesting. then i will make it grow up and at the same time, i can write down what i want to say there.I will be very happy.

时间飞逝，转眼间，已经是高三的一名学生了，每每想起走过这些路中的酸甜苦辣，心中难免会有所触动。

读初中时，心中对高中充满无限的憧憬，然而，也就是因为这样，才是我有有勇气踏入高中的学校大门。

不明白是对未来的憧憬太过于完美还是现实太残酷，其实高中生活并没有我想想的那么精彩、那么斑斓。每想到生活中无奈的情绪和那些零散的画面时，总会有怅然若失的感觉。我并不是一个贪心的人，我对生活的期望并不是很高，我只想健健康康顺顺利利平平安安的度过我的高中三年，里面拥有乐趣，拥有欣慰的泪水，更拥有真挚无暇的友谊。由于发生的一些事情，让我不得不重新审视这个社会，我只是一个单纯的学生，我期望我的高中生活会纯净的如万里碧空无云的蓝天。虽然我身边的朋友们都很善良、都很要好，可是很多事情并非我想象的那么简单。有很多人，很多事在某种程度上令我产生反感，在乱杂砸的世界里，不管是谁我们都要守住心灵的净土，享受清晨的每一缕阳光。

我多期望我的高中生活不要有太多的拘束，可不能够让我们保留仅剩下的小任性，不想屈服生活中的无奈，或许也仅有我这么固执的想要留下那些早已泛黄的回忆，其实我的高中生活过的很开心，也很温暖。有时间尽力说服自我在辛苦三年，坚持过了就是幸福的时刻。

也许，应当珍惜此刻的生活，多想生活能够容忍我们的任性固执，让我在现实生活中能够单纯的笑，能够再不开心时不必带着一副“我很好”的面具。我并不叛逆，我也懂大人们以及教师们的良苦用心，我要加油，我要努力。

今天，我做了2件好事。第一件事帮奶奶从山上打了一桶水回来。因为我知道每天都要提着四个桶上山打水，我觉得奶奶非常累，就帮奶奶提了一桶水。奶奶夸我长大了，懂事了。

Summer holidday is coming.I have a good plan for it.My best friend Tony who is from Britain will spend the holiday with mw.Tom is 17 years old ,he like China very much.

One week ago,I wrote him a letter,inviting him to come to Dalian for the holidays.Tony has accepted my invitation and will fly to Dalian next week.I will go to the airport to pick him up.Then well show him around the city.Well go to the beach to watch the sea first.

Then well visit some insteresing places.Tony will live in my house during the holiday.I hope well have a good time.

从小我就很胆小，不管遇到什么事怕，连向别人借一点东西或叫别人过来都不好意思，晚上出门每一步都心惊胆寒。尽管是这样，可是小时候从来没想过改变这种状况，直到去年的一次羞辱，我才下决心：再也不能这样了。

记得在学校读寄宿，钱掉了，家里的路又是那样远，又是孤身独走，我想出了一个办法，叫同桌帮我从班主任那里借，结果同桌大笑说：“你怎么这么胆小，借钱也怕，亏你长这么大了!”言语中满含着轻视。我感到自己心跳得很快，感觉到所有的同学都轻视我，都在嘲笑我，但我又怕出是非，任由他们笑，晚上睡觉时和我睡的好友说：“海峰，你那么胆小，可以改过来吗?”我吞吐问道：“怎么改?”他说：“明天你亲自去班主任那里借，锻炼一次也好!”“嗯!”我答应了，同时也在心里鼓励自己：一定要改了!

时间老人的脚步没有丝毫停息，还来不及回首，高中生活就要画上句号了。回想高中生活，它就像一条小溪静静地流淌，时而会激起一朵迷人的浪花，浪花的背后是一段段难忘的往事。而今日我将告别这些，这一切将不再属于我了。此时此刻，我的心境很难过，很凌乱。真的想把每个人的音容笑貌都留在记忆中，可是我的大脑存储量却很有限，于是更多的人像我一样选择了用闪光灯来留住这完美的瞬间。闪光灯在每个人的身上变换着七彩，也将我们的学校生活分割成无数的碎片。

虽然离毕业还有几天的日子，可是学校里的人多数都是左眼流出黄河，右眼淌出长江，一幕幕离别的场景在同学之间上演。也许朋友之间的情谊在这一刻才得到了淋漓尽致的体现。那种场面着实令人忧伤，因为毕业后我们就要踏上新的征途，可能前方的路上布满了荆棘与坎坷，在没有那么多笑声与友情的日子里不知我们能否处理好那么多难懂的人生课题。

曾几何时，我也是一个踌躇满志的少年。还记得刚踏上高中的那一天，我就发誓要努力学习，将来必须要考上梦想的大学。可是我的誓言却没能够经受得住时间的考验，在高一的时候，我曾有过辍学的念头。好在，我的身边有教师，还有同学，是他们帮忙了我，使我能够走过那段灰色的日子。也许，那时就是人生的一个十字路口，站在那里我迷茫了，可是我最终并没有偏离航向。此刻想来，真的有些害怕，如果当时掉队了，此刻我也不可能坦然地应对高考。所以，我要感激教师和同学，你们是我生命旅程中的灯塔，是我学习前进的动力，更是我累了时休息的港湾。

It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were pided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Play ground and wiped all the equipment clean. 我们在9:00到达那里。我们分为三组，然后开始工作。第一组学生种植树木和花草浇水。而第二组的任务是捡起游客留下的垃圾和清洁长凳。我在的组去了儿童游乐场给所有的设备清洁。我们工作很努力。在11:00，所有的工作都完成了，我的同学们再次集合。虽然每个人都满身是汗，但我们感到高兴，因为我们做了很好的工作。
