那一天，爸爸出差了，妈妈、妹妹和我在家没有事情干，很无趣。于是，妈妈提出了一件很有意义的事情，那就是做家务。我和妹妹迫不及待的叫妈妈教我们。妈妈让我先学叠被子。首先把被子对折再对折，最后整整齐齐地叠成了像豆腐块一样的被子。妹妹拍起小手乐开了花。妹妹就嚷着说：“妈妈我也要学，我也要学呀!”妈妈犹豫了一会儿说：“嗯，你干点什么呢?要不你学擦桌子吧!”“好啊，好啊!”妹妹回答道。妈妈说完就去拿了两块毛巾，我和妹妹每人一块。妈妈又端来一盆水，让我们把毛巾贴上了水，就这样我和妹妹就开始擦桌子了。过了一会儿，我俩把整个屋子擦得干干净净，闪闪发光地就像一座美丽城堡的宫殿一样。

妈妈看到我俩那么认真的做着家务，还把擦过的地方，再把物品整整齐齐得摆放原位。妈妈的脸上露出了幸福笑地笑容，抚摸着我俩的头说：“你们长大了，懂事了，真是妈妈的骄傲!”这时我和妹妹也开心地大笑起来。于是，我决定以后经常帮妈妈做家务，让妈妈每天都露出灿烂的笑容。

不过，我的收获还是蛮大的，不要小看做家务。就像擦桌子一样，看似简单，如果东擦一点，西擦一点，不挨着擦是擦不干净的。

经过这次跟妈妈学做家务，体会到了妈妈的辛苦。更明白了一个道理，我们不管做什么事情都要认真，就像学习一样要更要认真刻苦，坚持努力才能取的好成绩。最主要的那就是，我们只要付出自己的辛勤劳动，就一定会获得成功，加油!

今年出了一个新型冠状病毒，打扰了我们正常的作息，放假时间。对于这个突如其来的大疙瘩。我其实是非常感谢他的，因为它让我们短短的15天寒假时间变成了三个月，接近百余天的时间。

早饭过后，我们又开始了为时4.5小时的练习。这一上午不仅头顶上有太阳的曝晒，而且天气也是十分的闷热，刚刚站了10分钟的军姿就已经要体力透支。而后，我们又练习了齐步走，一个摆手的动作、抬脚的动作都要练习几十次以上。汗水慢慢地顺着头顶流淌下来，大家都精疲力竭了，可是训练并没有终止。直到一声号令“12连休息10分钟”。瞬间，大家的眼睛都放出了光彩，即便是仅有10分钟，大家也都很知足。休息时，我们已经累得说不出话了。

午休后，我们一直练习齐步走。开始时，我们不是排面不齐就是立定时脚不用力。终于，功夫不负有心人，经过了一下午的刻苦训练，大家能做到摆臂整齐、排面整齐、落地整齐了。

这一天，很苦。但大家的辛苦换来了效果。

Music is the important part of my life. The world needs music to amuse

peoples life. As they live in the fast pace, music can bring them the great joy

and relax. Since I was very small, I fell in love with music and every time when

I heard music, my body would move and feel relaxed. The function of music is

various.

There is a famous song, which called let the music heal your soul. A lot of

young people have their favorite singers. When they see their idols face to

face, they would say thank you to the singers, because their songs inspire these

young people to move on in the dark days. The songs deliver positive messages to

the public and inspire them to never give up.

Listening to the music is the main way for the young people to release

their pressure. Every day before I sleep, I will listen to the light music,

which helps me to take relax and make me sleep well. The reason why so many

people like to KTV after their work lies in releasing pressure. They need to

shout and then forget about the annoyance.

Music is favored by everyone and it is the indispensable part of our

life.

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,
